Top-notch people and service department!Was new to the area with a recently purchased Ford, so I was apprehensive about where I would it for service (easy to get ripped off in that scenario right?). Really glad I went here, the friendly and experienced staff in the Quick Lane shop were straight up, took care of the issues I had without problem, and found another mild issue but didnt try to up sell anything. I had a great experience here with John Mannas as my salesman. He was funny, and made the hours I spent purchasing a new vehicle much less daunting. They even allowed me to pick up my dog from daycare in the middle of all of it and let him hang out in the showroom with me while everything was finalized. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend spending your afternoons with John if you’re looking for a down-to-earth, real, car salesman!

Very disappointed in the level of service I received. Ive been a Ford customer for 40 years, never buying a different brand. The treatment I got from their service department was horrific. They had my car for two weeks and did not keep me informed as to what they were doing. The original estimate was way above what they originally quoted me. I would not recommend going to them for service.

Great service

Argued with me and basically told me I was trying to scam them because they ripped my seats. I immediately brought it to their attention and they told me “my guys do this everyday they don’t make mistakes” yet they left a 300$ flashlight in my fender and called begging for it back. Terrible service and rude workers. Don’t recommend buying from here cause the service is junk.
