Terrible experience. Incompetent staff, the right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. Make promises they don’t follow through on and are very defensive when challenged. Save your time and money, this company is not worthy of your business.

When you’re in a store buying furniture they very nice They always have time to sell it, once you buy and you have issue the protection plan that they sell “ uniters” it’s horrible. The store doesn’t provide information to protection plan in order to solve the issue trying to get my replacement sofa for almost one year every time I called the store they have no time for customers who already bought furniture but they telling that they do have customers in the store and they will call you back.

NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN. FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN STORE FROM JULIE TO THE NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CHARGED ME TO DELIVER AND ASSEMBLE AND NO ONE CAME TO ASSEMBLE. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

Be AWARE, after eight months we are still waiting for some of the items in our order. Customer service does not exist in this company, they take your calls and take notes about your issue and never return a call. I have been emailing almost every week to the store and the excuse is always the same, customer service is going to contact you. This is the worst experience with a company that ive ever had. TOTAL DISRESPECT TO THE CUSTOMER.
