Management couldnt be bothered. Made me feel like a second class citizen. Wouldnt listen to what I thought the problem was. Replaced the wrong part and didnt rotate the tires he billed me for. I had to go somewhere else to have it fixed right and clean up their mess. . This location has soul searching to do. I recommend staying away from here till the Changing of the guard.

Matt, Miguel and team did an excellent job assessing what needed to be done to my Jeep and provide me with new quality brakes that are better than what was previously on there. They were very efficient and fairly priced. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and I will definitely be using them again.

Came in because my brakes made a sticking noise when I took off the E-brake and they explained why it was happening and that it was nothing to worry about, but agreed to checked my brakes anyways. The mechanic took me to my car and showed me my brake pads and explained that they had plenty of life left and told me they wouldn’t push products that I didn’t need (easy at it would have been.) He explained approximately how much life they had left and how to tell when I should come in. 10/10 will come back for all of my maintenance.

New in town, I came here to have them fix a bad repair from another shop. They correctly diagnosed the problem and worked to fix it over a number of visits without trying to overcharge. Matt (owner) and Miguel (service manager) both seemed on top of things and were always there to help. I’m glad to have found them as I’ll be back for any service needs. Seem professional, knowledgeable, and fair – a great combination.

Temperature warnings came on in my son’s car on the Saturday of the 4th of July weekend. Murphy’s Law - my son needed to head back school.The shop was fully committed. However, they squeezed me in to resolve the issue. While I was there, they even let me do an oil change at their crazy advertised price, which I’m sure they lost on…While I was there, they also squeezed in a small business man who unfortunately just had his catalytic converter stolen off his box truck.They guy next to me in the waiting room had come in for brakes. They told him to come back in 10,000 more miles. Regardless, he opted to do the brakes while he was there and he raves about their honesty.Matt and his wife, Kelly, took over this location two years ago.Matt is super honest, knowledgeable and fair.It is refreshing to see such concerned and engaged proprietors.

We are all wary of going to a place and not being able to trust whether something needs to be repaired. I came into town and I’m three hours north of Naples I get off the exit by air conditioner quits so what do you do you try to fix your air conditioner while I went to a few places nobody could get me in and I was only there until Monday I happen to call Midas because I wanted to see if they would just charge my air conditioner to see if that’s what it was so I go and I call Matt and he says yeah bring it in very very nice man I bring it in and I sit there for like an hour and I watch how he treats his customers treats his employees answers the phone and I’m amazed by his professionalism and his kindness . OK so they charge my air conditioner but it wasn’t that I needed a compressor which I am 100% sure I needed one so he said he could find me one and he would have it the next day and I will bring my car back the next day perfect, but he didn’t allow me to pay the $129 for the service he said no I’ll just include it and putting in the compressor he gave me a great price on the compressor unfortunately the place that he went to to get that compressor said they had it in stock but they did not, Matt called me first thing to tell me, he couldn’t get it till Monday, but I was leaving and I had to come back home so I said I’ll stop in and pay you the $150 for the charge he said no it’s fine no you won’t just stop in and say hello next time next time you’re in town I couldn’t say enough kind words about this business in about the owner map thank you for being who you are it restores faith and bringing your car not only to Midas, but just bringing your car to get fixed thank you so much Madeline

They were very accommodating I came in right off the street not expecting to be taken in for service right away even though their raise were full and they had additional cars parked outside they were able to accommodate my issues. Their price and service were more than reasonable and I was struck as I waited in the lounge area to the owner or one of his team members fielding a call from a customer who had a car there that needed more work and very costly work then the car itself would be valued. That’s a hard subject to cover with a customer and I thought team member spent the necessary time to make sure the customer had enough information so that they could make a decision.I’ve dealt with and I’m aware of other business operators that would not care about the cost to value that a consumer needs to know before they decide to put money into their project. This was not that type of company I am grateful and glad that just by chance I stopped in at a business location that was honest fair and courteous.

Naples Midas is an excellent and trustworthy shop. I went in to replace a flat tire and was treated extremely well. Matt Kozminski was incredibly helpful and friendly. He was able to quickly order the tire I needed and get my tire replaced. He was able to find a very good price for the tire and saved me money over the other shops in the area. The lobby was very clean and comfortable to wait in. It has been over a year and the tire and installation have held up very well. I highly recommend coming here.

Did a great job at a fair price. I had went to a competitor first to have my oil changed and they refused to change my oil because they claimed that I had a major oil leak. So I went to Midis and they said that it was a minor leak and just keep an eye on it. He even told me to come back in a couple of weeks and he would check it out for me.These people are honest and trustworthy. I recommend them for any of your car repairs.

Called about services I needed and spoke to a gentleman named Dan. He was extremely polite and professional. He encouraged me to come by at my leisure. Upon arrival I met the proprietors (Matt & Kelly). They were most accommodating and addressed my need for brakes within 15-20 minutes. The work was completed in a very timely manner at what I consider a fair price. A few weeks later I had an engine light come on, and they determined I needed a purge valve replaced; also completed timely and at a fair price. Miguel Garcia is the general manager and he took care of me and my car. I was blown away with his professionalism and upmost dedication to his craft. Its a shame I dont live in this area because this Midas wouldve had a life long customer with customer service like that. I got my car checked out and Miguel tried his hardest to accommodate me and kept me informed and up-to-date every step of the way on a very busy day. I truly felt he cared about getting me back on the road and that he did. I wasnt able to fully complete all repairs at this shop due to my own constraints but when I finally did, I was able to verify this Midas was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car. I had Naples Midas install a Roush cold air intake and Flowmaster outlaw cat-back exhaust on my 2020 5.0 F150. The sound is incredible. Pedro did a professional and outstanding job on the install. The owner was top notch and they know how to treat there customers. I called around to numerous places in Naples and was quoted as high as $750.00 to have these items installed on my truck. The owner called me and gave me a quote that was way below any place in Naples and the best part is he stuck with the quote he quoted me. I recommend Naples Midas on Pine Ridge Road for your vehicle needs. Customer service, professionalism and work quality is the best I have seen in a long time.

