Don’t ever use this company to move. Was quoted $180 an hour to move my stuff with 3 guys. I had a 10x10 storage unit, plus a few pieces of furniture in a garage. This move should not have been more than a 3 hour move MAX. They started at 8:45am and didn’t finish until 8:45PM. Then tried to charge repacking fees when everything was already packed in boxes, they repacked in their own boxes to charge extra AND take up time. Then got lost for two hours to move things 20 minutes down the road. Then refused to unload the truck and took things back out of my house and put it back in their truck and left with my belongings. Literally held my things hostage and refused to give it back unless the $1800 they completely scammed me out of was paid. A four hour move turned into a 12 hour move, and still charged for the full amount. I had to have the police involved twice for these scam artist to return my things.

So we had a initial good move until we had to get the sheriffs department involved to find that our moving crew had stolen quite a bit of brand new audio video equipment I would say think more than twice about hiring this company at all obviously they don’t do their research and background checks on their employees run fast run far away from this company, what kind of a scumbag crew is going to steal from you after you tip them and pay the exorbitant amount of prices upfront makes you wonder!

I was called first thing in the morning and was told my moving crew would arrive by 12:15-12:30. Waited until 1 then the calling began. I called 5 more times through your the day. They would tell me they would call back but did not I had to keep calling for updates. They said the job George me was behind schedule - that I can understand. But they kept giving me an ETA and that time would come and go - no call. Finally placed another call at 2:45 and they said they had another crew to dispatch. At 3:15 a crew arrived. They sent 3 men instead of 2 to speed up the job which was super helpful and the crew was very nice and quick (I am sure partly because they thought they were done for the day but called out to do my move). My advice is to be the first person on the list to move that day because if they are behind schedule their communication is horrendous.

The crew I had was not at all efficient, the move took them a really long time when compared to other companies that have moved for me. They put tape on wooden furniture which left tape marks that are hard to remove, furniture was scratched and not very well protected. Overall would not recommend.

DO NOT USE THEM! I CONTRACTED THEM FOR MY MOVE FOR AUGUST 2020. The sales rep was amazing but once they arrive they started tell me that they dont do designer or Ikea furniture, I had to call the sales Rep to have them do it, when asked for options the answer was is not options we can not do it. I was the one that show them how to take apart the bed as this was in part of the quote. I told them not to pack some sections of the closet and they did. They stole my son piggy bank, they put everything back together wrong, i had to hire another company to come back and put everything back together correctly. I called the sales rep and gave my feedback and nothing happen not even an apology! do not use them and if you do make sure you sales rep is on site the day of the move.

The guys were great! However this company are greedy crooks!!! They charge you a fuel charge even if you’re in the same community moving from one building to another...it was less than 1000 feet away from my original place total $457 for a one bedroom apartment with approximately 20 boxes. I won’t use them again.They also charge traveling time to get to and from.

I know they have a tough job, but talking behind my back that I wasnt helping when thats what I hired you for, not cool... When we got to the drop off location, I asked that everything go into one room of the house and what wouldnt fit could be left in the garage. The room was half-filled and they started unloadingeverything into the garage. I bought them water, I tipped them well, but in the end, Im going to have to move things myself from the garage to the bedroom. I know there job socks, but it was not a pleasant experience for me.

This is my first time writing a negative review but moving is a stressful event. When the crew arrived at our condo building, they refused to wear face masks and gloves as required by our condo assoc. which they were aware that they would have to. When it was time to move our items out of storage to our new home, most of our furniture was either nicked or scratched and our entertainment system legs were broken we got the run around on them repairing the damaged furniture and ended up doing it ourselves. If there was negative stars, that is what we would use for this company!!

All my sons ripped me off, and my review online will state that. I cant believe i fell for it. I will NEVER again use your company or refer you. Plain and simple you robbed me.

Slow movers. Quoted approximately $400 ..charged nearly $900... a fuel cost of $111 for moving less than 7 miles??? Is that even legal????... I have bruises from having to move boxes as one of the movers went missing for 20 minutes... general manager was only person that I spoke to who wasnt rude and condescending to me.... do yourself a favor and use someone else..

This is the mover to use no matter if its across town or state! They are on time, efficient, careful, knowledgable and no how to expertly prep your furniture etc. My wife Linda found them online and Jeremy and his crew were excellent. No worries here!!!
