You know when you go to a high end grocery store and you can’t get something as simple as shallots, there is a real problem. Rating drops to 2. Know your neighborhood and anticipate.

My FAVORITE grocery store when I visit Naples! So many items here, fresh flowers, fruit, produce, deli and bakery are all fantastic! The prepared foods and deli sandwiches are great, huge selection. Prices are also reasonable. You wont find many household/cleaning items here but if your looking for breakfast, lunch or dinner options this is the place.

Great place to get fresh vegetables and flowers. I love that everything is packed full of fresh produce and meats, this should be the standard for every grocery store. The people were friendly, Steven, Meggie, an Ohio kid, a black lady behind the cheese area was ready to help immediately. Would have bought some connolys if the guy would have stopped cleaning but he didnt seem too interested. The checkout area; although pretty, seems quite crammed and not much space to put groceries, this may be the one thing that needs to be rethought. I cant imagine what it would be like if there were a lot of customers or I had more groceries. But other than that, beautiful place, beautiful flowers, my new go to as long as the prices stay competitive.

Today was my first day in this store. I am new to here and am not a big fan of the Publix near me. I was looking through there extensive Coffee products and was approached by Dave the Manager. We got to talking and he made his coffee and creamer suggestion, then proceeded to give me a gift bag with both! He also gave me a nice little discount on all my groceries as a way of saying welcome to the neighborhood, I was floored! I have been shopping in grocery stores for many years, never have I been treated so warmly, professionally and respectfully. What an asset Dave is to this organization, this will definitely be my new store!!!

I was there the afternoon of Jan 19 and witnessed one of the kindest things I have seen in a long time. The Fresh Market employee named Lena noticed that a customer cut her hand. Lena ran to get a bandaid and offered to affix it to the cut. But she also noticed that this customer was hurting. The customer had recently lost a loved one and Lena showed an extraordinary amount of compassion. I was touched, several folks standing nearby also were touched. Fresh Market now has several more “customers for life” because of Lena. Please let her know that what she did made my day. Good job Fresh Market!

Quality food, specially items that you cannot find elsewhere. Food food quality is way above average. Store is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Only drawback, pricey

Excellent selection of prepared foods, very easy to grab a great lunch or dinner. Bakery is incredibly large and they even have some gluten free options. The store is full of great organic products and an incredible produce section. Very clean and fun store to shop. The employees are very helpful if you cant find something. I highly recommend shopping at this store.

The store is a peaceful Oasis of the best food and the best ingredients for your home cooking. The Fresh Market has its own brand of baking supplies. I got Dutch process cocoa for $2.99. I got some delicious Safe Harvest salmon chowder and clam chowder. The very best!

I will preface this one-star review with this: I love this store and shop here often. I find it clean, the staff is nice, the produce is wonderful, and the sale prices are great!However, the past 3 times Ive been to this Naples location, I have seen customers without masks. Not only are they shopping maskless, the employees were helping these patrons at the deli counter etc, effectively offering service despite the mask mandate in Collier county. There are multiple signs on the doors reminding shoppers to wear masks and it shouldnt be my job to enforce this mandate.I called this Fresh Market location multiple times in order to speak with management about better enforcing Covid protocols; however, each time I called, I was told to leave my number and that someone would get back to me. I havent heard from anyone yet.This makes me extremely hesitant to return to this store. The blatant disregard for customer safety, especially in a grocery store, is incredibly concerning.

A Fantastic Naples Florida Food Store. The Deli food is always fresh. The Deli section of Janet, Mike and other wonderful staff members are truly professional, helpful and delight to see each time I come.The Sea Food, meats, Bakery, wine selections, fresh vegetables and fruit produce is fantastic as well. The staff are extremely professional and friendly.This a 5 Star operation.

Good selections, but my opinion a bit pricey for selections.

Their pie selection is amazing, I am really picky about pecan pie but theirs passes the test, I was also able to find a variety of wine to pair with the pies. The only reason they dont get 5 stars is because this store is a little hard to maneuver through.

Always find something tasty at Fresh market. Ready to prepare meals (for 2 people) are delicious. Their meat and seafood counter is fabulous and we love their ultimate crab cakes. Could go on and on...

I ask three different employees were the olive bar was and they had no clue.

I visited this store today to take advantage of their five dollar chickens. I also got a cup of coffee, not realizing that it wasn’t free, when I got to the checkout my charge was more than five dollars. The nice young lady checking me out told me that there was a charge of $1.49 now for coffee. So without me even asking or suggesting to take it off, she immediately took that charge off and gave that cup of coffee to me free. And if that was not enough, I didn’t have the exact change so she took what I had and I left the store. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she was at the register around 1:00 to 1:30 pm. She made my day.

Great meat selection and cold cuts. Looks like lots of wine which I did not have time to check out. Really nice employees. Could not find spaghetti sauce so had to go to Publix. First time here so did not know. Good produce also and fresh veggies.

Bought the Tuesday special which is ground beef or boneless skinless chicken breast for $2.99 a pound. Always very fresh. As always great meat!

