This company was recommended to us after my daughter was rear ended by our attorney. They were two weeks late in delivering the car. There was a part that was delayed so, I can understand that but, if you go to their site they will tell you we stay in contact with you and are with you every step of the way. Well, they do not call you or communicate past the initial drop off. We had to constantly call for updates after dates they gave us for completion were missed. Then acted annoyed when we called to ask for updates. They also did not stay in contact with the adjusters and due to their inability to finish the project on time it cost me additional money for the rental car.To keep in line with the whole experience they released the car without all of the parts/emblems installed. They call after the car is home (40 mins) away and ask us to come back. Instead of we are sorry, can we come to you since we released the car before it was complete, it became our problem and we are being difficult that we can just return right then. Take your car anywhere else but here!!! It will save your blood pressure, pocket book and time.
DO NOT COME HERE! My car was in an accident a while back, the rear driver side was hit so I took it to Supreme Auto Repair and collision, theyre supposed to be family friends. I just recently took my car to get new tires and they lifted my car up on a lift, they discovered stabilizer links were bent and gas struts and the rim was completely damaged. The gentleman asked me if my car has ever been an accident I said yes a few years ago but it was supposed to be fixed at a collision place he showed me underneath my car and sure enough he was right I compare the invoice from Supreme Auto Repair, they lied about fixing Parts on my car and took the money. So much for family friends.Update from owner response: 3 different mechanics from three different shops have identified these metal parts are impossible to bend or damage due to wear and tear. All three have stated it takes an impact. Im sorry its hard for you to believe that my car was put on a lift for the first time in five years. I usually use the house of flats to replace my tires, they do not put your car on a lift, they use a jack stand. I went to a different place this time and that is what they found. Get over it, you fixed the body and left some inner parts as is. You seem to have the same type of responses to anyone that leaves you a bad review, you do not take accountability. I never stated that my car had not been serviced in the past 5 years so to use that as your principal is void. This isnt social media where we hide behind a keyboard. This is reality where people leave reviews. I have chose to not return to you with this issue because you would have fixed it in the first place if I could have trusted you.
My 21year old daughter received a referral about this company doing a great job on vehicles, let me tell you she loves her car. I decided to let her make her own decision and take it to the well established auto body shop. She dropped it off yesterday, and picked it up today. The auto body work which was done, she was happy with. When she received the car, the battery was dead.. ok, that happens, not often. Then she got in the car and her seat would not move forward, it was all the way in the extended position. Once the charge was made, the seat was still jammed in the extended position, (someone tall was driving) she was very upset over this, so she spoke to the owner, he (owner JR) told her that he didnt do it(meaning him or his staff) my upset daughter is only 5ft 4.. This vehicle is also a manual.. SHE CANT REACH THE CLUTCH. They refuse to fix it and denied any wrong doing..(Really)... very unprofessional, not only did she spend the last of her own savings on her vehicle, again that she loves her vehicle very much, but because the owner refuse take responsibility or hold any of his staff accountable for damages to her seat which they caused while at his establishment on his property, now she has to spend an additional 170.00 on a switch that they broke. They had her car pulled off the property on the street and was done with it.My daughter called 911 to file a report, because not only did they want to leave her stranded because she couldnt reach the clutch, but to also record the entire very unprofessional dealings with this establishment.Myself being a business owner, and most business owners I know in the Naples area, would have addressed the concerns because our staff makes mistakes, or break things.. its an accident, it happens, but to deny any wrong doing is wrong on the establishment.This company made it harder for my daughter to trust a supposedly trusted local business.

