Bottoms Up Hull & Prop in Naples. I am using them to clean my boat bottom in Marco Island, They are very reliable, they clean once a month and they send the Invoice with a report showing the status of the bottom, props, zinc, bottom paint, very good customer service. Last month I needed to re-pitch my props, they sent a diver removed the Props, sent them to the Prop shop, fixed and painted in a very shortly time, painted with Prop speed.Diver came back an installed the props in the water next day first thing in the morning just before my trip. Props looks like new, excellent calibration, no vibration, yacht running smooth. Very Satisfied customer, will recommend, Fernando DaCosta.
Matt and his crew did an amazing job making my 25 foot Chaparral look better than it did when I bought it. The dock to dock service was a real plus as well. The actual cost for the engine servicing was less than the estimate. Even the estimate was about 30% less than competitors. Will definitely be using Bottoms Up for all maintenance and servicing in the future. 5 star review for 5 star company.
Bottoms Up maintained my boat for 2 years at dock with monthly bottom cleanings. In addition, they performed annual maintenance and detailing at a significantly lower rate than the competition. I highly recommend them for cleaning, servicing, and detailing.
Bottoms Up Hull & Prop took care of my Sundancer 320 for two years. They did a great job and watched and maintained the boat with excellent care. I recommend their boat services to anyone who needs or wants to keep their boat docked. Great team!
Best service I have ever had. Very professional and attentive to my property and myself. Mathew worked around my schedule and did an outstanding job. Thank you!
My boat was disabled at Big Carlos pass with 2 bent props. I contacted Bottoms Up to get my props removed so they could be repaired. The were very slow in returning my calls but when we finally talked they said they were short handed and would do what they could to help me out. I was told I would be helped at their first available opening. After several days of no response or returned calls. I received a phone call that the owner decided that since I saw not a customer under a yearly contract for bottom cleaning they were not interested in doing the job. If that was their policy I should have been told that up front so I didnt waste my time with such a dodgy operation. I guess all Business dont serve their customers with integrity.Richard Blake45 Years IBM International Service Delivery
My family has lived in Collier County since 1923. My grandfather (fathers side) was the owner of the first publically accessible Marina in collier county. He founded it after serving in WWII.I can tell you 1st hand, with absolute certainty, that the work of Mr. Flores, owner, always did--and, to this day still would have--made him swell and smile with gratitude and admiration.Unfortunately, happy customers dont always take the time to post their experiences online. Upset customers and irate ex-employees DO, however.Mr. Flores is the kind of man who would rather forsake his most treasured possessions, before he let his work fail the expectations of his customers.Bottoms up Hull and Prop is a friend of Naples, and a friend to all who seek quality marine services.
Had the bottom painted on my Boston Whaler. Very poor job. They painter the outboard motor surfaces adjacent to the transom instead of masking them-looks terrible- and the paint is cracking or alligatoring which I believe is due to multiple coats before the last coat had dried completely. Any a very poor job👎👎
Horrible company The manger or who ever he is Matt is rude and disrespectful. I will never suggest anyone use this company. They do not train there divers properly. The most unprofessional operation i have ever seen!
