Excellent service experience recently! They are generally great anyways but this time was even better! I was there for a recall and a possible brake issue. Well brakes were fine and recall was completed but I was due shortly for an inspection and I needed a new rear wiper apparently. They said they could take care of it right then and there and I was more than pleased about that! They always keep you informed about what’s going on with your car and the waiting area is very nice!
Matt R is definitely one of them who is making this place #1 for customer satisfaction. Its a working day for me, was multi tasking with my office calls. He sensed my problem and was able to call extended warranty folks on my behalf and got things moving. Great help from you Matt, Thanks again.
I have a family member who’s car had a recall on the engine almost 3 months ago. At the time of dropping off her vehicle at the service department they had no rentals. Luckily someone was nice enough to let her use an extra vehicle they had. Well the time has come for her to give their car back and guess what Hyundai still has no rentals available! First of all..why is it taking 3 MONTHS for her to get her car back. Second of all how can you expect someone to go about their life without a car for that long? They encouraged her to try and get a rental from some where else but also can’t promise she will be reimbursed for it. WHAT A JOKE! It is YOUR job to figure something out so she isn’t further inconvenienced. They said they will try for a rental this weekend but no promises. And to top it off there are about a dozen other people waiting for one as well. Hyundai is a large company I’m sure you have the means to find these poor customers a means of transportation! FIGURE IT OUT!
Amazing experience at this dealership! I just moved up from MA not too long ago and this was my first time coming to this particular Hyundai dealer. They far beyond exceeded my expectations. I had my one year old daughter with me (which is no easy task while car shopping and talking business) but everyone was so kind to us and very understanding. I got to drive away with my brand new Tucson lease that very same day! And they helped me out in turning in my old lease without any issues.Cannot say enough about everyone here, especially Brian and Nate in sales- so easy to work with and were straight forward which I appreciate. Highly recommended!
I recently brought my vehicle in for a recall. I will admit I was dreading to have to deal with a dealership for service. To my surprise, from the moment I made the appointment to the moment I got my vehicle back the process what great! So easy and so quick too! The staff was so friendly and informative. I couldnt ask for a better experience.
I have recently just bought a car and the overall experience including the sales person was not pleasant. I had to buy a brake patch router in the front of the car on the second day as the state inspector saw that it was almost completely broken. The customer service was also not good, as well as the overpriced car for what it is.
I was there yesterday shopping for a car with my friend. Now everyone knows what a huge purchase a car is. Everyone shops around for the best deal. It’s the way the world works. It was our first stop and we wanted to shop around. Please respect customers and stop being pushy. !!! I get you want the sale. They train you to be savages, but that’s not how you build relationships with customers. But to tell us if we leave you won’t honor the deal ??? Yeah bye Felicia!!!!!! Then have to nerve to call my friend an hour later. Hilarious. Yeah he blocked your number. You know you had the best deal and we were going to come back. But cause of your pushy- ness it didn’t sit well with us. So he bought a car from somewhere else. It’s to bad cause I’ve bought all my cars from your location and I don’t think I will be back either. In the future try not to be so aggressive cause like I said to you yesterday, you don’t buy the first house you look at !!!!!! You shop around.
The purchase and service of my vehicle has been a Hassel free experience and I wouldnt think of going anywhere else for my future needs. DARLENE in service is fantastic and the manager Jessie even introduced himself and made me feel welcome.

Jack was great. Financial department was shady at best. Forced internal financing only and couldn’t match a rate. When I was not going to buy the car, it went south and the business manager, Jay, was extremely aggressive. I have a formal complaint in, so waiting for resolution.Found a Palisade at AutoFair three days later so recommend searching elsewhere before wasting your time

I came in with a friend just to test drive a car. I had never driven a Hyundai Elantra and was willing to give a try. Ended up me driving away with it that afternoon. I got a very good deal as in lower payments and excellent warranty on the new car. Salesperson Les Novak was great and understood what I was looking for.
We purchased a Genesis second hand and we have it serviced here when the need arises. The service team is very pleasant and they keep constant communication with you throughout the process. We will definitely be going back as needed.
After yet another cruddy Chevy experience, I decided to find a new car. I narrowed it down to 5. I test drove the Hyundai Palisade first, and cancelled every other appointment I had. The car is LEGIT. My sales guy Jack hooked me up with a great model and deal, and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Great exp 5/5!
Drove a hour and half to buy a car after we commit to buy the car and runs my credit for approval, we come to a price we both agree on until the sales manager comes out at the last second and says...you have to pay sticker even know its advertised for a lot less online. I would never trust those snake oil salesman.