Supreme Collision, a local Naples family business for almost fifty years, is the best… you can’t do better. No wonder clients come from hundreds of miles away. Owner J.R. Nocera, his managers Carmen and Kevin, and their expert team are knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. Above all, they are committed to high quality work and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I had two incidents requiring attention in just two days. In both cases, the issues were fully resolved and my Genesis came back looking like new. In one, DeeAnn kept me informed about a brief parts-related delay. I chose not to file insurance claims, and found the pricing to be fair. I would give this business five stars every day of the week and of the year! This place does excellent work, the office staff is friendly, upbeat, fast and professional. When I walked in the door the owner JR came out within 30 seconds, shook my hand, took a look at my vehicle, the damage and I was on my way in under 10 minutes. In less than 48 hours the repair was complete, the price was good and the job was done excellent. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with supreme collision. The staff is friendly, the service is great and fast, and the quality of work done was as if nothing happened. They quoted 6 days to repair which I thought was fair for the work they had to do (replace bumper, fix fender, lights, fix rim, and replace airbag sensors). The actually finished after just 3.5 days. I was extremely happy with supreme collision and would definitely go back.

First I was quoted one price before bringing my truck in to replace rotors and pads for all 4 wheels. When the job was finished they wanted to charged me almost double. The same day I picked up the truck I was having some noise issues and then a couple weeks later I was getting some vibration when braking. I called them and explained the issues, got a bit of a attitude so decided to take the truck to another mechanic a friend told me about to check things out. He took everything apart pads, rotors and let me watch him. The first thing we noticed was nothing was greased very well if at all, the new hardware was not installed and the rear brake pads were not replaced the one rear pad was so Worn down it only had 4mm left. Could not believe what I was seeing!

Due to a freak accident, both my cars in my driveway were significantly damaged: a Lexus LS500 and a new BMW X3. We found our way to Supreme Auto Repair and J.R. (the owner) through the recommendation of the Germain Lexus and BMW dealerships. My experience was first rate from start to finish. Supreme Auto is fair-priced (not the cheapest nor the most expensive) and they do top-notch work. The level of their commitment to complete customer satisfaction even included calling the Lexus dealer directly to have them fix a previously uncorrected safety hazard. The cars look like they are brand new. I rarely write customer reviews and, like you Im sure, view most of them with suspicion. But when a company like Supreme Auto does the kind of quality work it did for me, I feel its only appropriate to let potential customers know. You can take your car there with complete confidence that the job will be done on time and done right.

I sent my car here as geico recommended them, and while I had a less than stellar initial experience (due in part to many other unfortunate souls wrecking and filling up their lot before I came along, making things take a lot longer than needed, with some mistakes,) they have gone above and beyond to make it right. I will dock a star because I feel like they could use more work on workorder management. There were a few times I had to reach out for an update because I was told Id get a call back and nothing for weeks. Or Id be told to come in, and it wasnt quite done yet. (uber isnt cheap and I cant always bug people for a ride!) But things like that are small and easily fixed. Important thing is that my car is in working order and feels complete again. Paint job and body work are great, car runs same as before the accident, maybe even a bit smoother, and they even cleaned my car interior and detailed it for me... Twice! If the quality of this final product could be maintained, Id suggest getting a larger lot and hiring a bit more staff, especially as I hear Florida has been hitting some records for accidents, and they always seem pressed for space.
Had my car fixed at supreme auto collision a couple years ago .They stated they warranty any job done . Took my car in today because their is a gap in the bumper . Guy there was so rude stating the car was just in a accident to file a new claim. The bumper has no scratches or dents !!!! Someone working in car repairs would know if a car was just in a accident . I don’t recommend them at all . I should have knew they were nothing but bad after when I picked upMy car my control panel on my door was all peeled !!! Terrible customer service .

My car looked great it was even polished and cleaned. His shop and his employees are courteous and have great customer service. He guarantees his work! Supreme Collision did a fantastic job on my car this past week. I’m from out of town, here for the winter and had an accident two weeks ago. Drove in, got an estimate immediately which was quite a bit lower than 2 others in the area. They let me leave the car there that day and it was done and looking brand new in 2 days. JR and his staff could not have been nicer and more professional. By far the best collision repair facility I’ve ever been to.

