I have been calling and emailing many Naples and Marco Island marine service shops for 4 weeks. No one returns calls or emails. After searching online, I found Amzim Marine and saw that they were a Mercruiser dealer. I filled out their service form and within minutes received a response and a phone call. The service advisor, Valerie was great. They had a tech on Marco and advised he could meet me that morning. The tech was great. He had to call Mercury from the boat to explain what he was seeing on his computer. Faults were cleared and I was advised to take the boat out for a good run to see if I can get the faults to come back up. My issue could be a ECU software coding. We will see. I am a new customer of Amzim Marine! Thank You!

As another dealer here in Naples that sells and services boats. We have found ourselves a little behind at times. We have reached out to them to and Gary, Cindy, and their whole team treat us like one of their own. Always willing to help in any situation. They never leave us hanging and treat us as part of their business and treat our customers as their own. I would recommend them to anyone for anything boat related. We live in Chicago and flew in toSee a boat that we had scheduled an appointment to see. They messaged us on Wednesday at 5:30 pm confirming that we were still coming Thursday at 1:30 and we confirmed. We arrived earlier then expected on Thursday so we messaged and asked if we can come at 12:30 instead of 1:30. They responded that they already sold it as if 6:30pm the night before. How can you confirm the appointment and sell it an hour later and not even notify us knowing we are flying in just to see the boat.Terrible business!

Gary and Cindy Tantum, the Principals of Amzim Marine, are two of the most honest people you might ever meet in your life. They have done repairs and maintenance work on my boat for the last 2 years and I wont go anywhere else. It just doesnt get any better!