A very good selection of higher end grocery items that you could purchase at your local grocery store at a much lower price. There is a good selection of bakery items including muffins, cakes, breads all made by The Fresh Market. The produce section has a wide selection of fruits and vegetables. There is also an excellent selection of meats, poultry, and seafoodMake sure to check out the large selection of candy, nuts and other sweets available.Be sure to bring plenty of money because most everything is a bit pricey. But after all, this is Naples so price is not an issue, correct?.

A really beautiful store on the inside, always clean and stocked. They have a weekly $20 dinner deal that is awesome. We buy it every week and it will usually leave us with leftovers for another day.

Great store but the huge parking lot is pitch black after dark with zero lighting. This total darkness creates an unsafe situation, especially for women who must walk alone to their cars and the elderly who may have compromised vision. I recommend bringing a flashlight, perhaps a weapon for self-defense, as well.

Fresh Market is still by far my favorite market in the area. Excellent quality, amazing customer service and unparalleled attention to detail. Always a safe and good decision to shop here.

What is it with the Deli Staff at this location. They are rude and dont seem to want to wait on you. I have been there fours times in the past few weeks and it is always the same. One time I was ordering several items and ready for the next and she stopped waiting on me and started working with another customer. Usually one says would you like anything else? These ladies are more interested in talking to each other than waiting on customers. Now that cannot be said for the meat counter, fruits and vegetables, flowers or the kind ladies that ring me up. Please get some help. Trying hiring from Deli at Publix they are great!

This place was out of everything I came in to purchase!! The French Rounds bins were COMPLETELY EMPTY!!!What a poor shopping experience. Will go to Whole Foods next time.

The layout of this store is insane. Constantly running into other customers and it’s not even busy. The shelves were nicely stocked, possibly because the stock boys were never able to find their way out of the meandering passages.

Beautifully laid out gourmet market with excellent produce, bakery, meats, fish, cheese, coffee, treats & more! $2.99 Tuesdays are a great day to shop for chicken & chop meat.

Last night went in primarily for their Tuesday $2.99 ground beef special. At 8:00 p.m. the meat counter had no ground beef. The attendant said it was late and they ran out. When I asked if he could make a few pounds he seemed very put out and said it would take about 15 minutes because he was the only employee working the counter. I told him Id wait and he obviously wasnt happy as noted but his loud grunt and terrible scrawl. After about 5 minutes, apparently after realizing I was going to wait, he went in the back and came out with the ground beef. Terrible experience and because of employee attitudes like this Ill take my business elsewhere in the future.

Lightning too dim for the volume of traffic moving about. Difficult to move about safely. Small store. Wooden Indian was cool..

Everything there is true and honest. The food is genuine and isnt loaded with chemicals, unlike other biger brands. The staff is cordial and helpful, as well as friendly and open.

Had lunch from the hot bar... I had baby back ribs and macaroni and cheese.The lady that served me was too busy jabbering away in Spanish to her co-worker to realize that I asked her a question 3 times... never did get an answer...The ribs were overcooked and rather flavorless, and just a little bit pastey...The macaroni and cheese tasted like they had been burned onto the bottom layer of the pan...Its one thing to make a mistake, and quite another to serve it to your customers... I will bet that if the store managers were required to dine there everyday, quality would improve greatly...I wont be eating from their hot bar again...

Your seafood salad was horrific - the only item in it was imitation crab I think your company could learn a thing or two from Publix or Whole Foods.The chicken salad was even worse it was all dark meat and I got a piece of chicken bone out of it. Threw the rest of it away. Called your company spoke to an Asst. Manager who did not even ask my name or what my telephone # was - Great Job!

Not enough registers open the waiting line was too long. Poor choice for management at 5 two registered open out of six.

Watch out for expired products. Look on the shelves and you will see expired food products for sale to the elderly snowbirds. Very expensive food, they should not be trying to sell expired products to their customers.

I got deviled eggs that were horrible. Like they were inedible. When I took them back to let them know something was wrong with them they just thought I was trying to get my money back. NO Im actually concerned for other people who might try to eat these. They didn’t even try the ones they had on the shelf and left them there for others to buy.

Nice store, way over priced... Used to go to the Self Serve Oil Bar, but every time Id go in, Id see some old fart reaching into the bar to grab an olive.. Very unsanitary, disgusting. Prices I see went up on the Olive Bar .50 pound. Probably from old farts being sneaky and stealing. Used to love it, but now I want to gag., Go to Luckys now for their olive bar.

Maria Impagnatiello since 2015 for a long period of time. Every time I was shopping in Naples the gang of employment discriminate and stalking me with insulting words. They said to me and jellying tho me on italian bic and prostitute. This is a criminal act! The next time they will make scarred me with had looks and they will stalk me again with insulting words harassment and a lot of discrimination. I will make a legal action against the meat and cheese desk employ and also against Marta oart of this gang. They mix good black greeks olive with extrem moldy old olive. I was near to go in emergency room because the moldy olive gived me a lot of kyddney pain. What for a sham for the fresh market. Since 2015 I go to this shop fresh market. But every time I was badly treated by a part of the employees work there. They tried to make me afraid with nasty looks and mocking words!