Wow, I can’t say enough great things about JR & his staff at Supreme. They are truly a class act. This is actually the 2nd time I’ve Required body work on my Lexus after minor car accidents. Supreme was recommended to me by Germain Lexus the first time. The second time I knew right away I wanted Supreme to handle the repairs again after the exceptional job they did prior. My second incident was also complicated by dealing with a difficult insurance adjuster who gave me a hard time and also the fact that the accident occurred the week before I was scheduled to move across the state to begin a new job! The owner, JR, was very understanding and kind to me. He personally called me and voiced his concern over my situation & he handled everything from then on to ensure my vehicle would be completed in time. It’s very obvious he cares about his customers. His office staff set me up with a rental car the same day I dropped my car off and called me several times during the few days my car was being repaired to keep me updated on its status. When I went back to pick up my car, it had even been washed and detailed. These people have customer service figured out! I might be moving to the other coast of FL, but if I ever need anything done to my car... I will definitely request Supreme to do the job. Thanks JR & the entire Supreme staff for everything you did for me & for making my Lexus like new again!
While living in Naples I had my civic repaired twice at Supreme, I was informed by friends that it was a reliable shop. After a few years the clear coat began to peel which I blamed myself for not waxing enough, then 2 days ago a deer met the front of car again. It was then found that the bumper was zip tied to the car. I never had such dishonest workmanship on a car. Very disappointes.
Jimmy and his team have clear communication and quick turn around. I have teferred friends there and they have reported the same. He is my new fleet mechanic!
I had great customer service and a great final product. I only took them down a star because it took longer than planned. My front bumper needed to be replaced after someone backed into it at an intersection. My car is red, which is apparently harder to match. I went to pick it up the first time, and when I looked at it, I didnt like that there was a slight variation between the bumper and the original car paint. Chip was very helpful and agreed to take it back in to see if he could do anything to get a better match. Ultimately, they had to do a blending to make it match. That wasnt part of the original estimate, so it cost more, but they gave me a reasonable price and also fixed some paint chips, and the final product looks great. My only feedback is that when they are working on bumpers, they should include, or at least offer, blending in the original estimate as that is often required to ensure there isnt any color variation.

