I want to thank the owner of this store. After going to several other beauty supply stores in the area. It was nice to actually get great customer service. All though when I walked in she was already helping someone..she politely excused the customer ahead of me. Just to let me know she would help me find what I was looking for as soon as she was done. I found a few things while I waited and she came over to help, after she was done.There was one item I was Not able to find in any shops anywhere and I mention it and showed her the product. Shen then offered to order the item and have It in stock for my next visit, since it was a great Natural hair product. That speaks volumes.I would recommend this beauty supply store to any and everyone. Great customer service for all your hair and skin products.

I love shopping at Levels. It is very nice and clean establishment. The owner Tiffany is very professional and knowledgeable on her products. I moved to Naples from Miami about 2 years ago and I was struggling to find a hairstylist here. I am so happy a friend of mine referred me to Levels Beauty Supply. One of the best Beauty/Hair Supply stores in Naples. Was in need of a product that they did not have in stock, she made sure to keep me updated (since the supplier was delayed). Once the items came in, she made sure to call me directly to let me know. Customer service is A1, prices are affordable and she make sure to carry what her customer needs. What other business owner do you know that will refer you to another business if she does not have an item in stock and you need it right away?!?! Definitely my go to Beauty/Hair Supply store. 💯🙌🏿

I was talking to a friend about not being able to fine black facial products and she told me about Levels. When I went there I was welcome with a warm greeting. I met the owner, Tiffany, whom was just as sweet as she could be. And to see not only facial products but hair care products as well. She recommended a product and I actually tried it and it works wonders. I appreciate her sense of guidance.

Love the owner, the services, and the products sold here! Levels Beauty Supply is the only place I go to in Naples to get my hair products, and if she doesn’t have something in stock she’ll get it for you. So happy she opened up this store. Her braiding and customer service is AMAZING! Anyone who says differently, they scamming, cause this woman right here do the damn thing!

I have gotten my braids done multiple times and I am very pleased with the business and services provided by the owner. I am a truck driver home-based in Houston Texas hometown is Beaumont Texas and I travel the East Coast from Texas to Miami hauling cars on one of my recent trips to Miami I stop by friends in Naples Florida my friend told me how bad my dreads was looking so I thought I would look up a beauty store to see about getting my dreads done everyone I asked was leading me to I place called levels I’ve never had anybody to retwist my dreads the way that will hold our last or even looked good but after the job I got from levels I will make it my point from now on to book all my hairdos at levels I can’t believe how good they made an old man like me look my wife asked me are you truly going to wait and go all the way to Naples to get your hair done from now on my answer was you damn right

New to the area and the wonderful Owner Tiffani introduced herself and helped me get what I thought I needed AND what I forgot I needed. She also showed me her work which led to me booking an appointment with her and I am so happy I did. She listens, she makes suggestions and ultimately delivers what you asked for. Braids, ponytails, faux locs, yarn she does it all and I love it all. Ill be back again and again. Thank you!

So I travelled with my wife to Naples,FL to visit a long time friend who just recently gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. As we are making our way there, my wife realizes that she left her Girl bag, you know the bag that contains makeup, lipstick, hairbrush. Combs, conditioners, a sofa.. i mean everything... so i googled a beauty supply store.. and sure enough Levels Beauty Supply was about 10 minutes from us... So i told my wife.. no worries.. its levels to this and we pulled up to the store... i said to myself.. im for sure gonna be here for 2 hours but I wasnt because the store owner... maaaan she did her thang.. you can tell she knows her products very well and is knowledgeable in her craft. Very respectful, and she got my wife right!!! Even gave me pointers for a shiny beard... so if you wanna level up... Levels Beauty Supply is where is at. Highly Recommended!

This place is a SCAM don’t go there. Briadsby_tiffani is posting that she does hair but she takes your money and run. I deposited money for her to do my hair to her cash app as she requested. After she took my deposit, She went stop replying to my messages to confirm my appointment she basically ignored me and wouldn’t refund my money. I had to call my bank. Don’t book her, she’s a big SCAM
