People are so friendly

Krista and her staff completed some work on our Hunter Sailboat. They took care of our baby as if was their own boat. We have used other marinas throughout Florida. We were very happy with the value. We felt their pricing was fair. I would like to also point out that Krista had a great upbeat and friendly personality (when do you find that at a boatyard). I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I started at this marina when Paul Flores owned the marina. I learned every aspect working and restoring boats/yachts sailboats etc.. Great marina and affordable compared to other high priced Marianas on or around Naples Bay. The People who work here are very professional and take great pride on working on customers boats! Safe place to store your boat here if needed! Great people great environment and affordable quality work!

Wish I could give 0 stars to Doris who deserves not even 1 star ... In all my years of doing business with other human beings I have NEVER once felt this cheated ... especially when youre long distance and have 0 control while they have your boat ... hope you feel great about grossly over charging me, not to mention not the slightest idea concerning customer service.Pretty bad news this place. I would find another place to work with.

Under control focused on the customer and do what and when they say. No excuses here! Employees are in great morale and are happy to help.

Ask Krista for unloading my 42 sailboat, bottom paint and put it on the water.She even gave me a price, was not interested, very rude..very bad place to go... avoid this business.....

Great place to get all of your boat repairs and work done

Price came in 25% higher than the estimate. I was told it would be adjusted to be less than estimated. I was actually told that because I discussed their pricing with a friend on their yard, to see if this was fair pricing, that I was being punished for bad mouthing them. Those were his exact words. Work was not done as I was told. Barely one coat, not the 2 coats with 3 coats around the suface and then splashed shortly there after. Extra charges for extra sanding that was neither required or done. Boat was shipped from a fresh water lake. Algea easily washed off with their shoddy pressure washing. No extra sanding was needed. When this was pointed out, I was abruptly told the price stands no matter what I might have to say. I was also charged 3 days yard charge, $135 per day, for replacing the cutlass bearings. One of those days all he did was look at it. Then took one day to replace. Was told again the price syands whether he was there or not.

Ive had a 2000 Cabo 35 since 2009. When I bought it it was neglected totally. Had it worked on for years but couldnt get into the Naples Boat Yard schedule. Spent many thousands of dollars. Never thought I was getting my moneys worth. This time I just said that I was going to wait for an opening at the Naples boat Yard. Mainly on the recommendation of Kit Sawyer of Sawyer Marine, who has been a totally honest person for 24 years. He said just get it in and Don and his people would do it right. Trusting his judgment I did. I was blown away by the service and knowledgeable people who did the best job Ive ever had done on any boat Ive ever owned. Everything Don, Krista and Steve said was right on. They put Hawkeye, my pride and joy back into perfect shape. I had never had work done before where the price was so low. The Naples boat Yard is better than ever. Worth the wait to get in there schedule. Truly honest and hard work people!!! Hard to find these days. Thanks Naples boat Yard. Im back in love with my Cabo.
