As a local real estate agent in Naples I find myself at the ups store quite often. They offer a variety of options to help local business owners. This location near my house and office is located off Immokalee Rd in Naples. The staff here is always friendly and goes above and beyond. Because of them I am able to provide a better level of service to my buyers and sellers in Southwest Florida.
Do not use this location. If you have a problem with your shipment they will not help you at all. I asked for a manager to help look into the problem. I was told that was who I was speaking with and she would not help me. She was very rude. I have used other locations that are much more helpful. I will never go back to this location.
The women supervisor was so rude and not helpful. She lacks any customer service skills and should be fired immediately. Her employee stole from me (employee #167456) and refused to be accommodating whatsoever. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Definitely give the library your money if you need to print something. They told me they could print it but then charged me $2.50.Not only that but an elderly woman walked in and the older guy working for UPS, flat out told her this is your tracking number so you dont call me tomorrow.Awfully rude and Id rather drive to one that is further than to support this business. I wish I would have seen the reviews before coming here.
Have been here multiple times over the years and have always had fast, efficient, knowledgeable, patient, kind service - i just show up with my stuff and they pack it and ship it.... easy peasy.
Over measured my box. Remeasured and showed me, then went ahead and put in the overmeasure anyways.Only reason I came in was because the website was having errors and wouldn’t process payments. $21.81 online turned into $36.82 here. Shame on me for needing something shipped quickly before Christmas and not having time to go elsewhere, but this was horrendous.
The RUDEST, least helpful, most unprofessional and awful people EVER. Monday, Dec 28th my Mother dropped off my package for return to Amazon and said they would not give her a receipt of the return drop off. I called and spoke to Eunice, explained the situation and asked without a receipt of the drop off, what proof I had of my item being dropped off for return to Amazon. Eunice was curt, rude and impatient. I then asked to speak to a Manager, and was given to Fred who was also RUDE, curt and not helpful. When I tried to ask if I did not receive the auto confirmation of drop off from Amazon, how I could prove I dropped off my Amazon package with them for return? Fred told me it was not their problem and to call Amazon. They were insulting, dismissive, RUDE and totally not helpful. They dont deserve even one star.

Unprofessional and obnoxious supervisor.She failed customer service 101. The store accepted 4 boxes to ship and boxes arrived damaged and crushed. Then she tells you that you used the wrong box!!! One star is lowest I can give!

This is by far the rudest and least helpful UPS store I’ve ever been to and I’ve lived in 5 different states and do a lot of business at different post office stores. The young guy is extremely rude and unwilling to provide receipts for labels upon request. Also unwilling to put a piece of tape onto a package of it needs a little to help seal it. There’s other UPS stores in town. Avoid this one. They don’t deserve your business. Learn to have better customer service and maybe your store won’t have 2.5star average review score. I wish I could leave zero stars.
Worst customer service I ever had, this is the second time the associate doesn’t treat me right, so I asked for the manager and to my surprise he didn’t questioned the associate at all acting disrespectful like he doesn’t care if he loses a customer. My request was for them to tape one side of the box and for that they want me to pay $6, now my anger doesn’t comes for the $6, it comes for the way I was treated, the tone and the body language was expressing I don’t care, take or leave it. They know that because of the deal with Amazon, customers are forced to use UPS. Please don’t use this store, I encourage everyone to use another UPS Store, it is crucial to show them how important is to provide a good customer service.

Recently went in there to ship out some computer parts. Was given a price of $47.00 to ship a 3lb motherboard to Georgia, including the box and them packing it. Seemed absurd. So I just had them box and pack it up for $16.00 (which was still crazy) and left to go mail it out at the post office.USPS wanted $12.80 to mail it with a tracking number and shows up the same day UPS said it would. This UPS store wanted $30.00. I Can appreciate a small markup......but more than double? Crazy.Avoid this place. Just ship at the post office
Very polite staff, no complaints there. The notary services were said to be $10, and then after all the documents were signed, we were told it was $10 per page. This was not specified beforehand, and the total cost was significantly higher after everything had been signed. 5/5 for people and cleanliness of store, as well as efficiency, but 2/5 for the significantly elevated cost.
This is the ONLY UPS store in town that I trust! Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. Even after moving to several home locations in town, I dont mind driving the extra distance to use their services. Its like the Cheers bar on t.v., they know me by name! :-)
This business is always a positive experience for me. They know my name, I am greeted with a smile and find them to be extremely efficient.
The older guy refused to give me a receipt when asked politely. I ask for a receipt in case Amazon says they never received the product which has happened before. Seemed like he was refusing out of pure laziness. Very dismissive and rude. This was a few months ago before the pandemic.The owner needs to replace this staff according to other reviews left, looks like they have similar negative experiences.
Very reliable with 24 hour access to my mail. Takes the hassle out of worrying about packages being stolen from your home or office. Solid!

Unfriendly and rude made wrong statement about a shipment to the West Coast. He said it will be shipped today (Saturday) but in fact only shipped Monday, which in fact added another 2 days for a weeklong journey...any other UPS store in town is much friendlier and more professional.

Buyer BEWARE! Ive had a PO box at this location for a couple of years. I have always paid my box rent annually; not monthly. I recently got an office space for my business just shortly after having paid my box rent for the upcoming year. When I called to cancel my box, I was informed that I would not get a refund or even a pro-rated refund. When I asked to speak to a manager, he told me that he would look in to it and call me back. He did not. So be aware that if you plan on renting a PO box at a UPS store, PAY MONTHLY! Do not expect to be treated fairly because UPS needs the money more than you do.

Was just in to ship a Comcast box. Rep was very nice and efficient. He took equipment out of box, registered it and printed out a receipt in order to have evidence of my shipment. Was there no more than 3 minutes.

Dropped off a Samsung Soundbar at UPS Store #1515 in Naples on Aug 27 @ 4:10pm to be returned to Amazon. I asked for a receipt and he gave me back my barcode copy he scanned and said that is my receipt. Item is still in transit after 2 weeks. Way to go UPS!
Asked them to print label when I had no internet during Hurricane Irma and they charged me $1.00 and were nice!

Bait and Switch- got an estimate, based on weight and dimensions, to ship something I was selling on eBay. Went back a month later to ship to buyer and the price was 2.5 X their quote. Either inept or dishonest.

They lost my package for Verizon and now Verizon is trying to charge me $800
