He was extremely helpful in getting us quickly squared away with a U-Haul truck and trailer combination that served our needs perfectly. Stop scrolling through storage units in Naples - you found it! It’s so hard to pick a storage place sight unseen, but this StoreSmart really does have it all - convenient location, climate controlled units, pull up units, great hours, equipment available to use, outstanding communication and rock solid customer service. Chris and Jennifer were unbelievably helpful and supportive throughout the process. They set up our contracts quickly and easily and had everything ready for us on move-in day - and when we realized that we needed another unit because we had WAY too much stuff, Chris and Jennifer turned it around immediately and were able to get us another unit right next to our original. Really couldn’t be happier with our experience!

This STORE SMART storage facility is the BEST in South Florida! The staff for years has been stellar....they only hire the most kind, professional and knowledgeable people. I have never been treated so respectfully and Jason and Chris last week just topped the service! I have used them for almost three years and i will NEVER use anyone else. I just can not say enough about Jason and Chris. They both have done everything they could too help me with my storage needs and then the needs of many of my clients. We recently moved to Naples from NJ. Were renting until our house is finished and have a need to store our move until our close on the permanent home. We needed large space, in a climate controlled facility. Enter, StoreSmart and James Viniskey. As anyone whos moved can attest, moving, especially from a long distance, is stressful. You research and plan, and you always seem to fall short SOMEWHERE! That changed when we stepped into StoreSmart on Collier. James guided us through the facility, helped us pick out a unit AND was able to find one the same size, right next to the initial unit. The facility is spotless, James is beyond helpful, and we left with a feeling of calm and confidence. Their rates are competitive as well. If you need storage, look no further. The ease and comfort will be appreciated by you more than you realize.

Jason was great to work with. Knowledgeable about the units and helped me decide which unit was best for me. I have rented there in the past but this staff is much more accommodating, happy and helpful than in the past.

This has been a great experience. They showed us all of our options on first visit, provided an easy sign up process to hold the space until our needs began and then (due to virus and our date changes) provided us with a couple of days early access. The office managers were great and the space is clean, accessible and competitive. We are very pleased with everything so far.

Do not use these people they are horrible scam artist. When you move out they will but a extra month to debt collection. Even if you give them notice. They are coperate thieves. They bought my other storage made me move to this location. They raised the price on transition to other facilities. People also run small business out of units so parking to access your unit will be a issue. Restroom also clogs regularly and they are to cheap to make proper repairs. Also after hurrican they found a 12 foot python inside the building building

Extremely convenient and clean location, friendly staff (Kelly has been such a great help), awesome move in specials and very affordable packing/shipping supplies. This place is a one stop haven for storage/moving! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage, hands down!

Measure Your Space - This company did what it could to ameliorate a situation I discovered when I noticed that the space they were selling as a 5x8 unit looked small. After measuring it, I pointed out to them that the unit was actually 5x7. The manager suggested that they might be able to offer me a larger unit. We measured that one and discovered that it, too, was a foot short. The manager stated that all their measurements are approximate.

Without a doubt this is the sleaziest self store operation I have ever encountered. My rental rate has increased 6 times (without notice) in the last 11 months. It increased from $290/month to $450/month today. Customer service is shoddy and hostile at best and all complaints are met with it comes from corporate I cant help you. When I contacted corporate (Matt Van Horn) and asked questions he said he would look into it but never contacted me. I would not recommend this rip off to any one.

Very bad. The woman I originally rented the unit from told me she would take my notice of moving out the same day I was moving in as I only needed the unit for a short period. Come time to leave that woman no longer worked there. I was then informed I had to fill out a 30 day notice of separation. Needless to say, it was an easy way of getting another $117 from me for a month I didnt need. Never again will I do business with this company and I suggest you dont either.

Clean, updated, well educated staff. Helped me with how big of a self storage I needed.

We had our trailer with equipment parked in the open space lot, thinking this was secure and smart storage area. Obviously anyone who leaves things in a yard with a fence around it and an automatic gate you would think this would be deterrent enough to keep the thieves out. Also the entrance had cameras and a security code to document who comes and goes from the storage. We had $20k in equipment stolen from that location, constantly had issues with the gate not opening or always being left open. People capable of following people behind the vehicle in front when they go through the gate. So someone came through the gate memorial day weekend, had access through the gate or followed someone through, drove past the cameras, knocked a trailer lock of our trailer, hooked a truck to the trailer, the person had to have a code to get out of the gate, pass the camera and leave with all of our equipment. We contact storeSMART and all of sudden the cameras didnt work. The cameras do not show anyone leaving and apparently are only for use for the storesmart. We have our own clients, and if they arent happy then we arent happy. The storesmart place likely has something to do with our items being stolen. How would someone get access in and out and the cameras dont work at the time of the items being stolen?
