Update for this Review: they sent the Prescription do a different state, completely wrong Address on purpose…. ( LOST MY MONEY )Came to this place. to Send a Single piece of Paper prescription for my dog and they charged me 18$ when I asked for the cheapest one so I regret buying it.. I asked them if I could have a Refund right on the Spot and the lady refused to refund me and was laughing and Told me if I didn’t love my dog? That I wasn’t willing to pay 18$? HATIANS run this Store and they Will Treat You completely disrespectful.. DO NOT come to this STORE
I visited Pak Mail for ink fingerprinting services for a job application. They did not verify my identity. They did not help with the actual fingerprinting, only providing the ink pad for my use, and my fingerprinting card was ultimately not usable to my future employer. They charged $25 for what ended up being nothing. I do not recommend them for ink fingerprinting.
Extremely rude owner.I used this place for the first time about 4-5 years ago and yesterday 7/14/21 I went to do a fingerprint and was told it has a new owner by doing small talk with the employee that was there. No big deal.The day after I look at a picture that I took of the fingerprint screen and noticed that the employee made a mistake on the ORI, placing the information on the CRI section instead. I called and started to explain to the male person who answered the phone (THE NEW OWNER), whom abruptly cut me off and told me that it was not a mistake when Im clearly looking at it. He stated I know exactly what you are talking about, its not a mistake, wait for your results. And without notice he abruptly hung up on me.As I went to the website to write this review, I read a review dated a week prior from my encounter with this place about a fingerprint issue and that person had to pay again for a new fingerprint because Pak Mail made a mistake. I will not be paying again if this is wrong like the previous person. YOUVE GOT THE WRONG PERSON.
I sent an employee for finger printing for AHCA and they failed to confirm identification and information on forms before submitting. Information was done incorrectly so they charged us again to resubmit. When you background screen for agencies you should be confirming all information was done correctly before submitting. That is part of the vendors responsibility. We will never use them again.
Owner and employees are very rude and not supportive.

I shipped two antique pieces of furniture to Seattle in July of 2015. The wardrobe was damaged and missing a leg when it arrived, and the antique wooden love seat was crushed. I counted over 30 different pieces when I collected the pieces. I paid to have both pieces insured even though Ken personally assured me that it was not necessary. We ship all kinds of expensive items all of the time! That mattered a lot to us, because both items were inheritances from my wifes mom. They meant the world to my wife, and losing them made our grief so much worse. Ken knew all of that.It has been almost a year and a half and we have received nothing. And, I repeat, we PAID for insurance on the items. I am tired of waiting and beyond frustrated. If you want to destroy furniture and throw money away, this is your place! Otherwise I would avoid it.
