Truly amazing buying experience! With such limited supply of carts right now we were unable to find what we wanted here on the east coast of Florida. Called a few places on the west coast of Florida and Superior Kartz came through. The entire transaction was handled over the phone with photos and details so I wouldn’t have to travel. My cart arrived beautiful and street legal with title. I couldn’t be happier with the excellent customer service. Every step of the way I was kept in the loop and the dates promised were delivered. Bought a cart in December on their online store paying nearly $9,000.Seemed easy, but then No communication, no delivery. I then called the store. The salesman and owner said they don’t have a online ability to order carts. ( yes they do) No refund nearly two months later. I went in to talk to owner who said his credit card company hadn’t credited him yet. He was very angry and upset. He acted like he was the victim. He wasn’t calm when speaking, and seemed upset with me. My 8900 was finally angrily refunded by business check by Kevin two months later. Very condescending, and I wouldn’t ever recommend this company due to the owners attitude and lack of care or response to this matter. This was no small amount to of taken two months to received. Avoid at all cost because if you have an issue and have to deal with the owner, you’ll be sorry you did business with this company.

The team at Superior Kartz really made my day today. Had a battery charging issue. They picked up the cart yesterday, swapped out the older batteries with brand new Trojan batteries and delivered it to my home today. I couldnt have asked for better service. Very happy to do business with Superior Kartz. Very impressed with the follow-through.

These guys installed a Rhox lift kit and wheels on my cart and did a great job. I will go back for my batteries and stereo installation soon.

Buyer beware. Paid in full for a cart on August 18th and told 4-6 weeks. Went in last week to get a refund on card. Kevin Processed it and still havent received. Kevin said problem on my end. He doesnt return calls when he says he will. Kevin acts like he is the victim and takes no responsibility. Moving to new place and cant take care of current transactions. Very disappointed.

I Purchased my Custom 6 seater high rise Yellow Golf Cart this past November from Superior, from the moment of having an issue with a few spots on the seats ( they immediately WITHOUT QUESTION completely Replaced ALL 12 seats! Beand New! A little sluggish on the batteries?? I gave ONE phone call and HAD ALL 6 BRAND NEW Batteries!! ) today. I was driving the Cart and it just stopped on me. I gave a call to Superior and within 20 minutes a Service Team of Russell and Mike! Were at my Marco Island location and immediately Replaced my part!! And I was back on the road! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Needless to say! Im very HAPPY 😊 Thanks so Very Much! Charla

Several months back I traded in my 6 seater Yamaha for a new 6 seater Icon. I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality and design features of the Icon. It is a great vehicle. We have driven it 400 miles, and it has performed flawlessly. Great customer service too from Rob in Ave Maria.

If there was a zero thats what I would give! Owner is extremely rude and nasty! We brought the cart to him he told us we needed new batteries, bought batteries cart still not running right. Told us we needed a new motor. Bought new motor cart still not running right! Had cart for over a month still couldnt fix it. When i asked for the cart back owner was super rude yelling at me . Dude you have had the cart for 2 months and obviously couldnt fix it! Husband orders $30 worth the parts fixes it himself! Yes we wasted over 2000 for no reason! Definitely our fault for taking it back after the first time!!! Lessons learned. Steer Clear!

He is very helpful and courteous in person and on the phone. The staff that he employs are also courteous and professional. Just stopped by to have a look- have never seen air conditioned golf carts before. Its fun to look at all the fan carts like Pittsburgh Steelers and the Harley Davidson.
