I love Wawa. They have the best smoothies and coffee and snacks but they’re never fully staffed at this location so I can never get any of these items that I love. I shouldn’t be punished because they don’t know how to have a full staff. You seriously can’t get coffee or smoothies cause some people called off work. And it’s a few times a week. It ruins my day. Not cool

First of all I will say Wawa is one of my favorite stores I visit this store usually twice a day get food gas and smoothies. Usually in the morning and morning shift is A1 they are always on point they always have my orders just right and very quickly. With that being said every time Ill come on Saturdays or second shift Im waiting very long for my drinks or my food order is messed up or wrong. Again this is a great store but they need to do something about second shift its just not up to par

Doubled the price of their 44oz fountain drinks in the last year while the other stores remain 99 cents for all sizes. (along with every other gas station that still does 99 cents for all sizes.) And guess what? The store is still understaffed because they dont want to pay to get good people. Enjoy profiting on a loss leader, Ill go somewhere else.

They rarely have coffee made. It sits all night and is cold. Many people want coffee before heading to work and rarely made or it’s cold. Happens 3/6 days each week.Workers sit around and not busy. Plenty of time to make sure there is coffee and it’s hot. Was told today after I complained they are lazy. No one wants to work.

Good store, quick food service in the AM heard afternoon shift is a bit slower from what ive heard, So i will stick to the AM

They advertise e85 gas on the website. I was doubtful so I called a head of time and they stated yes absolutely.... I get here and no e85 now I’m almost out of gas. Thanks

This location has to be one of the worst in the entire company. It has nothing to do with the staff and more to do with the location. Located right next the Naples Industrial park. It has become the primary hang out spot for the workers nearby. They flood the building like ants on the weekdays. Packed to the brim with commercial trucks, making it is nearly impossible to find a pump, let alone navigate your way out without being blocked or having to wait.AVOID THIS LOCATION ON WEEKDAY MORNINGS!!

Best WAWA anywhere. Even when things get crazy busy, everyone is still helpful and happy. The food is excellent, coffee is always hot and gas prices are the best around. Im so glad they are so close to home!

By far the worst gas station I have ever been to. Credit card machine wouldn’t take my credit card I had to go inside the pump sucks.Took 10 minutes to pump $30 worth of gas. This gas station is a joke

Huge line of people waiting for food becuase they are either understaffedn or the 2 women here are slower than crippled snails.

Such a big deal when this was under construction. Like the subs were supposed to be amazing. They are made from pre-packaged meat. Lots of other places make better subs than these.

Terry is the best General Manager a company could ask for! He took 10 minutes out of his time during a lunch rush to speak with me and my husband about the Naples area that we were visiting and the opportunities that Wawa is able to provide. He was very welcoming and is a great example for a customer friendly atmosphere!

I LOVE WAWA! Try their mocha wake up soooo good. I have been a loyal customer since the day they first opened. Great coffee. Would not recommend the food!

This place has the most disgusting food ever would not let my worst enemy eat this garbage they call food .. I dont think a homeless person that has not eaten in a few day would eat it

New wawa on radio rd. ..doesnt have back door but it has a lot of seat outside and parking space.Bathrooms are clean.Coffees are always hot even if they have to clean trash more frequently.Food is warm and cozy.I like the new tumblers they have.Pumps are clean and new, so pumping is pretty easy and quick.Music is always right volume and nice

This Wawa is like every Wawa in my opinion. However this one is more convenient to me because its on the way to one of my gyms and on the way to work.I like this wawa because it has a light to help with getting in and out quicker. Everytime I come in here, I do get fast service for my food. There is also never really a wait for the pumps, I can just pull up and go.Wawa has a lot to offer like food, gas, drinks, AND BATHROOMS.

Ill agree, being from Philly, that these local guys could use some Philly training. Still far and away the best. Been in Naples 22 years and was pulling for Wawa to come here the whole time. Theres no shrink wrapped five day old sandwiches here. Yeah they have wrapped ones but theyre made fresh each day and thrown away if not sold every night.Really glad theyre here finally

Was in there for 10 minutes. Was waiting on the other side of store waiting for food but still could hear In that 10 minutes 3 employees by register said 20 cures words and I’m guess one was a manger because he was explaining how he knows another employee is stealing from store. Tried to request a different bread for sandwich but was told no.

Probably the worst wawa that serves food that I have ever been too. Ive received wrong orders multiple times and am about fed up wasting money here. Would rather eat a 7/11 corn dog because at least I know what im paying for.

Needed gas during the hurricane and Wawa is far superior in the gas service industry.

Contactless pay options at pumps but none work. They want you to pay at pump and risk getting your card skimmed at the pumps!

For a very good breakfast !!! There you can eat whatever you want, wide variety. They take good care of you. What if I saw that the automated non-food request system is not friendly, but that is not why I will stop giving it its 5 stars. I have a family with two children, one 5 and the other 3 years old and they ate perfectly.