Excellent work and super professional customer service. I took my car to get work done after hurricane Irma. They not only did they do a great job repairing the car, they completed it on time. The girls that work in the office are really nice and on point! I would highly recommend Supreme Collision to anyone! Five star local business!👍
My car was repaired after an accident and a great job was done. The office staff is great. My battery was dead on my car when I arrived to pick it up. I had just been released from hospital and the office staff quickly had a team member get my car started. The lady I was working with ran to the Supreme auto repair shop to see if they could help with a new battery. The quote was ridiculously high. She and I both were surprised. Im not cheap but I dont like to be taken advantage of either. I searched auto parts on phone, drove 2 miles, had the best battery installed within 10 minutes and saved almost half of what was quoted by Supreme. I researched the battery I purchased and consumer reports gave it highest marks.
I dont know who writes the rave reviews but Im glad for the people who escaped the kind of dealings we suffered. Our experience with Supreme Auto Collision of Naples was awful. The manager told me the day I dropped the car off that it would be “no problem” having the car repaired within four weeks. They didn’t even start the repair before four weeks. At least three people in the business (manager, customer service rep and owner) engaged in coordinated, systemic misrepresentations about the status of the work. They lied to me virtually every time I talked to them. They also lied to the insurance company representative about the status of the job. Fair warning…look elsewhere.P.S. In response to the owners rebuttal: I know nothing about the problems encountered in auto body repairs. All I know is that the management consistently misrepresented (on at least five occasions) the status of my repair. That is my beef with them. Honest, candid updates on status would have saved me about $1500 in personal expenses incurred because the car was not ready when they said it would be.
I had parts sent over to Supreme Collision from BMW, not only did they do an amazing job on them.. I called and said Could they mail them to me since there was a car accident on 75, they said said yes, but while they were researching cost, they found a vender that was in my area to bring up the parts... Really? Great price? Great service? Sign me up
Very poor customer service, Deeann at the front desk was extremely rude & apparently also lies, they tell you your car will be ready for pick up and when you call back next day to confirm pick up time they give you a totally different story & apparently still missing parts! I would never go back there. Wish I read through all the reviews before I went there! Lesson learned! UPDATE To bad about 75% of that response is not correct! I am assuming it was written by the wonderful Deeann! Never once received an outgoing call on an update even after calling and being told they would call back. Never spoke to Enterprise about them exchanging the car (I did tell Deeann the rental car was nasty inside though so that is correct), car was not ready as they say in response. Not the least surprised. Also, Deeann gave me a big story about them needing to order an additional $1,100 in parts and the insurance company held them up - got the final invoice from them at pick up and it was the exact same as when I dropped the car - no additional parts were ordered - Deeann fabricated that completely. When I questioned that at pick up she got snotty with me and walked away - grabbed my keys and almost threw them at me and told me to go outside and get my car which was when I asked to talk to the owner - he was busy she said and didnt have time to talk to me. I asked for a manager and he was clueless and had no clue what was going on. Waste of time talking to him. If the owner wants to have a good reputation he should be willing to hear what problems they have and fix them. The entire reason I was unhappy was because Deeann lied to me and I couldnt get an honest answer from them. It felt like it was a secret and I wasnt allowed to know what was going on with my car. Some other lady called me on Saturday around 11:30 and told me I had 30 minutes to pick up my car before they closed - that was the first time they made an outgoing call to me and the first they told me the car was ready. When I told her that I couldnt get there that fast she got snippy and told me I had 24 hours to pick up or I would be charged extra fees. Nice service huh?
Supreme Auto is the best collision shop around. They repeatedly bring great service to my family and fix the problem the first time. Plus when I pick up my car they always go over it with me to make sure it is acceptional, and it always is. JR and his team have never ceased to amaze me. Highly recommend!
After 9 weeks with our car we were extremely excited when they called to tell us the car was ready. My wife and I both work (middle class, middle age) so it was about 15 minutes before closing when we were able to arrive. We got the keys and then dropped the rental car at Enterprise next door. Before making it to the end of the road to turn onto Hwy 41, the transmission light was on and it was already making noises and engine running very high. We called to say we were turning around to bring it back. They said not do to that but to keep driving. The person said the car has not been driven in two months so the hybrid batteries are dead. He said we will have the error and the sounds until the batteries charge again.The next morning my wife is broken down on the side of the interstate at 6:30 in the morning while trying to drive the car to work. We had to wait until they opened before getting a tow truck to haul it back. They decided to send it directly to the Honda place. The Honda shop is now saying it will be $9,000 to repair transmission. The Insurance company is now planning to total the car, but since they have to pay Supreme Collision $14,000; the insurance is saying they will likely not be giving us what is owed on this brand new 2019 car. We asked Supreme Collision and Insurance Adjuster to consider totalling it at the beginning because their $14,000 estimate was 100% body work. Supreme and insurance adjuster did not any mechanical allowance on this damage. So my wife and I are going to be out thousands of dollars.Here is why Supreme gets one star: (1) they clearly did not even test drive the car before letting us take it back. The car was sandwiched between two others during the accident and was pushed up on the concrete median. The front was damaged into the radiator. But Supreme did not include mechanical on their estimate and they NEVER test drove the car. The one trip to Honda Shop for reprogramming was done by towing the car there and back. They never drove the car to see if it would even function!! (2) When we called immediately after pick-up to explain the situation it was very clear by the mans voice DO NOT BRING IT BACK that they did not want to even check on our concerns. They did not even care.This place worked on another car of ours about 11 years ago. We did not like the outcome (trunk never shut correctly, and there were rattles and noises that were never fixed) but we decided to take our new car to them because they had some good reviews. No matter how many more snow birds hit our car during stupid driving season in Naples, Supreme Collision will never touch another one of our cars. Maybe the owners are making off big money in some sort of scam with insurance companies - but they are certainly doing bad work for the customer and clearly have no level of customer service.
An absolutely world class operation. Customer service, quality of workmanship and delivery of my repaired BMW a day earlier than promised. Supreme honors its name. The Receptionist and gentlemen I spoke with were very rude. I have a car that I am working on and restoring and I was looking to get some ideas on cost to get some body work done and they both were completely rude. I understand they are running a business but the way they treated a possible new customer shows how they will treat your vehicle. Beware using this company.Reply: I believe you missed the point on the original review. My review has nothing to do with you choosing not to work on my vehicle, you run the business you make the decisions. I am perfectly fine with you deciding to pass on the vehicle. My review was about how rude you and the receptionist were when all you had to do was explain your policy does not allow this. instead I got Your bringing your own steak to a steakhouse. Being nice and professional will always take you further then being rude.
I have been in the hospitality business for almost 15 years and let me tell you Supreme Collision certainly knows how to take care of their customers! From the time I dropped off my vehicle to the time I picked it up, I was treated with the utmost respect and sensitivity by the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring team in this business. They repaired my damaged mini van back to a visibly flawless condition. They even detailed my van which was a pleasant surprise being that I am a single mother of three. My van was messy! I just re-did my rating from 5 stars (before work started) to 2 stars (after work completed). My truck was side-swiped in a Publix parking lot. There were dents, scraped paint and a damaged door handle. When I picked up the truck, I didnt look at it closely until I got home. The door handle still was missing paint and was beat up. I took the truck back immediately. JR Nocera (the owner) explained that he forgot to add painting the handle to the estimate. So, I sat around the shop for 3 hours while they fixed that. I also noticed a large flaw in the new paint job that JR told me was dust from the paint booth. The result: a flawed paint job (that they didnt offer to fix), a wasted afternoon and no apology from JR for screwing up. Im not happy.

