Not happy with the whole experience here Beth.Seeing other peoples reviews from the past seems like nothing changed here. As most of your items are half the price else where. Dont forget after 60 days you cant dispute anything hence the hold you do on people.Arguing over 4% shame on you.Reviews can go both ways. Ill reconsider updating or Removing my review as well. If you do the same and rectify our problem. Lets not forget my friend wasnt happy and hasnt done a review for your business but said she might. I would not recommend shopping here and dealing here!

Horrible customer service, bought 4 chairs, total $3749.87. shipping charge that was posted on the same table salesperson writing up our order was inconsistent with posted price, salesperson “oh well its increased and not right”. salesperson refused to acknowledge any concern for price discrepancy, she said “oh its not your fault”! and we had to ask to escalate to manager to honor posted price. which they finally did. altogether negative experience. decided every time we would see these chairs it would remind us of it & cancelled order.

Amazing furniture and accents pieces at reasonable prices. Bought a beautiful credenza or sideboard. Very happy with the staff good customer services.

The location on 41 near 5th Ave is beautiful. Its one of the few furniture stores where I dont feel like prey surrounded by sharks (ie, sales people) who hound me from the second I walk in and follow me throughout the store. The prices, albeit more pricey, than your typical Rooms to Go, but the quality is superb. We bought a sofa, two chairs and a coffee table for our living room and are in love with it. I highly recommend and dont be scared of the prices. Its not as high as you think.

Great showroom and very good designers on staff, who are very helpful without being pushy or a constant sales mode.

UPDATE: We visited Robb & Stucky once again after the exceptional delivery of our first order (an extremely professional and polished delivery team handled our very fragile pieces with great care) and ended up ordering additional pieces for our home. As expected, our amazing designer Keve not only remembered us (even with masks on) but was patient and helpful as we made some last-minute decisions. In fact, the associate who greeted us apologized in advance that it was a very busy Sunday and they were slightly short staffed. In all honesty, I never would have known had she not stated this because Keve was wonderful!Shopping for furniture can be a very pleasant experience and Robb & Stucky proves this. If only some of the other local chains were this wonderful.3 Weeks Ago:We visited the Naples Robb & Stucky this afternoon and were warmly greeted by a gracious hostess near the front entrance. We were extremely impressed with not only the store itself but also with Keve, the lovely interior design consultant who assisted us with our purchase. This location was just a bit further south than we had hoped to drive but after browsing the entire two-story showroom we soon came to realize it was worth the trip. Their furniture, accessories and artwork are beautifully showcased and the customer service is outstanding. Keve made us feel welcome and was able to strike the perfect balance between helping us when needed without an overwhelming presence often experienced at other furniture retailers. Although our purchase today wasnt a large one, we will absolutely be returning for additional pieces. This store has an incredible array of pieces to suit nearly every taste. Highly recommend.

As you would expect, a very large selection of high-quality merchandise. The style is mostly classical and traditional, with minor nods to contemporary and transitional design. The help staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. A good place to shop or obtain a comprehensive view of the options available for decorating your home

I visited this store in March 2019 on behalf of our company, Phillips Collection, on furniture trends, including sustainability and high impact design. The store is beautiful, as are the other 4 Robb & Stucky locations. If you are in south Florida and looking for furniture, artwork or other decoration for your home, be sure to stop in. Inspirational vignettes, friendly and knowledgeable staff and amazing pricing and white glove delivery services.

Everything was fine buying and delivery, within a month of owning we had to have a service call for loose legs in the frame this again happened 3 1/2 months into owning plus the fabric is coming apart at the seams (we are a retired couple) Robb & Stucky has said the manufacturer will replace the sofa that was at the end of November we are now heading into February and have not heard back from them, this should not take this long for defective workmanship. My thought is they are waiting for the warranty to expire so it does not have to be replaced thus screwing the consumer out of $4K. I would have thought that it would be top notch service at Robb & Stucky...Not so, l would get better service at low end retailers! Not impressed take your purchase elsewhere.

I found the employees cold and difficult to work with. I would recommend avoiding this location.
