To start with there is a shortage of golf carts due to supply issues…Ect.With that said I took delivery of a new Club Cart …ordered in March of 2021..delivered late in Oct 2021.OK can’t hold that against them because of the supply issues…but wait .Upon delivery I was presented with an invoice that was $1300. Over what was agreed to. If I hadn’t stepped up and said something it would of gone unnoticed.Then after delivery I went upon checking the cart over only to notice that the tires were at 46psi and the max psi the tire takes is 20 😡 now that could be dangerous.The experience was not top notch by any means.

Nice carts and customization but we special ordered seats and steering cover that still have not shown up after 8 weeks. Kept insisting “on order” only to find out never ordered. Also, USB power ports dont work well.

I met with Jordan Malkaski and he helped me locate the perfect golf cart for my needs. I wanted to surprise my wife and had a tight deadline for delivery. Jordan and his team not only met my deadline, but delivered the gold car thoroughly detailed and looking brand new. The golf cart is the hit of my neighborhood. I live in Naples Reserve and have had many complements on the cart. Even though, its an older golf cart, it looks brand new. Jordan and his team have gone out of their way to make sure I am happy with the cart. I cant say enough about how amazing this place is. Thank you for teaching me about the golf cart and delivering a cart that exceeded my expectations.

My 2013 Club Car Precedent needed a new motor and I decided to have it serviced at Gator Golf Cars because they support STARability Foundation, a local organization that helps transform the lives of individuals with disabilities. My cart was repaired correctly and in a timely manner. The Gator Golf employees I talked to were pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. The charges were fair and the repair process/options were adequately explained to me as soon as the evaluation was completed. I’m not in a hurry to return to Gator Golf for another repair because of the cost involved, but when the time comes they’re the ones I’m going to call, same as I will when it’s time for a new golf cart.

Laid back place, people are friendly. Entrance comes up quick when your driving. Decent selection of karts.

I have been here 3 times and always an issue, and still after 2 years my cart does not charge correctly, has made noise charging and they ask you to bring it in for mistakes they make.
