FedEx overall takes a long time to get from Nevada to Florida almost 2weeks. Covid-19 screwed things up. Package was going around in circles in Texas. Then it was damaged when I finally got it and had to send it back. Youre better off delivery yourself

Every time I have gone here I am in and out quickly. I always receive good service.

Either they lied and didn’t actually deliver my package, or they were negligent in the execution of their delivery. But either way, my phone is missing and no one has been able to help me.

Hard to find an off the beaten path but I guess it’s a shipping center. Staff was friendly and invited me when I came to the door. Got my stuff in and checked in and my receipt and I was on my way within a minute. I was very happy and was able to go on with my life without having to stay in there in a line forever like some UPS stores

Very profesional staff.

Went to FedEx while i was on business in Naples thinking they were a secure quality company. I paid extra money to have the package delivered the next day. A week later the package did not arrive and I beat the package back to Ohio I was advised by the Naples office to call headquarters of FedEx which I did looking for a refund. All future customers of FedEx be advised they do not give a refund any longer since covid-19. You ship at your own risk.

Awesome help packaging my very difficult items to ship. $150 less directly from them than at a different package store I had quote. I stopped by the UPS nearby and they didnt sell the particular unique size I needed. So this experience was perfect!

I went to FedEx to mail a package to the UK. Due to COVID-19 I was worried about my package getting lost or delayed, so decided to spend the extra money and have the peace of mind knowing this would be the best secure option. The lady was so nice, friendly and professional. I opened up an account, and will be using FedEx a lot more due to the great service I received.

3 failed delivery attempts without leaving a doortag, then system advised delivery by 12 noon on 4th day, however at 3:30 their customer service representative said Id have to drive to Naples distribution center to pick up letter myself. Station Manager was advised to contact me, however still hasnt bothered. Time for people to realize that US Postal Service may be a better deal and more reliable

My experiences, so far, are terrible!! I can not get a live person on the phone and the automated system can not solve my problem! All the system will tell me is that my package has arrived and it has NOT!

One of the worst customer service is Ive had in Naples so far they dont tell you ahead of time that you have to have the label printed up and then going to give you a hassle they dont want to print the label for you 👎 I wont be doing any business with FedEx ever again because of this

Once again. Completely irresponsible. I had another very bad experience. The place has went downhill since Bob retired. I was waiting for a computer to be delivered to my home. My manager never got the tracking number. It totally stressed her out. When they did bring the computer, I had no idea it was coming. There was no knock at the door and they left the computer outside my door in the rain. If I had not seen their truck, I would not have known it was even delivered. I hope the corporate office sees this, because that office is terrible.

Best one I have been in. I send important time sensitive documents that I bring in from time to time and they always double check everything is good to go and will arrive right on time. They are 6/6 for everything going off with out a hitch.

FedEx is NOT what they used to be. Paid for 2-day shipping, now 8 days later still no delivery. Plenty of excuses, not one of them the same. Shame is, I live on a very prominent main thoroughfare, there is no excuse that can justify the lies and laziness of FedEx workers in this case. If you cant do the job as agreed upon, dont offer the service and take my money.FedEx has become a bad joke in the delivery business.If you want a package to be on time, DO NOT USE FEDEX...

Price was better than the PO or UPS. But only one guy with a helper that didnt know what she was doing. Not good during the holidays

I have been waiting for a computer since Saturday. The last time a computer was delivered here, they left it out in the rain. I called the 800 number and talked to two supervisors who have called them and told them to deliver the computer this morning. It has been four hours and it is now afternoon. It is still not here yet.

I was expecting a delivery all day from FEDEX GROUND. It was out for delivery since 8:40 am on a Friday. Im in a 2nd story apartment. Finally, at 6 pm, the status changes to Delivery Exception, Incorrect Address. I called and was told the Apartment number was not provided. It clearly was on my shipping receipt. The fact is the delivery person didnt want to carry the shipment up the stairs on a late Friday afternoon. Push it to Monday. This is the kind of amatuer unprofessionalism you dont find with UPS.