Battery died. One employee came over to help me start it because I didnt live far away, and they did a great job on the a replacement. They were super nice, courteous, professional, and experienced. I will be going back for other car maintenance. I recommend them! Their fees seem very reasonable as well.

I was told by the dealer that my brakes and power steering rack had to be replaced. Took the car to Midas. They told me the brakes had at least 6 more months and the steering rack would not need to be replaced. The rack was estimated at approximately $1500- $2000! I picked up my car, no charge!!I recommend this Midas for being so honest! Hard to find honesty like that!

Having had some unhappy experiences with local shops (including a dealership) it was with trepidation that I went here, expecting the usual, in spite of my son’s recommendation to use them. The office was clean & orderly, as was the shop and covid compliance was evident everywhere. No up-sell, no “finding” of things wrong with my car, just honesty, great price and personal service. While it might take a full hour to do an oil change coming here is totally worth it. They have fantastic customer service, are extremely thorough and are hands down the cheapest oil change in Naples. I called 10+ shops and they were at least $10 cheaper than the cheapest competition and were the only ones offering a free tire rotation. These are great people and will never force upsale you anything that you don’t need. I had an issue with my car and instead of telling me they brought me to my car and showed it to me. They didn’t pressure me to get it fixed they just advised and said at some point I should get it handled. Very classy and low pressure. Loved them and will be back in 5,000 miles!

These guys are honest. Brought my truck in for some noisy suspension. They could easily have told me it needed to be replaced, but no... they told me it was not a safety concern. After checking out a few more things and moving a brake line that was out of place, they sent me on my way with no charge.You can bet I’ll be coming back next time I need a real repair. Honesty goes a long way these days.

Recently, I took our vehicle in for brake noise, expecting to have some stuff replaced. Much to my surprise, Miguel called to tell me that our brakes did not need replacing and that in fact something was rubbing on the rotor of one of the wheels causing the noise we heard. They fixed what was rubbing, did a couple other maintenance things we needed and had our vehicle back to us later that morning. We could have easily been taken, and would have believed it if we had been told we needed brake work. The team at Midas on Pine Ridge in Naples are honest, trustworthy and professional. Trustworthy, and honest. I brought my car in for a brake check and was told other than a minor adjustment to my rear drum breaks everything is good. I elected not to get the adjustment, but will be going back for their services if I need in the future because they won my trust.

We stopped by when our drivers license slipped into a tiny space in the console and could not be retrieved. Good shop. They do a free check up on your car when you go for an oil change, which is pretty good for the price.

Owner informed me that THERE IS A 250$ MINIMUM, after speaking on the phone (without mention) and driving 45 min regardless of it being a 1 hour job. Owner decided to leave it at 200$ to leave as friends after which, he decided to tack on fees to bring total to 230$ for a 1hr job. Miguel and adriel were professional, but the owner is trash. I should have heeded advice of my fellow Marine, who just found exhaust leaks on his SRT after having welds done at this location.

Finally found an honest company to work on my car. They give a fair price and are very professional and did a great job .. I recommend them to everyone.

Great people at this Midas! I really appreciated my experience here. Came in with a broken A/C and was nervous about the cost. I was greeted immediately by the owner Matt (great guy!). Matt gave me constant updates during their evaluation of the problem and broke down all my options really clearly. They showed me everything under the hood so I could actually see what the issue was. Great place. Owner onsite. Had Borla performance exhaust system installed on my 2020 Trackhawk. They did a great job, they were able to use the factory tips to keep the original look, and also allows me to continue to tow with the Factory Jeep Grand Cherokee Tow Package.Found out they also do also do tires, brakes, oil changes etc.. I had a bad experience with the local Chrysler (Jeep) Dealer with my Wrangler, so will be using locally owned Midas, unless Warranty requires dealer work.

I brought my car in for an alignment. The owner explained that I problems that prevented them from doing an alignment and gave me a price to repair it, however he told me this was a common problem with the car and I should call the dealer. He said he also heard another common problem sound coming from the engine. I took it to the dealer, the steering was a recall issue and the sound from the engine was a large TSB issue that my 3rd party warranty company repaired. For being an honest business person he saved me thousands. Thank you

Disappointing for my first experience. Took them up on their $17.99 conventional oil change offer only to get there and be told my car needs a synthetic oil change which of course cost more than double of what I originally intended to pay. After explaining my car takes conventional oil and has multiple times in every other shop, they still pushed for the synthetic. Considering I was the only customer there at the time, I didn’t think they’d be so intent on turning away business.

My boyfriend and I are heading down to Miami for a cruise and unfortunately had our belly pan start dangling. Matt and his team were extremely helpful and took such good care of us. We really thought it might put a damper on our trip but they took care of it so quickly. I would definitely come back if I lived in the area! Thank you guys so much

This is a fantastic shop! We came in late on Friday afternoon asking if they could replace the alternator in our Santa Fe. We needed it done immediately, as we were leaving Naples on Saturday.
