Love this repair shop!! My jetski was not running or even turning over. I called late morning and they said they could atleast diagnose the issue. Well to my surprise they diagnosed and fixed immediately. Also gave us pointers on additional care and even gave me an engine cleaner for free. Tomorrow we’re back in the water. Rob and Absolute Performance Ski are a rare find. After freeing my 16 FXSHO from dealer jail in Fort Meyers I subsequently discovered a businessman who knows how to do business and makes you want to return for all future needs.I had a impeller pump hosing expand and freeze on the impeller. I was jacked by my dealer (from whom I bought the ski) with endless stories, the last being up to an additional 6 weeks for repair. Nothing made sense and I was very frustrated.I brought the ski to Rob disassembled along with a box of parts.I got the ski back very promptly (I mean very) in perfect repair and the bill was detailed and fair.Rob and his crew are pursuing their passion and he is an outstanding business person. I’m new to PWC’s and I decided to change my own oil. It was a disaster. Yamaha sent me the wrong filter. I called Absolute and Robert told me to come in. He and his buddy took charge. They went above and beyond. Suctioned out all the oil that leaked into the hull. Put on a new filter and filled it with new oil. Then gave me some great advice on maintaining the craft. They didn’t charge me anything! Robert suggested that I should get the spark plugs replaced which I will do soon with Absolute! 😊

Robert the owner was beyond helpful! Came in needing advice and help. Not only did he not charge me anything he told me what’s needed to be done. Instead of trying to Charge me more, he gave me the knowledge to save money and fix it! Name one other company that would do that? I can name many that wouldn’t! Sunsports in Fort Myers for instance had a $3,000 dollar service bill to fix it. Absolute (Robert) made it clear that, that wasn’t the case! Very thankful and highly recommend this company!

In fact, he saved me from a potentially several-thousand dollar repair bill because of his deep knowledge and expertise. Not only did he do a bang-up job on my Scarab, he took the time to sit down with me and discuss my new boat and give me some really great advice that will prolong my enjoyment of it. Him being a professional and letting me know he will look at in 24 hrs, like all the other places said 24 days or better yet my ski was too old to look at. And final reason was his pricing and the time frame was exactly what he said, I was recommended to Robert but a larger ski shop in town, so I thank you for not working on a machine as old as mine because I would of never met Robert. Robert again thank you and I was on the water yesterday for 2 hours and the ski ran great, see you next October for a yearly service and my 1 hour ride down 75 is well worth it. These guys are exactly what you’d expect. Absolute performance is Absolutely great at what they do. They do everything from service and maintenance to performance, electronics and stereos. Robert is a mastermind and his guys are right behind him. There’s nothing they can’t tackle. On top of that they are honest and reasonably priced. Extremely pleased with what I’ve had done here and will continue to use them in the future.

Lost my season key in the morning and no shop body was open . Called the owner and he specially waited for me on his off day to drive to him for more than an hour and he replaced the keys for me with very reasonable price, very knowledgeable and nice people working here . Would definetly recommend .

10-29-20. 5Stars.Robert is By Far the most experienced and professional PWC Mechanic I have ever dealt with. I purchased a 2008 SeaDoo GTI SE 155 from him. I absolutely LOOOOVE IT! Rob did a complete bow to stern tune up, new battery, gauges, new wires and hoses. He even found a Single ski trailer for me. My SeaDoo has 100hrs and is in very good condition. Starts right up every time, gears are smooth. Ski is super quick!! I plan on many years of riding. Thanks Again Rob!!

I just got a 2016 Yamaha vxr Waverunner and I went out for my first time and my check engine light came on so after driving 6 hours and finally getting to the boat ramp and in the water that happened anyway I didnt know what was wrong and couldnt find a decent place I trusted to look at it without a warm and leg plus someone with 10 min to spare with me so I called up and Robert said he was on his way back to the shop and to bring it in. Contacted Robert of Absolute Performance for the 100 hour service on two SeaDoo Sparks. Its a uniquely difficult service because the Sparks entire top decks must be removed.Speaking with him on the phone, I had high expectations, because he clearly showed a deep knowledge personal water water craft repair, modification, and service.The expectations were met and surpassed when he serviced the SeaDoos. He is meticulous and efficient. No shortcuts or workarounds, but first rate service.Very happy with my experience with Robert at Absolute Performance.
