I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Worse customer service, rude and refused to give me my medication even though the dr called it in two different times. Jean or James was very rude and unpleasant. Such a big company to not care about any of its customers. All the reviews under mine say the exact same thing in the last month. Don’t waste your time.

The pharmaceuticals, Doctors and staff do not know nothing, they are lazy and make all more difficult, dont care how the human being feels. I not recomended this place at all..

The pharmacy is horrible now, I do not recommend this location to anybody. The pharmacy manager JEAN gave the worst customer service . Very rude, disrespectful and doesn’t know his job . He treated me less than a human being and i still didn’t get my meds. They use to have helpful staff now there less than qualified.

Stay away pharma easy 4hrs for a simple rx when you come back they will tell you come back tomorrow

13520 Tamiami Trail N, Naples, FL, 34110. Saturday-October 17, 2020. I am a black, adult female. I was asked by an older female (she has a light brown complexion),if I need any help with anything. I replied, no thank you. An older white woman(with shoulder length, balding hair, she had a walgreens vest on, Im assuming a manager) that was working the shelves with the older female with the light brown skin complexion said something to her while looking in my direction. The older female with the light brown skin laughed. The older white woman proceeded to follow me/watch me within the store. She does this all the time while Im shopping and she isnt the only individual at this store location that follow/watch me while I shop. If I had a dependable mode of transportation, I would not continue to shop here. This behavior is disgusting and uncalled for.

Worst pharmacy we ever used. The pharmacist lied about the availability of certain brands constantly. He even said Teva no longer made certain drugs and sold us a less effective generic that Walgreens made more money on. They always blamed the insurance for delays when they actually wouldnt order some drugs that gave them less profit. We found the brands we needed with no problem elsewhere and no longer use Walgreens for drugs! Their store in general is over priced. Also when you go there for a flu shot you will have to sit there for at least an hour before they give it to you, even if you are the only one there.

Pharmacy manager is either too busy or doesnt understand Walgreens policies. I have had problems with my prescriptions since the new manager took over.

Worst pharmacy in Naples. 3rd time I have asked for and been promised that my prescription would be ready the next day to pick up only to arrive having driven 30 minutes each way Only to find outthat they had not even bothered to fill the prescription. All the onsite Pharmacists have a terrible attitudes. Dont bother driving a prescription off with these guys!

What a fabulous experience especially after how poorly we were treated at the Bonita store on the corner of Livingston and Bonita Beach Road. The pharmacist was charming and took care of our pneumonia shots promptly and with no drama over insurance. Love this place.

Fantastic crew that always welcomes me to the store. I am grateful that they make this Walgreens feel like a neighborhood pharmacy. The pharmacy is kept ultra busy and the pharmacy crew stays bright.

Nasty female middle aged pharmacist. Glad I left there and went to CVS. Much better service.

Go somewhere else

This is by far my favorite pharmacy in SWFL. I absolutely love the pharmacy staff they are so helpful and always smiling which is so rare nowadays! I won’t go anywhere else for my families pharmacy needs! Plus the Balance Rewards program is amazing. I used to go to CVS but there reward program stinks compared to Walgreens!

I dont like Walgreens regardless. I find it to be a shady corporation that is run by filthy, apathetic CEOs. But I absolutely love everyone who works here. They are mostly great people and almost like family..
