The guys at Tire Kingdom are top notch, professional, and all around great at customer service. I have never had a bad experience and they are extremely diligent in their care and maintenance of our vehicle. Always busy but worth a little wait! Go down and see them for your vehicle needs.

Firstly, I’ve been here in the past...the first thing I noticed was how clean and organized this place is compared to my prior visits. When I walked in, everyone was smiling and I was greeted by Josh ( later found out he was the GM...great to see a hands on manager)...extremely professional and eager to help...was going to repair a tire and ended buying 4 new tires...absolutely no pressure. His knowledge of what was best for my sports car was above and beyond. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. The service and quick turn around was fantastic! All I can say that my car drives better than new and will most definitely recommend this Tire Kingdom to anyone I know! Nice job!! Thank you!!!

If you have appointment and want to make sure you get out in less in 4 hours, stay at store with car.!!! I walked around neighborhood, called to see if done 2 hours later... nope.. walked back and car getting balanced! Everyone one waiting for car in waiting room were gone.

I feel straight up robbed after coming here. My two back tires were flat, so I put on the spares, and brought it to the Tire Kingdom. Then, charged me $244 for two tires, balancing, and to put them on. Fine, even though I only paid $150 at Walmart Tire. So, they were put on, and a alignment check done. I went directly to Lehigh Acres to meet people at my new house. As I got to Lehigh Acres, I started hearing a thud coming from the back. Then, the car started swerving from the back like it was hydro planing. I had to pull over less than 10 miles on my way back to Naples. I then had to take $160 worth of Uber/Lyft rides to home, work, back home, and back to my car to have it towed back to Tire Kingdom where they charged me another $550+ because the wheel well bearing area had the wheel loose causing the swerving in the back. Yet, nothing was said yesterday when they put the tire on, so I feel like they had to know, or messed up my inner wheel when putting on the other tire because I never had a problem before. Now, I paying $1,000 from 2 back tires. Not only will ever come here again, I will ensure nobody I know comes here or to any other Tire Kingdom again!

Just visited after I got a flat in my rental car. Josh helped me, was a great communicator and allowed me to understand the timing and situation with rental car replacements. Less than 24 hours later, the rental company approved the fix, and Josh called, ready to go. Very happy with my experience here, and will definitely make them our go-to in Naples.

My Enterprise rental asked us to do the flat tire at this place and they did a great job to speed up our request so we can move on our trip.

Manager was very friendly and helpful. The tech fixed my flat. I definitely will return here if I need them again. They did not try to sell me anything unnecessary which I appreciated. Highly recommend.

What a joke of a shop, I made an appointment in advance and I couldnt get a straight answer out of the service manager or whoever that was behind the counter. I got there 6 hours before I had to leave for work and all the guy said was were understaffed but Ill try to get you out of here in time, repeatedly as I even asked for a yes or no answer. These are the types of people you dont trust with your vehicle, if they cant manage time then they clearly cant manage much else. Dont walk away from this shop- RUN

I recently gave this location a test run. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. In my experience, I found the level of customer service to be below average. During the service, a lug nut and stud was found to be stripped. I’m not exactly sure who did it so I’m not going to say it was them, but the way it was handled could have been better. In all, the prices are reasonable compared to others in the area. As for the general appearance of this location. The building itself is old and shows it. The lobby/waiting area is as you would expect from an auto repair shop. Basic and nothing really special. Overall my experience was underwhelming to the point that I won’t be going back.

Called the night before and asked specifically for a Goodyear tire. Showed up the next day to our 9:15 appointment and waiting for 2 hours for our tire to arrive only to find out they had ordered a Cooper tire. Salesman tried to argue with me that we said we needed Cooper but my wife was reading off the paper I gave her when she was talking to the salesman the night before. The paper says Goodyear. She doesnt even know Cooper makes a tire. 2 hours gone, and actually even more for the drive there, from our 1 day in Naples. THEN, since they didnt have the right tire, we ask them to put our spares back on but they put on the bad tire that was in the bed and sent us on our way with a bulged out tire. Terrible.