I received tons of attention when I went in to buy a 2018 Santa Fe Sport certified advertised for sale, even had brand new tires on it. I liked the car, having owned three other Hyundais totaling over 500,00 driven miles. After a weeks driving I discovered the car could not hold the road, especially on highways. The car floats all over the road, in its lane, a gust of wind easily pushing side to side. The car tracks every groove and hump in the road causing constant corrective steering action. At highway speeds it feels unsafe. With 37k on it (34k when purchased) the new tires are beginning to cup. After contacting my salesman he offered to make a service appointment. A day later I made my own. The serviceman Joe asked me to bring the car in again for an alignment and time to spend with the car. I did so and was charged for the alignment. I wrote a letter like this one asking my salesman to please help, and I asked him to forward the letter to manager Nate Green. No response. I expect better communication. I expect the dealer to help with this issue. Please tell how to elevate this to the next level. I am terribly disappointed with this car and with Nashua Hyundai.
The initial process of purchasing my 2021 Kona was flawless and David Ritter was extremely helpful. However, since this purchase it has been a nightmare getting the payments made on the vehicle and now I am having a problem with the vehicle and am dealing with a different Hyundai dealer to get the repairs done which has also become a nightmare because the part is on back order and we have no idea when its coming in.I just found out the reason that I have been having trouble making payments on my vehicle is because the my date of birth is wrong on the initial contract that was sent in. I do remember when signing the paperwork catching the date of birth being wrong and having the Finance person correct this. Apparently though they did not send the corrected contract to the Finance Company, When I notified the dealership they stated they had the correct birthday on the contract on there end. However, Hyundai Motor Finance viewed the copy of the contract sent in and verified it was the copy with the wrong date of birth, that I had told the dealership to correct. It was initially corrected and I signed the corrected on. Apparently the corrected one was not sent to the Finance company. It took six months to be told that this was the issue. I am now regretting buying this car and Financing through Hyundai Motor Finance which was my only option if I wanted the rebates on the car. Getting it corrected has been a real nightmare, to my knowledge it still isnt corrected which again is making it extremely difficult to make the payments. Because of this and now having mechanical issue with the car I will NEVER purchase a Hyundai again and will probably trade this vehicle in down the road just so I dont have to deal with Hyundai anymore. Next vehicle for me will be an American built Truck or SUV.

Abysmal. Bought a Sonata, it broke down a month after purchase. Had it towed per my warranty instructions, and the service department confirmed that there was a misfire. 2 weeks later, was told the problem went away on its own, that they dont know what caused it, and I owed them $300 for diagnostic fees. THE DEALER couldnt figure out the problem. I placed two calls over the course of a week to the manager, Jesse Breton, and he never returned my call. So now its onto consumer affairs and small claims court. Thanks, guys.

I just purchased a new Hyundai Tucson SUV from Dave at the Hyundai dealer in Nashua last week. I called around to make sure I was getting a good deal and to make sure I was going to be safe going into the dealership due to the coronavirus and all. I was very happy with the experience. I was extremely satisfied with the way Dave and Jay (and the rest of the folks there) took precautions to keep myself and other customers safe (they all had masks on, the tables were cleaned several times, etc). This was VERY important to me. Overall I love my new Tucson, had a painless experience and I was not pressured to purchase something I did not want. Ask for Dave if you want to buy a new Hyundai .... you wont be let down!!