A couple of weeks ago we had a driveway accident with a new driver in the house. This resulted in damage to both cars. I drove to Supreme and had an estimate in less than a half hour. The first car was finished within a few days looking like new. Brought the second car in afterwards. Same deal. Done within days. Great service and bodywork. I was so pleased with working with JR and his team that I did something Ive been meaning to do for a year or so. We have another vehicle that had some back corner damage that was slowly getting worse with time. I brought it down there for an estimate which I got right on the spot shortly after arriving. Get this, JR showed me that the car had actually been repaired in the past because he could see the bondo coming off inside. I decided to get it repaired even thought it was an out of pocket expense and the quote was fair. Turns out, the repair was much more extensive than what was originally anticipated, but JR stood by his quote and installed original Audi parts to make it right. The car looks beautiful again. Ever since being a kid Im a big believer in taking car of cars, starting with my moms 1974 Chevy Impala. I like people who are craftsman in their work and JR and the team at Supreme are these kind of people.

We need a vehicle fixed the same day we took it in and with they problem they got it done by the end of the day .Exceptional work from the girls in the front desk and the guys in the shop as well. I had no issues at all with this company.They had been notified of my impending arrival and need for transportation. The drop off and pickup was seamless.The facility was clean and the staff efficient.E-mails giving me updates on repair progression were helpful and informative.My vehicle was repaired as good as new and was returned to me clean and detailed.I hope I never have an automobile wreck again, but if I do and am in Naples the repairs will be performed by this company.

