Took 2 1/2 hours to balance 4 tires with 8 am appointment. They had some young kid worked on 60k truck that looked like he did not know what he was doing . They switched tires that were not supposed to move had to get everything fixed from another place and the said the balance was off on 2 tire. Rip off

Had an appoint for 3pm on 9/17. Made the appointment a week before to make sure the tires would be in stock. Called the day of to confirm that my appointment was still ok and was told everything was all set. Came in at 3 and was told my tires werent there fully and the workers made it seem like they couldnt get it done by closing. Only 2 tires were in stock and if I wanted to get 4 tires i works have to get different tires that cost more. I picked certain tire because of the reviews and a web price for those tires. Instead I had to pay more or leave with a car that needed new tires. I understand that being short staffed is a thing and orders may not be fulfilled on times but I called and planned my day around this to be met with a worker who really could careless and paying more for a tire I didnt want but needed or else. Ended up paying more because I needed to get the tires replaced. Overall very unprofessional and Im Never coming back to this location again. And potentially never to another mavis

Brought in a car for brake pads and an oil change a few months ago. Called around beforehand and got outrageous quotes from others in the area. Ended up getting extra work while the car was lifted, rotors I think, and still walked out cheaper than the other quotes.They were hella backed up and short staffed on the morning I arrived, to the point that they had to turn away new business, but I had an appointment and spoke to the new manager there and he got it taken care of.No problems have popped up with the repairs since.

Fast, friendly expert service. The waiting room is spacious and clean, they were happy to answer my questions and I was in and out on a busy Saturday. Highly recommend. Give these folks a try.

South Nashua one has major issues. Currently have 4 new tires but needed alignment. They took all 4 new tires off and asked which new ones to install?? I said no those tires ARE new! Then upon putting the old ones back together they dont rebalance. See the attached picture - no balance weight. So now my truck pulls to the right. Find a local guy for your tire needs, national companies are rushing and cutting corners.

Got there about 5 mins early from them opening and I got let right in. They were all very nice, friendly, and detailed on what they were going to do and some precautions I may need to take but not once did I feel like they were lying or trying to take my money like at most auto shops. Great feel, great prices, great people!

Havent been to NTB for a while. Now its changed to Mavis. The scheduling is easy and the work is done efficiently.The car runs great after alignment.

These guys Mike, did everything he could to work within my budget and get the job done. I highly recommend this place I am definitely going back as I need more done, I went back alright as they sent me home with a blown spare tire. 2017 Ford F250, GoodYear Wrangler trailrunner x 4.I have used this location several times when they were NTB. Never had any issues, but this last visit was bad.I dropped my truck off and left to have dinner next door. They called me and said they didnt have the tires I wanted and asked me to come back and see their recommended tire. I had done my research on the tire I requested and it was the original tire that my truck was delivered with.I ran over there and they were trying to sell me a more expensive tire with every excuse in the book in why I should buy 4 of these tires. Unfortunately, I succumbed to their sales pitch. They installed the tires and added some Road Side/ wheel repair gimmick to the bill at $130, which was removed. I purchased the Computer Balance Package($76) AND the Computerized Wheel Alignment($90).The technician/ sales person was really trying to pull it over on me, insinuating i knew nothing about cars(having worked in a shop for years).Finally get my truck back with brand new tires!! Get out on the highway(for a 4 hour drive to vacation) the next day and its horribly vibrating and wobbling around. I brought it to my mechanic, who shook his head in disbelief. I then brought it to the Ford dealership to have the wheels balanced. They said the balance was Way off. And it still vibrates to this day.I also noticed, after the fact, that they scratched all the chrome on my once pristine chrome rims. The dealership says salt in the water during winter months will rust out the wheels from underneath the chrome. See the attached photos.I called customer service a total of three times, they assured me a Regional Representative would call me back to make this right. Never heard back, its been a year. I couldnt be more disgusted with this operation.BUYER BEWARE!!

Mike (store manager) took great care of me when a caliper was bad and wrecked my brake pad only a month after it had been replaced. He only had me pay for the caliper replacement, and threw in new rotors and brake pads for the rear axle that had been messed up, at no cost to me. The team is professional and good-humored, and I highly recommend using their services!

First off the ability to follow directions is a challenge, second when stating an oil change is needed and not to use anything but conventional and there is a miracle upsell as they say typically we only use synthetic...IN AN 2001...COME ON USE YOUR ASE CERTIFIED HEAD...if thats not enough. Try returning the following day only to be told they now cant do the service work not actually completed the day before .Save your self the head ache and use real repair shop for repairs...not a tire/ service shop...

Overall great prices for quality work. Mike and Don were very knowledgeable and helpful! They were able to help greatly on my payment options, as they had pointed out some unexpected -but much needed- repairs. Absolutely my go to mechanic!

