Great purchasing experience!I bought my 247 sportsman from Josh. I couldn’t be happier with the transaction. Josh made it quick and easy! I was even more pleased with my service after I purchased my vessel; if I had any questions he was prompt and happy to help. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy from him!
I have purchased 2 Scout boats. Viage Group is a First Class operation. Specifically my sales person Josh Chaney. A true professional. Josh takes the take to fully understand your boating desires so that you really do have a amazing lifestyle out on the water. He is a hard worker, excellent communication, sincere, genuine, and treats you like family. As far as Scout, if you want the best luxury center console boat, Scout is #1. The Mercedes Benz S Class of the water in my opinion. Modern technology advanced hulls, attention to detail in fit and finish, luxury options you just cant find on other boats, performance numbers superior. Did I mention style and looks? They look even better on the water than the website! I also keep my boat at the marina and have had a very good experience. You dont have to wait for your boat, parking is never a problem, and its a great location for Naples & Keewaydin boating.
I am an out of state buyer that purchased off photos and a video survey. Viage was fantastic to deal with. Boat was as promised and delivered right on time. Will definitely use again.
We purchased a new Scout and we could not have been happier our the experience! Our salesman, Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable from the day we looked at boats all the way through the ordering and delivery process. Post delivery he has fulfilled every promise and gone above and beyond our expectations. He continues to make it known that he is here for us as needed. We highly recommend doing business with Viage and Josh!Mark and Jenny
New owners and a whole new outlook! What a pleasant change for the better. I cannot wait to see all of the improvements coming down the line from this company that cares about providing an outstanding customer experience.
Five star experience from the new owners, Viage Marina. We were blown away by the friendly staff and top-notch service. Will definitely return.
The service was outstanding!
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great new owners.
I just had my Pursuit 280S w/twin 250 Yamaha outboards serviced at Naples Bay Marina (formerly SaraBay on Bayshore Drive), and I could not be happier. They got it all right, finished earlier than promised and charged me a fair price. And they delivered the boat back to me clean!I had about given up on finding this quality of service in Naples. I’m sold, and for the first time ever, I’m happy to recommend this boatyard.UPDATE - I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT LAST WEEK (NOVEMBER 2020) AND WAS INFORMED THE BUSINESS IS BEING SOLD
Great experience with our recent boat purchase. Without exception, we were treated like valued customers and everyone we dealt with made it clear that they were interested in our satisfaction at every step of the sales process. But where they really stood out was in their service department. The service manager, Bob, went above and beyond to work with my extremely detail oriented husband. He made sure that were were well taken care of and worked extremely hard to see that all aspects of our purchase went smoothly. Bob Gonzalez is a real credit to Sarah Bay Marina. Thanks again, Bob, we appreciate everything you did for us.
They are a great group of people that were able to put together a whole lot of parts in a very short time. Theyre courteous and take and take care to get you everything you need.
Good
Very friendly staff
** Pictures of the boat getting new motors at Sara Bay Naples added. More, inside the building to come. Money first, customer second.MONEY FIRST---CUSTOMER SECOND>They will, and have paid money to remove less than stellar reviews of their company from the internet as stated by the service manager I dealt with.I bought new Evinrude motors here less than two years ago. Due to a revolving door in the service department, a new service manager refused/declined service on the motors (under warranty) because they dropped the brand. The new service manager declared the motors junk and refused to work on them. He also, somewhat proudly told me he was able to get his previous employer on Marco Island to drop the brand.Despite having any training or experience with the Evinrude motors, I was forced to have a faulty ignition switch done dockside, vs. bringing the boat to them. They may leave you hanging too depending on the direction of the wind that day.
We have been customers of this facilty for 7 years. The new owners, Sara Bay, have some helpful and friendly staff on site. However, management is non existent, and to the extent that they manage from afar (Main marina is in Sarasota), decisions have come down without regard to customers. We will be leaving and taking our service and storage business elswhere. Currently its just not being run well at all, this may change as time goes on, we wish them luck.
Very helpful sales staff. When Im ready to buy my Worldcat boat, I know exactly where Ill be going.
Friendly help