Stay away from this place! This company was not capable of repairing or painting our vehicle properly. We had a nightmare with this company attempting to fix our Bentley. What a mess. Paint color didnt match, tons of dirt under the paint, they even masked around the rear lamp because they were too lazy to take the cluster out. They masked off at the bumper because they were too lazy to drop it an inch so masking lines were clearly visible. On a brand new $240,000 Bentley ! They cant even mix the paint color to anything even close. I have dozens of photos as proof. This company did not care about the vehicle they are working on. It is crazy that nearby local dealers send their cars to them. I have a friend of a friend who had this company working on their Rolls Royce after an accident. They have had nothing but problems with the poor quality repairs and crappy paint. A $300k Rolls Royce! By the way Supreme is NOT an authorized body shop to the auto manufacturers that they may make you believe, so dont let all those logos fool you. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Supreme. Look at the pattern of complaints appearing here in Google. Do you hear the alarm belling ringing? Now why do I get the feeling that some of the positive reviews shown here might be fake? Hmmmmm.....
While on our way to Naples from Cincinnati, I decided to add a little excitement to our vacation by hitting the car in front of me on the highway. My adjuster gave me the contact number for their collision repair partner - Supreme Auto Collision. After an initial eval and a due date that was beyond our departing date, my adjuster and this firm worked diligently to get the needed repairs completed in time for my departure! Their customer service is outstanding, their repair staff is dynamite and I cant thank them enough for their commitment and cooperation in getting us back home in time. Tonya is great to work with and you know your are working with the best when you walk in the door!

Let me just start with this : DONT TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSE!JR,CARMEN AND MIRIAN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!I am shocked to read the reviews on customer service because my car has been there for weeks and every single time I call i get nothing but respect an the answers I need. I have been updated every step of the way. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Supreme Auto! They have worked their A** off getting the parts, the estimate approved and so on! I won’t go anywhere else!
My experience getting my BMW body work done at Supreme Collision was exceptional. From the minute I drove in, until I picked up my car, everything was professional and efficient, and done in a friendly manner. I was in good hands there and completely satisfied with the repair work.
My car was not fixed properly so when I took it back they put me in a rental car saying they would take care of it but no, enterprise called me saying that the shop was not gonna pay for anything. On top of that I call my insurance and they tell me that my car was not being worked on and that I had picked up my car from the shop already. I call the shop and they tell me they couldn’t find my vehicle, this lady tells me she is gonna call me back and never does so I call back 40 minutes later and she tells me so calmly that my car was stolen on Friday at 2:00 am lol and it’s already Wednesday evening. This place is insane, the owner is so rude and the employees miscommunication is terrible they never know what to tell you and when they do every employee will tell you something different. Police report was filed and hopefully my car is found, I’m very disappointed.
The receptionists are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! NO manners what so ever. Lack of customer service. DeAnn & Janice ABSOLUTELY horrible. They sit there and gossip and think we customers cant here them. J.R. needs to check his employees. When they make a mistake they try and act like your the problem when you call them out on it. Jobs are usually half down and when you bring the car back to them to fix it they try to point fingers. Never ever again. They make fun of customers that are on the phone when they dont speak English. Never again would I go back to them!!!! J.R. is a good person but they staff is trash. Customer service is not where it should be.
Friggin GREAT! I love my Dodge Challenger and some NUT JOB keyed it! Thought I would bring it to the dealer, but so glad I went to Supreme! They understood how matching the paint meant to me.....KUDOS to the Paint guy! Thanks a bunch. If you EVER need a paint and body shop, these are the guys....Only one complaint....They took a few days longer, but well worth the wait!

Went in for an estimate. They did that, arranged for rental, told me the car would be ready in 2 days. (it was done early) The paint work was great. Would definately take any repairs needed to this shop. Great work and very fast and professional.
Told me 5 days to get my car fixed. Had it ready in 3. Highly recommend for your auto body and paint needs
I have had three experiences in the in the past four years to have repairs done at this business. I cannot stress enough the outstanding repair work and customer service I have received at this facility. Highly Recommended.
Wish i could give no stars. Read the reviews and you will see a pattern. My vehicle was done very early. But was full of paint defects. Runs in the clear coat, debris under the clearcoat, haze, pinholes, you name it, i had it. most amateur paint job Ive ever seen. Looked like my neighbors kid painted it. They chipped paint on the door pillar when replacing the fender, scratched paint under the taillight managed to make like round hammer debts in the door. And dirty fingerprints on the interior. They gave it back to me like this. Owner said your cars over there ready to go looks beautiful. When i pointed out the defects he said thats buff work well take care of that in a few hours. a week later they called again. I find more defects. A week later they call again, still more defects. Never an update and never a SORRY...NOT ONCE. The owner tells me itll never look like new again (i had minor damage from a side swipe. So i took the car to Gerber Collison, 1 week later the car was returned, free of defects and looking like new. Imagine that. The owner of Supreme is a d-bag who cares nothing about service, just getting checks. well now hes got to pay Gerber a check, to the tune of 1300$. Suck it.