After spending 3k trying to get my car to run replacing batteries, starter, alternator etc on my santa fe. My suv still kept dying. They could not fix. Mechanic said next would be to replace the junction box! Estimated additional 4k. Nope! I then took my vechile to an electrical specialist who found it was an easy cheap fix with replacing battery harness and connections. I believe the current mechanics at Nashua Hyundai dealership must either be unskilled and can not properly diagnose, or dont care and just want to rip people off. Never again will I buy or service a vehicle at Nashua Hyundai. I was a good customer and they totally ripped me off.
Improved customer service department for actual service on vehicles. Sales department yikes extremely lacking! Lowered 1 star no call back on the one item they couldnt fix a sensor that their equipment couldnt read.
I bought a 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe in September from Les Novak at Nashua Hyundai, and I couldnt be happier with my purchase. I went in with must-have qualities and a general idea of what size car, but completely unsure of make/model that I was looking for. Les took the time to hear what I was looking for, what I wanted in a car and go through options with me. Im loving the new car, and Les was spot on with how it would handle in the snow (great!!). Everyone on the team was friendly and easy to work with, will definitely return in the future!
The customer service in the service center is terrible. In addition, the two times that I took my car in for a recall, they damaged other parts of the car in the process of fixing the recalls. The second time, they tried to deny that it was their fault and didnt offer to fix it free of charge. I would recommend that you take your Hyundai to a different Hyundai dealer for service.

After MANY hours of online research, my husband and I narrowed it down to Toyota, Honda and Hyundai. We test drove at 3 different dealerships but sent out requests online to get the best deal.We ended up deciding the Santa Fe fit our lifestyle the best and negotiated with several NH and MA dealers online.We ended up at Nashua Hyundai in NH and worked with Dave Ritter. I had a 2006 Tucson and was very happy with it. I traded it in on a 2019 Santa Fe in mid Feb. I had done my homework and knew exactly what I wanted. The dealership was very competitive and I feel that I got a great SUV for my money. The sales staff was very efficient and took care of all the paperwork for me. I would recommend Nashua Hyundai .

I was a 30 year Toyota guy before a good friend recommended I look at Hyundai back in 2010. I got a great deal on a Sonata from Nashua Hyundai. More importantly, the service department has been awesome. I regularly service my car almost at the prescribed intervals. I am very happy with the service especially Darlene Duncan She always goes above and beyond what I would expect. Not only does the car run great, but I never fell like I am over-charged for something I didnt need- a problem I frequently have with other dealerships in the area. So disappointed bought a Used car they said I was going to get the ten year 100,000 mile warranty . I signed the papers but didn’t look good enough I guess because my cars steering rack went and I was informed I had no warranty on a car with only 50000 miles . They said they could fix it for 12oo bucks but the part wouldn’t be in for two days . A week went by and they finally called me back . At this point I said I was all set and would nevvveeer but another car there again. Also I’m getting my car fixed for half the price

DONT EVER BUY A TUCSON!!!!! Simply google it and you’ll find all the details about an ongoing multimillion dollar lawsuit against Hyundai over the fact that they SHOULD HAVE recalled the Tucson’s over motors BURNING OIL and being dangerous to drive! But instead they kept hush about it and hoped somehow we wouldn’t notice the issue or when we did, have to pay for it on our own. I am the ONLY driver of this car (that is less than 5 years old, under 100,000 miles and I still owe money on) and I was forced into paying for a WHOLE NEW MOTOR. I would’ve traded the junk thing in if it weren’t for the fact that I haven’t had it long enough to pay it off!Hyundai diagnosed the issue, admitted it was THEIR fault and out of the “generosity” of their “hearts” offered to pay for 70% on a new motor. Which still put us out thousands of dollars (again, on a vehicle we still owe money on). They gave us no choice but to pay those THOUSANDS of dollars otherwise I wouldn’t have a car to drive. And we still had to fight for them to pay for a loaner car. They’re total cheapskates. Their customer service is garbage and they blame it on the company but you can’t get through to anyone at the company so you’re just royally screwed.They sold me a faulty car, hoped I wouldn’t noticed until the warranty was up (which they didn’t honor anyways since the vehicle is TECHNICALLY under someone else’s name despite being the only driver), and then they admitted they sold me a faulty car but made ME PAY FOR IT.I will ensure everyone I know knows NEVER to buy a HYUNDAI ever again and I can promise you I will never personally do business with them EVER AGAIN.

I made my appointment with Darlene for an oil change for my 2010 Elantra a few days in advance. I was on time for my 10 oclock appointment and the car was taken for service right away. Everything was good and I was on my way in no time. The waiting area had hot coffee, bottled water, and pastries which was great. I had another great experience at Hyundai.
We stopped in to look at a used Tuscan. The salesperson was very arrogant and pushy. I explained I was not ready to pull the trigger and he was quick to grab his manager multiple times. The sales tactics were very high pressure. When he left the room a third time I quickly ran out the door (I felt like was escaping for my life). Please beware.. this is a very high pressure dealership!!

