RUDE RUDE RUDE! Every time we’ve called for service these people are rude, obnoxious and quite abusive! When questioned they hung up on both my wife and I multiple times!Cart has been defective since day 1.Buy from a REPUTABLE DEALER. Not these shysters! Carts are made in China-enough said!The batteries have never been neglected. They’ve been cleaned and filled monthly. The leads corroded and we asked that they be fixed. Along with the rest of he cart! Never asked for them to come out for free to fix the cart, we just ask them to come out to take the cart in so that they can service it. These people have given us problems since the first day we bought the cart, after it took them almost 2 months to get the cart delivered to us. And We are not the first ones in Ave Maria who have had problems with this cart shop! And the cart is only 1 1/2 years old.From their response you can see the obvious disrespect this dealership shows for their customers.Oh yeah, where is the dealership/ repair facility in Ave Maria they promised when we purchased the cart!Liars always! And RUDE every time called!AVOID AT ALL COST!

I love the interior of the dealership very clean, simple, easy to navigate first class I guess It’s the same concept as the Mercedes Benz dealershipI hope they get the exterior of the building done soon because it looks like an old hunted house. Parking is a bit difficult.But every one is super nice. The carts are beautiful You can sit in all the golf cars and see all the colors and features! They pay enough attention to answer my questions but aren’t “too present and pushy”. Love the ZIPPY my all time favorite!!!

I want to thank Tim and his staff at Naples Golf cart for hooking us up with an amazing Star golf cart. I was impressed with the slick body style, digital speedometer, wheels, and safety features. This cart is FAST and very fun to drive around the golf course or cruise around the neighborhood. I have been looking for a Star SiRius 4 passenger with all seats facing forward for quite some time. I met Nancy back in July 2020 and kept in contact with her for the following 6 months. She was able to come up with the exact vehicle I was looking for in JAN 2021 and I took delivery in mid-FEB 2021. Nancy is very personable and a great Sale Woman. She was wonderful to deal with and is very honest and respectable. Just bought a 6 passenger eCart golf cart. It has great speed, LED turn signals, Roy-Poy lithium ION batteries, Blue tooth speakers and so on. So I ordered a 2021 eCart Genesis 4 passenger for $7499 from Naples Golf cart for my husband birthday!!I received a 2021 Star Capella 4 passenger retail at $8499 a better quality cart and more expensive because the Genesis model was out of stock and Tim rather take a loss then spoil my husband birthday day. I had to give a one to be able to post review but I would actually give a zero! We purchased a brand new golf cart for our special needs brother Rich while we lived in Naples Florida from ECart USA. While in Florida we did not have to plate it to use we moved to Alabama and to use here it needs to be registered and plated so we took all purchasing paperwork to the license branch and found out we don’t have what we need. We contacted ECart USA and have had nothing but frustration. First the owner Cass said that we didn’t buy it there because she doesn’t have any paperwork showing the transaction, so we had to get a copy of the cashiers check and send to her. Now she is stating that she sent us what we need mind you this was two months ago and we still haven’t received paperwork. She will not talk to us since stating she sent paperwork so we contacted to BBB.

Now the company won’t send the title and purchasing paperwork. We have called and called and have been hung up on and lied to. We can’t plate the golf cart to drive it around because of having no plates. After multiple contacts we still don’t have the information. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!!!!! Now my special needs uncle can’t even drive his very expensive golf cart. Horrible horrible company!!!!! While living in Florida we didn’t need plates but when we moved to Alabama we did! Id give them ZERO stars if Google would allow it! BUYER BEWARE. We bought a brand new E-Cart from this company on December 4, 2019...we paid $7,013 for it and 11 months later ALL 6 BATTERIES ARE BAD. I called the office and was told the batteries are not under warranty. I asked to speak to the owner, Tim DeNardis but he wasnt available so I asked the woman I spoke with to have Tim call me...I never received a call. This is not the first time we had to reach out to the company for issues with the cart, mostly minor issues (they forgot to bring the ball washer, cooler, divot bottles and score card holder upon delivery) but we didnt receive a call back then either. We called again because the upgraded seats that we ordered ($899) were so uncomfortable we needed someone to come out and adjust them because it felt like you were sitting to far forward in the front seat. A really nice guy named Tony came out and made an adjustment and said that was all he could do with it. Still not great but it was better and we just dealt with it. He also brought the missing items with him.After 3 weeks of not hearing from E-Cart about the batteries, on Monday, November 30th my husband and I drove 55 miles to Naples to talk to Tim...guess what? To no surprise, he wasnt in...AGAIN!. We discussed the ongoing issues we have been having with the batteries with the woman there and all she kept telling us was that the batteries were not under warranty and we would have to pay to replace (6) ELEVEN MONTH OLD BATTERIES out of our own pocket! That is one of the reasons we purchased a new cart. The batteries in our old cart were going bad and we figured why buy new batteries (quite an investment) when we could buy a new cart with new batteries?! I would like someone to explain to me how batteries dont even last one year on a brand new golf cart! We were told we could pay them $159 for them to come and pick up the cart and check it out. Right!Today is Thursday, December 3rd and Tim STILL hasnt called to discuss our issue. My husband called yesterday and left ANOTHER message and still nothing from the owner of the company - or anyone at E-Cart!We spoke to a mechanic in our area that has a golf cart repair business and he stated that he wont even touch E-Carts. They are from China and you cant get parts for them. He stated the wiring harnesses are not made well and have been known to start fires in some of the carts.What a waste of $7,000! Like I said, BUYER BEWARE! How do you own a company and not call a customer back? It is absolutely beyond me how this company remains in business.

