If I could give this place no stars I would. I am completely appalled by how I was treated today when I went in to return a package I had purchased through something called “Happy Returns.” This was by far NOT a happy return. I walked in the building parked in a handicap spot as I am healing from a torn ACL repair. I can barely bend down and was wearing a knee brace. The moment I walked in a woman came up to me and treated me as if I had leprosy. I get that Covid is going on but come on, we were both wearing masks and further then six feet apart. I was excited to actually do some shopping here as I needed some gift wrap for the holidays, but the moment the woman started treating me like a leper, I instantly felt unwelcome.She then preceded to rudely ask me what my email address was for I didn’t have some codes that she needed. I was hoping that I could at least set my packages down on a table so that I could go through them but she gave me no other option then to set my packages down on the floor. During the process of not finding my email right away, I had to bend down multiple times on the floor, with my knee brace, to go in and out of my packages. When she finally found my account she then again asked me to pull the products out of the packages from the floor which I then had to bend down for the third time. At this point I asked her if she had a table that we could handle this transaction as it was challenging for me to bend. She once again looked at me like I was a leper and just said, “Hand me the pieces one by one”. Once I finally got her all the items and back in the bag, bending down now for the fourth time, she took the bag from me with a disgusted look like I had just given her Covid.Funny thing is I had over $500 in my pocket that I would’ve spent but once again probably judged me by the clothes I was wearing or the car I was driving and had no compassion or concern that I was injured. What kind of person, who works in customer service, treats people with this kind of respect. I am disgusted by this treatment and will never step foot in this place as long as I live.

I love this place. Cool, fun, and funny gifts. This Paper Source is a place I go, not only for presents, but also just to hang out and play with stuff. I usually always end up buying something, but who could resist. Check it out for yourself!

I love me some arts and crafts stores, but Paper Source one ups most of them. They have a great selection of home, office and special occasion things and staff is friendly, creative and knowledgeable.Personally, the vulgar sticky notes, cards, etc. are my favorite part of the store. They have stuff that anyone of any age - young to old - will enjoy. If youre artsy fartsy, youll thoroughly enjoy all that Paper Source has to offer.
