My favorite for croissants and coffee. Never disappoints.

It was a great experience. I had to do a quick in and out there or I would be in trouble with all the truffles they have in the store. I did a 15pcs box where you can choose the truffle yourself rather than whats in the box. The birthday boy enjoyed every single pieces in the box but his favorites are the Peanut Butter & Jelly and White Chocolate Raspberry. I just loves them all.

This is chocolate to another level!!! Total worth the visit!!!! Think of it as paying for an experience rather than just paying a $$ for chocolate, as this is so much more!!!

This place was incredible. I went in the store and I didnt know what I wanted. It seemed like I wanted everything in the store. My husband and I ordered hot chocolate and a blueberry muffin and both were delicious, but the hot chocolate - OMG! My husband ordered (to go) bread pudding and I brought a hazelnut chocolate bar. This chocolate it was very very decadent.

Norman Love chocolates are both beautiful and make the best souvenir. I highly recommend the peanut butter and jelly truffle it is my favorite!

The staff here are so friendly, kind, and helpful. We tried the tiramisu, key lime pie, a vegetable croissant, a mocha, and some assorted chocolates. Everything was absolutely delicious! They package gifts up so beautifully in the store and with a lot of care. I cant wait to visit again!

Chocolates are beautiful and tasty. I picked up a box of 10 and ate two on the way home. The gelato was good and tempting to get in shake form (as the gentleman in front of me did). It was a cute cafe/chocolate shop and wouldve loved to dine in if we had more time.

Best chocolate candies around, and also the best looking.

Fantastic Gelato and Sorbetto. The brownies and brookie are to die for. Best in Naples and comparable to the best in NYC IMHO. Very rich and chocolatey, but not screaming in sugary sweetness. Chocolates and super fancy desserts are delish too. Not a cheap place to procure these goods, but well worth the splurge.

Simply spectacular

Service was fast & friendly. I purchased 4 mini deserts and some gift boxes of candy. The deserts are a work of art. Almost too pretty to eat. Norman Love always is amazing! Pricey but when you want the very best its well worth it.

The atmosphere is trendy, but clearly elegant. Service was very good. The candies and pastries not only taste good, but are works of art! Also, the ice cream is so delicious! Sadly, no samples were available, due to closing time approaching. Ah, well.

Their chocolates are HEAVEN. My favorite is the PB&J. I love to go in and get a box of 25 and mix and match. The staff is patient as they have so many great flavors it is hard to decide. These chocolates are decadent and make a GREAT gift. If you want to impress a hostess bring her this for her dinner party as dessert. They are SOOOOOOO GOOD! If I could give them 10 stars I would. :)Try them - youll LOVE them.

I love their chocolate. Quite possibly the best place to get chocolate. Down side is that they are expensive and not the easiest to get in or out of. Tends to be busy so be patient with the lines. It is worth it.

Norman Loves shop in Naples is truly an amazing place. The offerings are unique, and while it is not a wallet friendly stop, the level of indulgence here warrants the $$. Not only are the chocolates expertly made, but the gelato is magnificent, as well. I highly recommend a visit when you have a moment, and I will be sure to visit again when I am in the area.

This is a gourmet chocolate shop special to SWFL with artfully decorated chocolates filled with various flavors, gourmet mini cakes, gelato, pastries and drinks. The chocolates come in beautiful packaging which also makes for a great gift.In the morning they have a nice variety of pastries and muffins however towards the end of the day, all thats really left are the cookies and brownies.

Hi! So I was down visiting about a week ago, the manager gave me such horrible service and gave me such an attitude. The chocolates were great, a bit overpriced. You would think a chocolate shop would be sweet, but the service was not.

Chocolate that is as good as it gets. If you are into dark chocolate this place will be your Nirvana... just bring lots of money, because it aint cheap!

Plenty of variety and everything is really good. Top of the line chocolate creations.

To Die For...need I say more? I will any way because the staff must be praised for being friendly, helpful and efficient. Anyone who has tried Norman Love already knows how awesone it is and anyone that hasnt should.. you will be glad you did.

Norman Love Confections was the most amazing bakery i have ever dealt with. My husband and i got our wedding cake for here, and not only did they have amazing customer service skills, but the cake was absolutely delicious. (My guests were raving about how much they loved the cake.) On top of having amazing cake, the decorator make an exact replica of the picture i sent her, she did everything i asked for, and gave us extra gum paste flowers in case any broke...we ended just eating them at the end, because we didnt need then, and they were realllllllly good as well. we cannot thank her enough for their spectacular service!!

The chocolates are tiny, delicious works of art. And the pastries are phenomenal. One of my favorite things there is the Mexican hot chocolate. It has a little kick. I only wish the store was open longer hours.

The chocolates look like beautiful gems you may want to save. But, dont do that, because you will miss out on an array of delectables.

My daughter and I prefer Sorbet and Norman love has amazing CHOCOLATE SORBET. Very hard to find and delicious. When they have it, if you prefer SORBET, you must try it. Thank you for making it Norman Love Confections.

This place is amazing; fresh and unexpected. Friends highly recommended it, and treated us to some truffles unlike any Ive tried before. Normally, Im a fan of dark chocolate and not interested in anything else, so what stands out to me the most about these treats is that I actually preferred the flavors I was not initially drawn to; in particular, the fruit choices (such as Florida Orange, Lemon Bar, and Mango which are all made with white chocolate). It made more sense to me once I realized that actual fruit is used in the recipe, rather than extracts and flavorings.The other feature that stood out was the decoration of each truffle. Browsing the display case, the chocolates appeared to be artistically influenced by a combination of the natural wonders of Southwest Florida, and Jackson Pollock-esque paint splatters.

Amazing chocolates!

Ok first off the chocolates are not cheap.... But its worth the splurge. They are amazing! Second its a bit tough to find and parking can be a challenge... Again be patient its worth it!

Nice little ice cream shop with lots of truffle varieties. Came in planning on getting just ice cream but left with a few truffles too. How can you not with how beautiful they make them with the abstract colors and design. I wanted to stay to just admire the artwork, but alas they were closing soon (closes early fyi). But the gelato was great and I learned what the actual difference was between gelato and ice cream thanks to a nice little sign.

Hilary was extremely helpful and a pleasure! Had she been 2 seconds later, we would have walked out due to Jerikas rude and unacceptable attitude. The confections there are as beautiful to look at as they are to enjoy.

Really amazing treats

Yesterday, I purchased two double chocolate cookies. My husband loves these, but we were totally disappointed with them because they were overcooked and tasted a bit burned. Considering we spent $7.00 for them it was money wasted.

All the staff is first class. The place, the services and the products are amazing.

Expensive flavorless chocolate in fancy packages. It is clear to me what you pay for here is the presentation. The packaging and chocolates themselves are lovely. However the chocolates had no flavor at all. I have tasted more flavor from bulk packaged candies. There is no comparison to real swiss or French chocolates. Anyone who says otherwise had never had the real thing.
