Went in to get some antifreeze. Very nice counter person. Bought what I needed and when I left the gentlemen ask if he could help me carry my purchase as I was on crutches. Told him I was all set.

I picked up some lugnuts to replace the ones in my 2012 fusion. Thank you for the help. The older lugnuts are defective, have swollen up and are making tire rotations difficult as are hard to remove.

Always great for me the staff is knowledgeable and usually helpful. Just do a bit of research before you go in.

One of the very few stores that are truly a parts store with some accessories. Most other parts stores have turned into accessory stores with not many hard parts. Easier money, less experienced staff needed. Part quality is great, prices are competitive, friendly staff with auto and truck knowledge. Easy store to find, and have good hours of operation.

It is the place to shop. Just ask for what you need and it is on its way.

Napa has all the odd ball stuff but counter help needs attention. You stand there and they dont even aknowledge you till there ready.

Yep, agree with other reviewers. The people working know their stuff and they are really nice. Even gave us a tour of the basement so we could see the rows and rows of mufflers!! Cool!!
