They were able to give me a specific time, and started working on the vehicle, an older Mercedes diesel, almost immediately. The work on my air conditioning was done in less than two hours. It now works perfectly. And the price was very fair. I will definitely use Pine Ridge Imports again!

I called their office in the morning and spoke to a very knowledgeable man named Ted who basically listened to my explanation of what I was experiencing with my new truck and then told me what their schedule looked like for the rest of the day. As per Teds instructions I took my Mercedes GLE in for them to diagnose and they found it needed a complete brake job with flush on the rear of my truck. He told me he could order the parts and get them early afternoon if I decided to do it and also could have it done by the next morning. Now mind you he didn’t use pressure or scare tactics or anything of the sort. Just a detailed technical explanation of the issue as well as some additional checks that he said they would perform to ensure that I did not have any unusual wear on the new brakes before they should wear going forward. Next morning at approximately 10am my phone rings and it is Ted once again who informs me that they did all the work as promised and also the additional testing on the calipers to ensure they were working correctly and found no issues. Work cost exactly what he originally quoted me and no upsell or unnecessary work that I didn’t need. I forgot to mention that in addition to this I asked him for the address so I could order an Uber home from the shop the day before since I was leaving my truck overnight. He replied with that would not be necessary because they would be more than happy to drop me off at home as soon as they had somebody available to give me a ride home. I waited in their comfortable lobby area and about 10 minutes later a gentleman peeked in and asked me if I was ready for my ride home and of course I answered yes. During the ride home and after conversing with my shuttle driver, I found out he was Richard the owner of the business. That is when I knew that I was in good hands because nobody at the shop was available and he didn’t want me to wait any longer so he took me home in his personal vehicle. That is customer service going above and beyond. He didn’t have to take me at all since they already had my business but he offered and delivered a service that really sold me on his whole operation. They have a clean organized shop and do great work as far as I can tell. Got in my car and no more vibration or humming sound when I applied my brakes so the workmanship was solid also. Top notch clean and organized shop that won my business for all four of our cars. Thanks Pine Ridge Imports on an excellent job done!!

Pine Ridge Imports really cares about the customers car problems and they provided good input helping me rank problems in order of importance. One of my repairs was an unusual problem with the convertible top. Once the top was repaired they advised would I could check every so often so the problem would not happen again.

I had my first experience with Richard and Ted at Pine Ridge Imports about 15 years ago when I took my daughters ailing BMW to them. They were professional and technically proficient with the car and the bill was fair and they stand by their work. I also took them my own Mercedes for various repairs and service, same result as with the BMW. Now I have returned with my new (to me) Mercedes SL 550. There has been no fall off in their operation and I can confirm from direct quote on this current service that their prices still hold about a 25% advantage over area Dealers service departments. Worst experience with any auto mechanic I have ever had in my entire life. Taking in a car have it checked out to see whats wrong with it and get an estimate cost $500. Nothing was even fixed but still $500 and most of the things that have no ideal if it is actually what is wrong with the car so how in the world can you give an invoice for $500 for doing nothing. If they charge this much for an estimate and inspection then I can only imagine what theyre charging for other thing to be done. I know at the prices they gave me for two of the things to be fixed or double anywhere else and something that I can do myself for a tenth of it and that includes the parts. If money is no big deal to you then maybe they do good work who knows but youre going to pay out the butt for it whether you do it or not at their place

Warning lights indicated problem with wheel/brake systems. They correctly diagnosed problem as a wheel speed sensor. I have since driven 50 miles, and problem has not recurred. I had an appointment, and used their Early bird/ Night owl; the form is easy to complete. I was advised of the diagnosis and cost before work was done. Car was ready when promised. Shop and office areas are clean and well kept.

Beware! These people intentionally cut my speed sensor wire in order to try to sell me a new rear axle. I took the car to BMW of Naples to confirm that this is the problem and all they did was fixed the wire and my speedometer was working again. Not only Richard and his mechanic are unethical but they also jeopardized my safety by letting me leave without a working speedometer. when I came back to the show them the pictures they looked at me like two owls. They refunded me the money that BMW took to fix the problem .Mechanics are like Doctors, there are one who care about you and there are one who dont care if you live or die as long as they make MONEY. Bunch of incompetent folks: took them two weeks to fix my hood release on BMW 750Li, charged me $1,250! When I picked up - the headlight was messed up. Had to return it. When picked up again - the speed limit message was coming up. And the car was all in oil stains - inside and out. Never seen such rip off and incompetence.

I have had my car in several and they always provide excellent service. They even walked me out with an umbrella when it was raining while I picked up my car.

Im very pleased with the work done on my 2007 MBenz E63 AMG by Pine Ridge Imports. They took the time to replace the leaking manifold intake gaskets instead of merely replacing the manifold as MBenz would have done at a cost to me of 3 to 4 times more. My car runs better than it has in years and I have already noticed a significant increase in gas mileage. The gasket leak must have been getting worse over time until it ultimately the car was not driveable. Thank you Ted for a job well-done.
