Had money and was willing to spend but the place closes at 5pm on Friday. Will not be back. I work and cannot get there. Even 30 minutes would have helped... i will admit that I did not check the website for time. Just did not think about that one... go figure.

I liked this theater very much. Hostess & employees behind counter were very friendly & helpful. Only downside is parking here but other than that its good. Also there are restaurants nearby you can grab a bite if you plan ahead & have a couple hours to spare before or after the movie, including an ice cream shop right next to movie theater.Will definitely be coming back!

This is a cute place, my kids enjoyed this place. Nice service many good looking options to choose from. Cute little set up outside so you can choose from eating in or outside.

Excellent place for bicycle lovers

The theater and seats are awesome but the customer service is rotten. The manager didnt know how to accept a gift card and that took 5 minutes to pay. Then we ordered pizza and they said it would be ready 10 to 15 minutes. 40 minutes later we checked on the pizza and they told us 10 more minutes. 20 minutes later we got the food, one hour from when we ordered it. The pizza was made wrong and burned. Bottom line, the seats and movies are awesome, but dont order the food. 1 fricken hour for pizza, are u kidding me bro?

Great shopping plaza with great stores. Be warned... Parking can get tough on the busy nights. I think with the slow down at the movie theater, the parking isnt as bad right now. Brooks Burgers is awesome!!

After the remodel a few years back this place had stayed on top of it, everything from a movie theater to a gym, restaurants, cafés, even reality. Top quality from this plaza! Keep it up!

First time going here and had a great time, the prices here are very affordable from tickets to food and beverages. They have a new full bar coming soon but for now they beer and wine are great and you can take pitchers into the theater. The place is very well maintained along with super comfy recliners and friendly staff. Id give them 6/5 stars.

These guys have excellent service! They even have a nice little bar attached, good place to relax while your bike gets worked on. They are reasonably priced too. Worst Service ever! All tables were full, never been here. Time went by the hostess said there would be a wait. People were leaving and tables were empty and dirty.Not one person approached us or said can I help you... Nothing!Then a young blond came out, braids and I asked her if we could get service after 45 minutes. She turned around snapped her mouth and said “Have you seen the hostess?”Wow! How about have you been helped, is your name on the list? Something!

Went to Brookes gourmet burgers. Amazing a little pricey but worth every bite. If you havent been there go. Never had a bad meal. And great service 👍🏆

Anywhere in Collier County is very very sharply planned out the City Manager Mayor Theresa yes a lovely smart woman at the helm of Naples as well as thoughtgul commisdioners that are transparent let yhe tedidents know exactly how the budgets taxes are spent. Public input is encouraged. Thats why residents and tourists enjoy a slice of paradise during tough times knowing they are safe by the classiest law emforcement officers in America!

Many good restaurants, great bike shop, theater and of course Royal Scoop Ice Cream which is the best around. Best of all the beach is right down the road.

Too expensive dont have many options I went in there with my mother to look for an electric bike after my accident I walked around the store for about an hour and not once did someone asked to help me was not welcomed I literally had the option to buy any bike they had but they didnt give me the time or day so I didnt buy anything

Seats are awesome (reclining and huge) . Staff is friendly. Foods good. Prices are reasonable... we drive 1 hr each way to watch movies here and there are 3 perfectly good theaters much closer. Try the pizza!

Great theater with affordable prices! Only challenge is the website as an Rewards member. One must know how to navigate site to take advantage of Rewards. If youre a Rewards member and would like credit for a purchase, one MUST clique on the Rewards tab on the opening site page. Not knowing this, I failed to get credit for the first couple of purchases. Suggestion: Please make the REWARDS MEMBER option prominent on the site.

Parking can be a challenge at busy times. Movie Theater, gym, and a couple of restaurants share the same parking lot. Great movie theater, though. All seats are reclining.

For a relatively small mall, it has lots to offer: restaurants, a variety of shops, a great gym (LA Fitness), and the best movie theater in the area (Paragon Pavilion).

Great spot for a movie! Seats are comfortable, spacious, and able to recline. They also have a bar and lounge area, which can be used to kill time if your movie is not starting for a bit.

Nice movie theater, great theater staff, good movies. Parking in off season better than in season. Unfortunately its like that all over Naples during season. The only way around it is to go during off peak times if possible. If not, either deal with the crowds or wait until June-Sept.

The coffee shop I went into was pretty good. The movie theater was really relaxing with the reclining leather seats. Plus, there was a nice variety of restaurants to choose from.

The movie theater here spotlight Cinema is definitely the best movie theater I have ever been to! Every seat is an electric lazy boy, the food and beverage, although expensive as obviously expected, is the most diverse Ive ever seen. Although its not quite a full kitchen, they do have specials that they cook up, as well as, alcoholic beverages to be offered.

It has some very good shops here but the downside is that parking is a bit tight. No score taken due to the fact that with growth, comes adjustment periods, so time allowed to make steps to fix that issue. Historically, always reliable and always my favorite pavilion in Naples. Always the best shops in here.

Pavillion has come a long way. Over the last several years its made great improvements with variety of offerings.

This is typically our go-to movie theater. It was near empty, but service was unusually slow, and staff seemed in training. They had no ice buckets available for the bottles of beer we ordered. We were told the buckets were on order, and therefore unavailable until sometime in the future. They opened all 4 bottles of beer, not understanding that without the ice bucket, we would not have a way to keep them all cold during the 2 hour movie. We saw staff that seemed to be management, but they apparently could not see their customers. Hope it improves before the next visit, or the competition will shut them down.

Went to Janes for breakfast. Awesome place. The pavilion itself seemed very nice and clean.

Love love love this place I always have a great time watching my movies with the family. Food is good and they always have cute displays for main event movies.

They need to properly clean the seats between the movies ie wash and rinse and make sure they are dry. Sticky is not good

Great area for grocery shopping, movie theater, Italian restaurant, ice cream. This Plaza has it all. Across from Mercato upscale district and by a park and the Ritz Carlton. The public beach is just down the road.

I couldve bought a bike anywhere. This store earned my business, mainly because of John Steppen. I spent a good there days, coming back and forth, before pulling the trigger. Mr. Steppen actually became my friend. I love the guy. Al is also top notch.Eric in repairs, couldnt be nicer, and then theres Jaime, a great smile, Im glad he gottired of car sales, and came here