Weve had our 6-seater since Nov 2019. Good quality cart at a great price. They came out to do a maintenance call. Took the cart back to the shop and we had it back 2 days later. They stand behind their product, which is increasingly rare these days. We get lots of looks at our RV park in Naples.Dec 2020 -- I thought Id give an update and pass along some hopefully helpful advice. Cart still runs great after sitting under a tarp all summer. I did see someone recently post something about batteries. As with any lead acid batteries, it is important not to let them drain more than 50%. Every time you do that, you damage the batteries. And you can only do that so many times before they are useless. I had my cart plugged in all summer with a timer that would initiate charging once a week for 2 hours. When I got back to Naples, the batteries were fully charged. I just got it in and off I went. Another tip: Dont engage your break when you store the cart. The cable will get stretched and youll have issues down the road. Instead, put blocks in front and behind the cart. Hope that helps! The carts, I think, are good value. Maybe not the absolute best quality on the market, but for the price and what you get, I think its hard to beat. Granted, I am only 1 year into ownership. But so far, so good.

I worked for these people. Shady, disgustingly rude & there is no honesty in this company what so ever. I am 20 years old the owners wife would come in yelling at me, telling me I am too under dressed or over dressed because then her husband would look at me, she literally chased me and my manager at the time out of the building.I have watched broken golf carts go out & many many more things, not responding to service calls - bad employees in the service department purposely sabotaging the 10000 dollar golf carts.

If you have money to throw away please let me know because last time I checked money does not grow on trees.My point is this. You can buy a new 2020 eCart golf cart 4 seats, lifted, with seats belts, folding DOT windshield, horns, heads lights, brake lights, turn signals, spacer kit, blue tooth stereo, SS street tires, rear seats cup holders, and street legal package all for $8000 or you can pay $15500 for a NAME BRAND CART. either way 5 years from now you will need to replace your cart. For your $15500 cart you will get $5000 the most. Your eCart you will get $3000 so this is sample math. Bravo!!!at the end of the day my NO NAME eCart and the Brand Name cart serve the same purpose!!! These people are great folks. They are very honest. They are at the Bonita and Fort Myers Market every weekend. they are not out there ripping people off. Their prices are very fair. They love what they do. Chuck is an amazing gentleman!!! I highly recommend Naples eCart.

We purchased our cart 3 years ago. Our cart is very well used and definitely not new. We use it for our business and it gets a work out. Whenever it needs service we just call eCart and they come out (usually same day) and either fix it on the spot or take it to their shop and bring it back in working shape ASAP. And the price is always more than fair and reasonable. They are also a family owned and run business and they are great leaders in our community. Can’t say enough awesome things about eCart Golf Carts! These guys have integrity. They really stand behind their products!!! I can’t recommend eCart enough!!!!

From the Sales Dept to the Mechanical Shop out back, These are some of the nicest people you will ever deal with. We just bought a new eCart 2020 Silver and Black PRO PLUS 6 seats they took the time to explain everything and are extremely knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is that the seats are a little bit too hard. So we pay more money for the first class seats. They even install a custom winch on it for us. When it comes to Golf Carts Naples eCart is the BEST!!! See Jesus!!!

So far things are just so-so. Want a certain color cart with many options approx. 8 weeks ago. Was originally told it would be ready at the end of October or the beginning of November, then it became the end of November and maybe before Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is only 3 days away so I called Tim just to check on progress and he doesnt answer my calls to his cell # or the store and doesnt return calls. I gave a sizable deposit and dont expect to have an ordered cart tomorrow, but communication would be nice. There was never a mention of yellow being a special color since it was offered on your website nor did I ever get a call from you wanting the amount in full, I offered the 2k as a deposit and you agreed Id pay the balance on delivery. The only call I ever got from you was the day after I left the review with you not liking my review and that you would refund my money if I took the review down. I finally got my refund from my bank.Tim, tell facts not fantasy. Keep it %100.

Awesome 4 seater cart! Made with care and expertise. It all started with a stop in visit. We met Brett that day and knew then we would be well taken care of and our requests would be met for an eye catching machine! After discussing and viewing what we wanted, we got to meet the owner Tim who was supportive of Brett and the entire sale. They never took a full payment until it was delivered and we were satisfied with the cart. We know that Brett and Tim have our back and we are proud to be a part of their family! Very fair priced, and a great local company.