Avoid this company at all costs.A lot of shady business going on. Cooperate company does not care about its customers nor its employees. The higher up bosses are clueless to anything. They are beyond rude and have terrible customer experience. I was in this location getting my car serviced and I could not believe what I seen one of the regional managers was sniffing cocaine in the bathroom. This was about 3 weeks ago. And the reason why I know it was the regional manager is because I sparked a conversation with him and saw this white powder like substance hanging from his nose and all over his shirt. AVOID THIS JUNKIE LOCATION AND COMPANY.

Got a battery, left and my lights flicker on and off?? My radio hasnt worked in 5 days, called, they sent me to a closer one, they tried all they could? To no avail, theyre sending me back to new Hampshire? Tried making appt, they booked?? Wow, so I have to take off work to drive out there on their convenience?? $168.00 plus tip?? And no help 4 phone calls later, still no help

I got my four tires and brought it home. A week later, one of the sensor lights came on. I add air once a week called them up and said bring them over. Said they couldnt find anything. He mustve added the air and the sensor light went off. Brought it came home and the light came back on days later. He probably just put air in the tires and never fixed it. Was that helpful?

I went to Mavis to get snow tires for my mothers carolla. Wasn’t sure what I needed so I asked. The employees were very helpful and knowledgable and were happy to thoroughly answer any of the questions I had. In the end the tires were less expensive than I expected they would be, which was great. I’d really recommend this service company to anyone’s mother, which is saying a lot. I was in a minor accident and arrived here 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday afternoon with my car on a tow truck.I was on the road again before they closed and everyone was so nice and professional!

Sent my brother, who is not mechanically savy, up to The Nashua location after he got a blow out on his Subaru. I was nervous that he might be taken advantage but Nick the new manager really took care of him. He had to order the tire but was able to source one had it back to the shop very quickly and had my brother back on the road on Christmas Eve. What more could you ask for especially on such short notice. I will absolutely recommend and refer other people. Go and see Nick, he really runs a great shop

It is not NTB anymore and the difference in service is significant from what it used to be.New management has kept all the NTB marketing material ( including signs in the door) but is Mavis. Very misleading.3 h to change the oil and breaks.Very run down place.I am not coming back

I needed four tires fast for my daughters car. I called NTW in Nashua. They said “No problem, bring it in!” I was greeted professional and every detail was explained perfectly. The lobby and waiting area were spotless. Everyone seemed to enjoy working there. I would definitely go back!

I’ve been here about 3 times and have had outstanding service each time. I had a not so pleasant visit at another NTB but wasn’t able to stay for repairs they said I needed and was a huge safety risk. So I came to this one that’s closer to me and was told none of what I was told at the other location was true and my car was completely fine. I continue to go here because Mike, Alissa, and their team are honest and do a great job. I highly recommend them!

I was driving by and my wheel fell off. Within 30 seconds I had 3-4 guys who were on their break helping out and they got me back on the road in less than 10 min. I got great advice, they didnt charge me a dime and I cant thank them enough. I will definitely be going here from now on for all maintenance!

The team at NTB did a great job with my new tires! I had went in to see if I would be able to warranty my old tires and when they told me they could not I decided to get new ones from them. They had a buy 3 get 1 deal that made it considerably less expensive than I was expecting. The common area is a little dirty and could use some help, but the service is great now.

Nick was super helpful in getting new tires on my teenager’s car. He was super patient in explaining the difference in the tires and which was better for their car. Ending up spending a lot less than I had thought. Would definitely come back!

Have gone there three times in past 2 months once for 4 tires second time front brakes rotors shocks an coils then did rear brakes today wheel bearing and cv axle, everytime was met with professionalism at the desk and the young man mike that did the work i think all the times i was there had a great attitude and did a great job, if he didnt already have a job id hire em in a second, thanks ntb.

I was not afforded my warranty roadLife time ends after 2 years no what i was sold. Cost me extra to replace the tires when one should been under warranty . The parent company took care of my issue.however this should of not happened in the first place. The outer 3 times i had 5 star service with a friendly staff. That went the extra mile.Joe

Experience was above and beyond the normal expectation of getting car repairs. Friendly and welcoming management. I booked my reservation the night before with full description of work to completed and the onsite team had paperwork prepared and ready. Timeliness was great and only took an hour due to no other appointments. I would highly recommend this location and booking online! The manager Nicholas Sirois was a pleasure to deal with and happy I choose this location!!

