Stopped here for ice cream after showing my buyers homes in Naples.was my first visit myself since relocating from NY. Beautiful spot to visit if you live near the area or are just visiting. You can not ask for a better view to sit and enjoy your delicious treat. The staff is friendly and the location is very clean. Wonderful employees. I tipped the guy at the counter. A couple of vegan options with either sunflower butter or almond milk. The berry vegan ice cream was super yummy! Cute area to sit outside and watch the birds. 🐦

Great Ice cream, as we all know, a bit pricey, but the location, at the Venetian Village makes it a great Neapolitan experience. Just sitting In front of the water, enjoying the view, the breeze and the ice cream!!! Priceless...

Very nice girl working behind the counter. She had to ask a customer to wear a mask and when he wouldnt, she asked him to leave. She handled it very professionally. He did come back with a mask a few minutes later.

The staff here is excellent, they made it fun especially the savior of all that is good Emma!! Keep up the incredible work you and your colleague were a ton of fun and your product knowledge was spot on. The store was spotless and inviting. Well done!

On my last night of vacation during their regular business hours they posted a sign to say “we apologize for the inconvenience.” I paid for an Uber just to come here!!! Frustrating!

Small cute shop inside the Village shops in Naples. Good ice cream but a bit pricey.

Ben and Jerry’s at Venetian Village is definitely not COVID friendly. Tables outside filthy. Employees never came out to check tables or wipe down between customers.

4/5 star joint for me!! Would be a 5.... butttt the ice cream was a little cold and melted easily. I would recommend but be careful with little ones because they could cause a mess with the runny ice cream. Overall, a terrific experience with some mouthwatering (or freezing lol!) ice cream!

Had the dairy free cookie dough ice cream. Very tasty. Employees were helpful. I will go back and take a picture next time to post.

Excellent ice cream and service. We go as little as possible as the owners are communist supporters, Bernie Sanders. I confirmed it when I called their headquarters if socialism wins in this country, They Will go out of business as I experienced it in Cuba.

Sweet treat but sour service.Unfortunately, More than one crabby, eye-rolling staff members served us on Sunday. Giving a lack of stars bc in my opinion customer service is part of the experience.

Web site says open till 10. Went at 9pm on October 26 and it was closed.But no big deal. Been there lots of times after that. Great ice cream

Ice cream flavors, and service are great! What is not great is the information available online regarding Ice Cream cakes. What they do not state online is that the location has an on-call cake maker. You have to call-in and check there schedule and availability before you can order a cake.

Whats not to like about a Ben & Jerrys. What is different about this location is that you can get your ice cream and sit on a bench overlooking the bay in the Florida watching the boats go by and wonder about who owns all the fabulous home lining the bay. A great spot for people watching.

Ice cream was awesome! The fresh waffle cones were fantastic. Yes, it’s overpriced ($10 for 2 single scoop cones) but I’m learning everything in Naples is overpriced

Went In tonight stood in line and noticed the girl taking cash at the front was also scooping ice cream. No hand washing was going on just back and forth from ice cream to cash. We left and went somewhere else.

While the dairy free ice cream was wonderful, the young lady working there had a bit of an attitude and seemed like she was mad we had the audacity to walk in at five pm. Wonderful icecream but a smile would have been nice.

My favorite ice cream place in Florida! Ice cream is always fantastic and staff is usually fun. Its great to come from Nebraska and get Ben and jerrys from the actual ice cream store!!

This ice cream place is everybodies fav. At any age, there is no ice cream exists on the earth you cant get there. Winter time its overcrowded, have to wait in a long line at least 10 or 15 minutes. Any Ice cream is very tastey and mouthwatering.

I can eat ice cream!!! Dairy free options here besides sorbet.
