The employee greeted me politely and took care of my needs promptly. I just had one paper notarized, but to my own fault failed to ask the price. Beware as it’s $10 to notarize here.
Were renting mail services and have been since June 2020. Were very satisfied with their services. We lost a package due to incorrect address, they tracked it down and got it for us. Happier with them than the United States Post Office.
Just stopped to get some copies and misc. stamps etc. Super friendly, handy and helpful staff. Thanks and i will be back again.
Convenient drop off location for packages, but all other services are crazy expensive & $2 convenience fees on anything usps related. Constantly tries to upsell me a $40 ups delivery when I can pay $8 for same envelope thru usps for 2 day service. She continued to tell me that it would never get there, but I insisted on usps priority. Yes, it arrived in CA in 2 days, like I thought. $40 to send a LETTER to CA in 2 days? Are you crazy?
I love all of the associates there. They are very helpful and friendly but one of them, she is always so serious and looks like angry all the time. 🤷🏼♀️
I have been in there 5 times, every time I had the pleasure of meeting the rudest employees I have ever come across. Im not kidding g or exaggerating they are the worst, awful

This is a friendly store that offers a wealth of services from shipping to Notary public. They have packing supplies if you want to do it yourself or they do an expert job of packing.

Tried to call this location and was left on hold for 7 minutes before hanging up. When I tried to call back the customer service rep had the phone transferred to the fax. I literally had a 10 second question.
Dropped a package with usps postage and tracking number. The package got lost, USPS can’t find it. It says still waiting for it. Went to this location and staff was extremely rude, they said they are not responsible for anything, they put it in a box for usps to pick up and that all they do,, what happens after that is none of their business, nice answer right, they even said not to try to contact the owner because I would get the same answer. What a customer service!I use to love this place when the older lady was there, not anymore, and I would advise everyone to stay away!!!

Worst customer service, I was waiting for my wife because we were going to do a drop off. I got to the store at 5:45 pm and the store closes at 6:00 pm, the associate got upset when I told her that my wife was coming with a package. she started her closing procedure at 5:50 when my wife got to the store at 5:52 I step out to help her with the box, when I came back the door was locked and she did not wanted to open the door. After I knocked several times she came out and told me that she had already closed. TALKED ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Went there twice. Both times, clerks were abrasive and rude. My 2nd and last visit to their store during the middle of the afternoon on 8/16/18 I brought in a $1000 GoPro Drone that was being returned via Fedex. Clerk informed me she would need to repackage. I purchased the suggested service and she then laid my box with paperwork on top of it to the side of the front counter. She then begin to make eye contact with the next customer dismissing me. I asked her politely if she minded that I wait until she was done with the other customers so that I could see the finished product. I wanted to confirm that I saw it completed so that if there was an issue with Fedex, I could tell them I saw the packaging. She rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed, and said something along the lines of, I guess. Leaving my package on the front counter, she then walked away for several minutes to do a fax for the next customer in line. Upon finishing with the next customer, she took my package out of sight to the back of the store. After a few minutes, she walked back to the front and waved it in the air, There, its done! I asked if she could go ahead and put on the return label as well as the return number on the package. Again, a sigh and a roll of the eyes. At this point, I explained that I was confused. I did not understand why it was such an issue for me to see the finished product of what I was purchasing. She begin to raise her voice at me. I then asked several times, as she was ignoring me, to get the box back so that I could just leave. She finally complied and I took the box to a Fedex Dropbox. Not sure if she was an employee, manager, or owner but regardless they should be retrained on customer service.
I’ve been picking up and sending mail and packages here for a few years. Always good service.
Helpful and friendly. I like how they send a text when my business receives packages.