I went in to lease a new Kona on January 4, 2020. I told the employees that due to personal reasons, I could ONLY lease, not buy a car. They were great working with me and we negotiated the price. They swiped my card because I was approved. Come to find out, I was approved to BUY, not lease. I let them know that would not do. They tried various ways to get me to lease but were unable. They said that I would be getting my refund within a few days. Two weeks later, January 17, I STILL do not have my refund. Supposedly it was processed yesterday, Jan 16 but there is no record by my bank. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place as they still have my deposit and have given me the run around.
I just bought my latest Sonata from Nashua Hyundai. I love this car!!!Its been extremely good to me. My previous Sonata lasted over 175,000 miles serviced by Nashua Hyundai. The dealership is awesome! Ask for Dave Ritter when you go. Hes super friendly. Hell take care of everything. Hes upbeat, knowledgeable, attentive and can answer any question about the car and the car buying process. He does a great job explaining things and takes the time you need to do so. I had a great experience with this dealership and with Dave! I bought the car and didnt have to take off of work for even 1 hour. Dave took care of everything! Ill be buying cars from Nashua Hyundai and Dave Ritter for a long time! Great job!!!
Prompt on scheduling appointment and then handling the work once on site.Helpful and friendly service rep. Listened to the problem and then completed the repair. Somewhat tricky noise in the front end. Previously could not be diagnosed at the tire store. They got it right straightaway and the repair costs are competitive.

I was having a hard time finding a car and had basically lost all hope. Hyundai of Nashua was my last resort. I quickly felt at ease when I pulled up and David Ritter came out to greet me. His knowledge, energy and sense of humor was perfect to not only cheer me up but I felt like he was the one to help me finally find the car of my dreams. If I could give Hyundai Nashua 0 stars, i would. I leased my vehicle there almost 3 years ago, under the FALSE promise that if i returned at the end of my lease for another lease, any mileage over would be forgiven. Lies- I went in today and they said miles cannot be forgiven. If i had known at the beginning, I would have paid for more yearly miles or been more careful with my mileage. They tell you what you want to hear to sell you a car and seemingly hope that you wont remember or follow through with holding them to their word.
Always bring my Hyundai here for service. I schedule an appointment to wait and am always pleased with their service.

My wife and I just purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. So far we are really loving our new car. We had a great experience with Nashua Hyundai. I would recommend Nashua Hyundai and more specifically Nate Green. Nate made the buying process a breeze and went above and beyond, answering all of our questions. He was honest and straightforward throughout the whole process. We will definitely be back to see Nate in the future!
This is based off the customer service in sales. Rob Chamberlain was my sales man and he truly went above and beyond. My transmission died in my hybrid and I was not ready for all the changes that were about happen. He was kind to my family and not too pushy. He helped me trade it in and because they didnt have any rentals available he helped me out in a serious bind and gave me a couple rides. Very personalized service. He came in after he was already done for the day to help me out when it came to finalizing the new car. Really truly outstanding! He called a few days later to check up on how the car was and how we were. Couldnt be more pleased. I would recommend him to anyone. The service center lady on the other hand came of rude with her town of voice and the vibe that she didnt care about anything. Not Kristin though. She seemed truly saddened to give me the news about my old car. It was comforting
These people lie after lie after lie. Go anywhere else but here. We called to make sure what it said online for the vehicle we were looking for was there and could be sold and I talked to Bradley from the internet dept. and I double checked with him since we had to drive a ways to get there and he assured me the vehicle was there and available and I had him double check again and yes it was available he said. We drive up there which isnt easy being disabled and have to take massive pain meds to drive that far so they say oh he must not have noticed it was sold already. Please do not shop at this place as if they lie from sales then they will lie in service too. Not good for customer relations especially during these times. If I could give them minus stars I would. I am the type of person that honestly goes a long way.
Extremely knowledgeable. They dont push you to spend. Or make you feel you have to. No pressures. Reasonable prices.
Why go anywhere else.!!!! They are knowledgeable, experienced, and most of all priced similar to any service station. Sometimes even less depending on my coupons. My service adviser is super.