I have been coming here for years and they always take great care of me. As a female, Im always scared of getting ripped off, but the boys at Tire Kingdom are honest, professional and someone I can trust. I highly recommend without reservation.

They didnt have the tired I needed. Was told it would be ordered and in by 2 and they would call. 2 arrived and went and no call. I called back and was told there was no order for the tire put in. They couldnt be bothered to look it up or anything. Wasted my day unable to drive.

These guys give shady auto mechanic their bad name. I paid for expensive tires and left with cheap ones on my car. Luckily I knew what to look for but most consumers would have been ripped off by this place without knowing it. I went in for four tires and an alignment. After waiting 2.5 hours I paid, walked out the door and found; 1. They put the wrong tires on my car. Right brand, totally wrong size and rating. The rim size was correct but width, ratio, speed rating and load index were wrong. The paperwork had the correct tire, I was charged for the correct tire but almost all of the numbers and rating on the tire were incorrect. I have a hard time believing this was an accident. How could any mechanic be so blind in putting four tires on a vehicle that were so far off? With a little investigating I found the tires they gave me were $104 cheaper per tire. This error was a $416 benefit in their favor. 2. The alignment cost $50 more than the competition and my car pulls to the right pretty bad, after the alignment. Im considering paying (again) to get it aligned somewhere else. 3. I left with the tire light on. They never set up the tire pressure sensors in the cars computer.In review, watch out for these guys and check your tires when you leave. I had to go back again to have them put the tires I paid for on the car. After waiting 5+ hours total for tires to be put on my car and dealing with all the aggravation, absolutely no attempt was made to make me a happy customer.

Alex was very helpful and informative over the phone he gave me a lot of great information on tire prices and awesome deals that they have. Derek sold me some very nice tires, that I really needed. Great oil change

I have been using Tire Kingdom for my car service since my car was out of warranty. They are thorough and charge less than half of what various services cost at the Honda dealership. I am a Tire Kingdom customer for life!

Always get my car service here and the mechanics do a truly amazing job, specially Marco. The manager Leo is real knowledgeable, courteous, and always gives me plenty of options. I will always take my business here. 5 stars and if I could I would give more.

I have been trying to reach the regional michelin manager. I had new tires put on. The back left was flat and I wentin on a Monday. The had a spare tire until Friday? Not to mention I sell real estate and drive uber. The shop left me on hold over ten minutes. They wouldnt answer the phone. My glove box was greasy.. They put the new tire on front I had to go back . Because it does not drive smooth. They also told me i needed front and back brakes. Which I did not need. Should not write estimates for unnecessary work. Tires had another rotation now. And car is driving off balance. I cancelled the extra warranty because you still charged $80.00 for a new tire. How would you feel??

These people are awesome. I stopped by with a hole in my tire from a nail that fell out and they fixed it on the spot with no charge. Weve been here before and they are always great! Great service and honest work!!

I was driving my Buick 1999 Park Avenue Ultra in interstate 75 highway toward Ritz-Carlton Hotel for attending a conference as a speaker instead of my boss after 45min when the warning message of low pressure tire has appeared on the screen. I have turned the car toward this shop and they have checked all of my tiers and solve my problem for free! After that I was able to reach to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Naples on-time and deliver my speech for audience without any stress for my vehicle tires. Excellent experience that I had with the manager and mechanics ... they did a great job taking care of the brake fluid ...back up to where it should be ... and they did a brake flush... the previous place that I went to obviously overlooked the fact that my brake fluid was very low and my brake ight had gone on. Just glad to know that it wasnt anything serious. I felt very comfortable with them! Highly recommend!

Terrible service! I made the appointment online for 4:30pm for an alignment. I called around 4:10 because I was running late, I told them I would be arriving after 5pm and they told me there was not a problem that they will take care of it... I arrived at 5:20 and they told me “sorry the mechanic left already” I told them I called to let them know i was running late and that I was arriving after 5pm, the guy just responded “your appointment was at 4pm not now” I told him that it was the reason I called before and they told me they will take care of it, and that my appointment was at 4:30 actually. He just told me there was nothing he can do and asked me to reschedule, I would not reschedule or go back again!!! Why they tell me it was fine to arrive late and when I arrive there they tell me that the mechanic left and that there is nothing they can do but reschedule.

