Please save yourself time and aggravation if you’re planning on buying balloons, DO NOT go there. For the past two years every time I attempt to ask I get the same response, you can only pick from the ones that are already blown up, there is a shortage of helium, etc. etc. that comes from incredibly rude and uncooperative manager who instructs his employees to give customers the same spiel, and as I was told by one, they’re simply following managers directive and told me to go to another dollar tree store. This location is the most convenient one for me, yet here I go (again) 15 minutes away to get my balloons and I will get them any issues whatsoever. Why

A pretty standard Dollar Tree. A lot of cheap items for a dollar or less, most merchandise made from China. I had stopped here just after 9am, the staff was neither friendly nor rude, probably still just waking up. The carpets here are a little stained, they could use a deep cleaning or replacement all together. Otherwise, the store was stocked very well, with a lot of pallet type items in most of the aisles.

This store is a mess. Most shelves are empty, poor selection of what is available, very disorganized, things are all over the floor, & boxes blocking in the aisles. 1 lady at checkout & 1 man leisurely stocking the cookie shelf. If you need something from the Dollar Tree, choose any other than this one.

The place was an absolute mess

A complete mess, trash in the ground and products just thrown around, half the lights were off, and not a mask in sight. It was a horror movie!

I would never recommend this store. The young blond girl working there was extremely rude to me, at a loud voice across the entire store. I was trying to buy baloons for my grandsons birthday. I think she treated me like that because I am Hispanic.

Soooo messy!!! Terrible! It is the worst store I ever been. Shelves are empty, poor selection, things are all over the dirty floor.

Found items I needed and checkout went smoothly. Store was in disarray with inventory and trash on floor.

DUMP! Aisles are messy with boxes and dirty carpet. Shocking for Naples. Corporate should visit this location.

This is the worst Dollar Tree ive ever been in and the last time i will go to it. Its in Park Shore downtown Naples!! What an embarrassment!! The manager should be fired!!

Dont get me wrong, the service was great. I really enjoyed the service...I was just very concerned with the amount of cups they had. Two entire aisles dedicated to cups? Thats a little much for a guy like me.

So, I called them up saying Do you have dog friendly soap? He said I cant tell you right off the bat.I said Ok..... Well do you have pillows or cushions? He said Im not in the dog aisle, so I dont know. But you can come in and see. Like what? I called you so that I know if I need to get the stuff from somewhere else. If your not in the aisle, then get off your lazy butt and go look. ITS YOUR JOB! I love the store, but whoever answered the phone was very rude.

They have an extensive Valentines and St Patricks display the store was easy to get around.

Great prices! A little dirty and messy. The customers are really sloppy!

Very disappointed, I came 10 minutes before closing and one of the employees basically ran to close the door before I reached it. I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience at any Dollar Tree into now.

Dollar tree has some good products for a very low price that would normally cost you 4 to 8 times more.

Some of their food has bugs in it but other Than that they are great for a low price store

Friendly staff, always has what Im looking for. Parking lot is a little tricky to navigate, but thats not really the stores fault. I frequently shop here, and Im never disappointed.

Same problem as usual restocking shelves is not a practice. Management turn over to blame. Year if not more and they cant get it together. What is wrong? Well fix it!

Disorganised store and hard to find what Im looking for.

The cashier was slow and she didnt even put all our purchases in the bag.

Employees should not be allowed to smoke in front of the store. Designate smoking to the rear of the building.