This shop is a disaster and a very rude one at that. I picked up my truck there today because they refused to work on it due to it being a classic which they claim to be expert in. And my battery was missing out of the truck? It was completely hooked up when it got there and the owner even said he drove it out back himself. But when I confronted him with the missing battery he was very rude, I am an 18 year old female and to be talked to the way I did was completely unreasonable. He said that it must have been stolen and things were stolen all of the time and that it wasnt his fault. He yelled and said that anything stolen on his property was not a problem of his and that people could easily jump their fence and that they do so all of the time. I have the entire conversation recorded for the better business bureau as well and they will be dealing with this soon. I was then almost charged hundred of dollars for storage fees. I was never contacted about an fees and neither was my father, who was to be contacted with any news about the truck, and he wasnt even called once in the few weeks my truck resided at this shop. They were very immature and uncaring and I regret wholeheartedly bringing my vehicle there and I would never send anyone to this mediocre shop.
Brought my grandsons car in for a scratch repair. about $600 so it wasnt much damage at all. You think after 3 attempts they could paint it right? 3 times in and its still not right. First time it looked like it was painted with a spray can from Home Depot. Runs in the paint and they delivered it that way! I knew we were in trouble when we waited for it on one visit and all we heard was complaints from others about paint.
Would not recommend under any circumstances! Vehicle was not ready on time as promised, not once but twice. Did not keep me informed causing needless & lengthy trips to the shop. After I called to confirm the time of vehicle readiness, and after I arrived at the scheduled time, I was informed vehicle just went into paint drying booth! Customer Service is poor as staff doesnt communicate effectively, likely because of the owner’s interference & questionable management skills. Owner is arrogant & condescending with typical response, “it is what it is! Then he complains hes got 85 vehicles backed up as if its the customers fault that the work wasnt done on time.
Brought my 2015 Camaro S/S to Supreme Auto/body for a full black paint job last week on recommendation from Hendricks chevrolet...this was to come out of my pocket and not insurance so I was very nervous until the owner (JR) threw me a price I couldnt refuse and convinced me that the dreaded black and difficult paint job was not a problem for his company. Brother, he wasnt shitin..in less than a week they gave me my car back with the most beautiful and flawless paint job ever!! twenty eight years experience shows on my car and I couldnt ask for more.

JR and Joe did an excellent job for me on my BMW at Supreme, despite personal issues I was having with a Geico Representative (whom was a complete liar and a snake in the grass). JR and Joe made my car as new as possible with the repair on my bumper that should have been replaced by Geico. I have been there twice and it is the only place in town I would trust with my car. They are first class guys (honest and professional) and deserve the success that comes along with their expertise, given the quality of product and customer service that they relate back to their clients. I would highly recommend them for any client that is looking for a QUALITY body shop at a reasonable price.
It was a joke. My truck still looks like crap even after the second paint job. The color doesnt even match. Never will ever go there again. They sanded the inside of my door and never repainted it. The corner of my tail gate had no paint now its just a light white. I will find someone whom is a true talent and have them paint it again.
JR is the best in the business ... And that isnt by accident! I went to get the dings in my lease car fixed before I turned it back in ... It looked so good after JR got done with it ... I decided to keep the car!
