I have emailed them thrice and have had no response. I loved their product line and wanted to test some samples for my own company. Seems like they are not interested in the business. Highly unprofessional.After reading my review they contacted me within mins.....my emails were going to their Junk folder. I guess we all need to check that folder for important emails from time to time. Thank you.

When I was searching for high end organic products for my spa - I found Pravada Private Label and couldnt be more happy! The customer service is outstanding and my clients love the products...and the results! Ive just added Brightening skincare products to my line and cant keep them in stock.

The products are cool but I hate that you have to email to order. But I loveeee the product results.

Still conflicted about ordering from this company. Not so sure about their customer service.