I have been going to Town Fair Tires for years. Not anymore!!! I came to NTB To fix a tire for me and Nick and the crew were so amazing to me that I now will only deal with NTB in Nashua!!!I then came to buy my son tires and once again Nick and his crew went above and beyond!! Best experience I have ever had buying tires. Nick is honest and explains what is needed, what deals or promotions are going and lets you decide what is best for you!!I came today due to a flat tire repair and once again Nick pulled out the red carpet and took excellent care of me!!! This center in Nashua is one in a million when it comes to Customer Service!! In a scale of 1-10 they deserve 100!!! Thank you once again Nick for taking care of me!!!!!!

I had my brake pads and shoes replaced about half year ago at this location, but the old car is getting some old car noise. I thought it is time for more fixes. They spend a good amount of time to check the brakes today, and it is very re-assuring when the mechanic told me the pads thickness is 6mm, and shoes thickness is 9mm. They didnt charge me for the work of re-checking. Thumbs up.

1. Last time I went here it took 3 hours to get an oil change when I had made an appointment over a week in advance.2. My buddy went here with tires he needed to be mounted, they wouldnt mount them because they were not purchased here.3. Mom took her 2015 Highlander to ask how to rest the maintenance light because it goes off every 3k rather than 5k to 6k when she gets it changed. NTB told her they have to do it... I just turned it off for her and told her how to do it, took me 30 seconds...

I made this appointment online for a conventional oil change. I arrived a bit early but my vehicle was taken into the service area immediately and the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. The personnel were friendly and courteous and there was no attempt to upsell anything.Potential customers should not be unduly influenced by poor reviews. It seems that ANY automotive service business is subject to these negative postings from customers with unrealistic expectations.

This place is by far has the best people I have met and this whole new crews high integrity and down to earth personality won me over.So here is my story. I hope you can relate. Lately, I started hearing this weird sound in my truck, and I took it down to the local mechanic shop. They soon concluded that it was my break. They said that the previous guy who ever did my break didnt change the rotor. I was furious at that moment and called NTB Nashua because they happen to be the one who did it. They were very polite and professional despite me having an attitude. They asked me to take my car down there. They took the whole thing apart and showed me they did change the rotor and break pads.At that point, I was confused about why there is this weird sound. The shop manager, Alisa, asked me to leave the car with them and they will take a look first thing tomorrow AM because it was pretty late by then. This morning I received a call from them, and they told me everything is fixed now, and they pointed out to me exactly where is the problem.Through this entire experience, they were never defensive. Never once mentioned about charges even after times spent taking things apart and fixing it up for me.I asked Alisa - how much should I pay you? She said - oh, dont worry. No charge. Its on us.I was blown away! I hope many of you get to read this and will bring your business to them. This new crew is fair, honest, and has the mentality to put your needs before theirs.They are the best crew I have seen!

Had to have my car towed in after flat tire on an all wheel drive run flat tire. Able to pick out my tires and book service online at 11 pm the night before. Called NTB Nashua and worked with Larry at 7:30am. He was awesome, took care of everything and they appreciated my business. New tires so cant comment on tread wear yet but will update my review.

I gave them 5 stars the first time I was there However this time they really disapointed me .I bought 4 tires from them 2 weeks later my tire sensor light came on. I checked my tires they where all fine when i went back to Ntb to get my sticker put on.I asked them to please check the tire sensor .when they came out and said my car was all set, i asked them if they checked the tire sensor and they said they checked all 4 and they were all a little low. so was not the tire sensor according to them Well not the case the light came back on I had tires checked and they are all fine. So i have come to the conclusion that they dont want nor need the work and i will no longer trust them anyway to touch my car I maybe be female but I am not stupid

After many years I had a wonderful experience at an automobile work shop. The staff was fantastic, helpful, down to earth and honest. Mr.Sterling Rose (NTB- Nashua) is transparent and listens to the customer needs.

Whole staff was fantastic! I’m so glad for the change in there, old management just didn’t have the customer best interest in mind! Thumbs up to the two new managers (Alissa and Mike) and the new crew! See you guys regularly now that i know I won’t getting screwed!

Horrid experience. Went in for 4 tires and an alignment and what I was told was to be a nominal 2-hour job stretched to nearly 5.From the moment I walked in and my on-line purchase price was not honored (a few dollars, but really?) things went downhill. After 2 hours I returned, and the counter staff made a habit of hiding in the back room so that I and other customers who were waiting could not talk to them and find out what was going on with our cars. Had I been the only one having an issue I could see a mechanical difficulty - but everyone there - everyone - had been kept waiting hours past estimate.No communication, no responses and an utter lack of consideration for the customer. Never again will I make the mistake of purchasing from them.EDIT: 9/31/2018: I received the response below. However, I responded to them at that page the DAY THIS HAPPENED and nothing was done _ i received NO response. Don;t be fooled by this response to poor service and stay away.

