Great customer service, and they repaired my vehicle in a fairly quick manner. They replaced engine coils, and all of my spark plugs. They also replaced my rotar and brakes. Very efficient and timely service to my vehicle, I would recommend them to anyone. They also had reasonable prices and did not overcharge me for my service.

They were upfront about the cost and updated me through out the process with changes and alternatives.

In 2015 Universal Transmission of Naples Fl. Rebuilt my 1964 Mercury Comet transmission and I was very pleased with the results. I developed a leak 5 years later in 2020, I returned to Universal and Marty, “ the owner”, advised me that the mechanic I hired, “to install the transmission” had stripped a bolt while installing which was causing the leak. I also requested that the coolant lines be replaced. When my car was finished I asked for the bill and Marty said no charge. This doesn’t happen these days. Both times Universal did an excellent job and I’m so impressed with the owner. I don’t want transmission problems but if I do I’ll be calling Universal Transmission. Thank you Marty!!!

Just took my Mercedes Benz there to fix an issue after a friend referred me. Not only were they knowledgeable about the issue they fixed it at half the cost and have the time than other places quoted me. I was so happy. And my car is running amazingly. I wish I knew about this place years ago. I will definitely refer others. And hopefully I won’t have any other car problems but If I do NOW I know where to go. Ernesto has a pleasent demeanor and knew exactly what was wrong with our Nissan X terra. They were able to immediately start on the repairs wich include, rear shocks, u joints both front and rear, and replaced valve cover gasket. My vehicle now runs and drives like new! On 12/4/2020, my husband brought our 2018 Toyota Rav4 to Global AutoCare Center in Naples, Florida for an oil change. My company recommended the services at Global AutoCare. Upon completion, I phoned Global AutoCare for questions about the $61.69 billing invoice that my husband paid. The manager on the phone at Global AutoCare explained the charge of $61.69 was due to the company using FULL SYNTHETIC OIL for the oil change (but my receipt reads synthetic blend oil at a charge of $61.69, and my next oil change sticker that they posted on my car revealed next oil change in 5,000 miles). When I returned to the service location and spoke with the manager, he said his company used FULL SYNTHETIC due to my car REQUIRING that blend. My receipt shows an oil change of SYNTHETIC BLEND was used for this oil change. I believe I was lied to about which oil was used and what oil change was completed. I would like a complete refund of $61.69 and explanation of what oil change was completed. Although he explained a FULL SYNTHETIC OIL change was completed, my receipt shows SYNTHETIC BLEND (which I should have been charged $29.99, per the special). Additionally, my owners manual requires FULL SYNTHETIC BLEND oil, which is not what was provided with this oil change. As stated, conventional oil requiring changes every 3,000-5,000 miles and synthetic every 7,500-15,000 miles ...

Was told I had a leak on my oil pan and that they could not do the all change because of the leak I needed to have that whole pan changed he also told me that I needed my tire rods changed couple batteries that were cracked changing so another words what you were telling me you would everything that needed to be changed or if you like thousand dollars or more for parts and labor so I decided to get a second opinion on what they told removed my old pen had it changed in which I got it cheaper than they were holding and then tested my oil checked it went over it and found no leak as far as everything else that needed to be changed the problems were found there either I have been there for several oil changes I’ve never had an issue the problem that could’ve been the issue was and could’ve been loose drain plug or if it was tightened and crossCross threaded I had recommended to other friends to this shop I will no longer recommend anyone to the shop Noel I’ll be going back to the shop to have anything done

Normally a great fast shop. Last time I came in for an oil change I sat there for over two hours in a muggy hot waiting room. The front desk guy just left and I was never even informed my car was ready. I was just left sitting there burning up. Dont know whats up with them lately. Hopefully they get it together

I had work done to my tundra. I spent $844.00 . And now I had warranty claim for the same work done they failed find the auto parts store that the replacement parts were order from. They said the would call me and never did. I called several times and no one could help me. I had to go elsewhere and spent another $600.00. Sad that lost all that money for nothing. I guess they needed more than I did.
