I bought the granite for my new house at Omicron Granite at Naples and can’t be happier with the results. I am very satisfied with the quality of the granite, and it looks spectacular in my kitchen and bathrooms. The personal service is fantastic, very friendly and attentive. BEWARE liars and cheats!!!! Doing a home build and the builder had us go to them to pick our granite. After agreeing on a price and the amount of granite needed we tried to pay it up front. The guy told us to not pay it yet and now that were late in the build hes turning around and telling us we need more granite and that he never said what we agreed on was enough to cover the build. Even though we have the paper work that shows how much he told us what was needed written by him. He even pulled the paper work out from HIS file. Still insists I never said that. I have proof and this guy is a liar. When my wife insisted and pointed out the paper work he had the audacity to look over at another employee and roll his eyes in front of my wife. NEVER SHOP HERE!!!!

After getting the run around at a nearby competitor, I was able to choose and install my granite in a matter of days. Bruno and his team are excellent and I will refer them again!

NO STARS! BEWARE in dealing with these people. They placed a slab of quartzite on hold for us and then proceeded to sell it out from under us to another party without even having the decency to contact us or our contractor first.