Went here because I had nails in 3 tires. Said none were patchable or able to be plugged. They tried to sell me new tires for $500. Went somewhere else for second opinion. Turns out 2 out of my 3 tires were actually fixable and only spent $20. They just wanted to make $$$. No integrity here.

First off price-wise cant hardly Beat It four tires if you know what youre doing. Knocked my ground effects off my Mercedes Benz and were unable to put them back on they broke them. Was unable and incompetent to perform alignment. On top of which I knew was going to happen cuz I watched him balance my tires and he did not do it right I had Road vibration at 45 and 60 mile an hour violent shaking of my car the tire balancing was not done proper. One of the guys had this big white diesel truck on the alignment rack and was honking the horn obnoxiously and obsessively the loud air horn then one of the other guys gotten a horn battle with another vehicle I think they realize then I was not amused with them playing with our vehicles

RUDE!!!! ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!! I went in after I called to make sure he had the deal off $19.99 oil change and rotation and they said yes, come in. I set up the appointment and went in 10 minutes before. The guy straight away got attitude with me that I didnt print off a coupon when it never said I had to print off anything and just had a promo code, and then proceeded to give attitude. I asked for a manager whom he never got and gave us the discount. Obviously wasnt that hard to do but wanted to throw a fit. We waited and waited as our car sat out front and told us it was going to be about 45 minutes to an hour. The car never went back so I ended up leaving.Will never go back to another Tire Kingdom and I WILL alert everyone to STAY AWAY!!!!

The mechanical skills of the staff is not up to ASE standards. The customer service skills the staff has been taught are god awful. The store manager Leo was impeccable at deflecting questions and driving concerns away from himself. Leos main rebuttle to my concerns was Go online and look at my reviews, my store has the best reviews in the county. It was a horrible experiance.

The alternator went out on my car during rush hour in heavy traffic and had to be towed to Tire Kingdom. I called ahead to ensure that they were able to receive it since it was almost 5pm. They were very kind and told me it was ok to bring it there. Upon arrival, I told them the tow truck driver had hooked my car up to his testing equipment that showed my alternator was the problem. The next morning I received a call and the initial testing was correct. They did not try to upsell me which was appreciated. My car was repaired quickly and properly. It was a costly repair, but that was expected. Tire Kingdom has been performing the maintenance for my car for several years and I have never been unhappy with the service at the North Naples location.

Thanks for wrecking the passenger side of my front bumper, as well as gashing in and ruining my wheel well. Ill be out over $1,000 to fix it, and cannot use passenger door until! All because I had a Trump sticker on my back glass. And no one in that shop had English as their first language. Hmmm...wonder what the problem was.

The got me in and fixed right away, Great customer service. I will use them in the future for sure.

Very disappointed in my experience here. I called to make an appointment to align and rotate my tires and was told oh just come in and we will take care of it. I asked again if i needed an appointment and they said no, just come in. I come in and they say it would be better if you made an appointment. I made an appt for 1pm the following day, and was told it would take 45 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later and still no car. With this type of customer service (or lack there of) I would NEVER return or recommend this location to anyone else. Did I mention theres 5 employees chatting, texting and socializing while I wait? I could go on but Im pretty sure Ive made my point. Horribly disappointed.

Arrived at the store at 7:15am. I was the second customer in the store and needed a simple tire plug/patch. I left the vehicle and went to grab breakfast. I was told it would take about a hour. At 8:30 I called to check the status and was told that the patch needed 45 minutes to dry. Ive never heard of that before - but I arrived at 9:00am ready to pick up my car. I finally was cashed out and given my car at 10:00am. Very disappointed in Tire Kingdom - luckily there is a Tires Plus next door.