This place is terrible. Dont come here. Manager is unpleasant. Told me they wanted nothing to do with my wheels and tires, after I confirmed they would fit on my jeep. Then I asked if they could mount just the wheels and not put them on my jeep they still said they wanted nothing to do with it. Fu#k this place.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of getting my cars alignment done by the technicians at this shop, and I was thoroughly impressed with the Service advisor/manager(not sure which he is, sorry) on duty. I walked in without an appointment and he quoted me a price and said itd take about 90 minutes, so I left him my keys and headed off to the mall. I came back a little early and sat at the table in the lobby to wait, and I couldnt help but notice how well the service advisor/manager was handling everything that was thrown at him. There was a nonstop flow of customers coming in to drop off their cars, as well as the phones ringing off the hook, and he was very professional with all of them and didnt appear flustered at all. I thought he did a great job at informing the customers of what to expect, and educating them on what work was needed on their car. He didnt rush anyone, and seemed to make each customer feel important and like their business was valued. I know I certainly did, and I will definitely be back in the future!

I have been to NTB on 3 different occasions and each time its been a great, painless and super fast experience . I dealt with Mike at the front desk . He found me a great deal on snow tires . Ended up spending a lot less then I thought I would .

Alissa went above and beyond to help me out! I had such a bad experience here before with the old management that i was nervous to call or come back im so glad I did! They are wonderful! Everyone always leaves bad reviews but the end of the day they are human just like us and mistakes happen! Or on days like today we’re they were slammed Alissa and Mike were out back doing tires and mechanical work to help keep things following. Sometimes it’s not there fault and sometimes we expect more like time wise but things happen back there!! Keep keep up the good work guys!!!!

Is $67 for an oil change normal? And to think I almost got talked into having them flush my radiator.

Im skeptical of ALL mechanics, so when they told me I would need a front end alignment I told them just the tires mounted and balanced. Dont expect a quick turnaround on a Saturday, you wont get that anywhere. There are plenty of other places I would go for an oil change. For tires, either drop off or go at non peak times and beware of phishing for extra work, but that applies everywhere....

I brought my car over to NTB in Nashua yesterday to get some snow tires. The whole experience was nothing short of great. I drive a Lexus HS and its been really bad in the snow, so I decided to call around. After speaking to Larry Cullen I decided to make the appointment. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Josh Gardner, who set me up in the AM. I had to do an early drop off and Josh was very accommodating to my needs and super professional. I am a big believer in great customer service and customer satisfaction and those guys proved that it still exists. Im pleased and highly recommend them for anyone.

I needed a quick tire replacement and Justin made sure it was taken care of accordingly. It was no hassle and perfectly done.

Just had an appointment to change my oil and rotate my tires, pretty standard. I specifically asked to have my tires rotated and this was confirmed.Came back to pickup the car and the guy at the front said there was a problem with the oil filter they put on and oil had sprayed and leaked everywhere. He said they had been running the car to try to burn off the oil and I should expect burning oil smell. This is fine, stuff like this happens...However, inside my car was oil marks on my leather seats, steering wheel, and side of driver door from someone who had oil on their hands. I get there was an oil spill, but thats not acceptable.To cap it off they didnt rotate my tires like I asked, didnt top off the washer fluid thats part of the service, or put a reminder sticker for next oil change...I get there was an incident with the oil, wished they handled the cleanup better (the smell is horrific) or at least do what the consumer expects...

Last Saturday, I had a flat tire. Turned out a nail had gotten in there. Went to NTB later that evening, they said they had no more appointments available that night, but they had openings the next morning. Fair enough. They were able to solve the problem, the price was decent, but they did not charge me since I had to wait longer than expected. Plus, theyre the only tire place in the area open on Sundays. I have no complaints.

Had a great experience working with one of the managers (Larry). Tried to special order some tires to swap out my snows but he was unable to locate them. He recommended some different tires that he had in stock and got them installed the same day He gave me 39 days to try them out. Called me two days later to (1) check on the tires and (2) tell me they owe me the deposit for the special order. It got processed for the special order but not credited to my bill. Would have seen it later when I saw my statement but he was paying attention to the details.

Mike is the best. He helped me with front tires of my odyssey and gave me a great deal. Was in for a flat tire, that was beyond repair. Trust him.

STAY AWAY *Makes appointment for 7:30am for studded snow tires* I arrive for them to tell me they have travel to lowell Ma to stud the tires because they dont have a stud gun 😂😂😂 We arent done yet. They get the tire size wrong through the vin number. Im still waiting for them to work on my car 3 hours later, while their unclean waiting/coffee area floor and table tops give me mild form of disintary watch out for this freaking place at all costs. However, the small uncleaned fish tank in the corner is a nice touch.
