Place is a joke. Talked to a Raymond and all he cares about is getting your credit card info. Was interested in a vehicle and because I wasnt interested in financing or handing over credit card I never got call back. Originally went in to look at vehicle and it was falling apart. They said it was going to be fixed then thats last that was heard from them. Sent 1 message simply asking if had heard anything and couldnt even be bothered with response. Better to take advice from rest of bad reviews this place has and shop elsewhere.
These folks are the best. I do not have the best credit and they got me a great loan. I owed more on my trade then it is worth. Other dealers didnt give me the time of day. These guys are different. They care. They took the time to help me. I may not be rich but they made feel important and that my business mattered. It took me a while to find the car that was right for me. They were very nice and friendly and I love my new car. I can not say enough about how happy I am with Albrecht Auto. Thanks Broch, Tim and Frank.

Process was very straight forward and Jamie answered all of our questions along the way. We were in and out in about an hour. Good price for our 08 Tahoe trade-in. They never wash my car for delivery they put a inspection sticker on itAlthough the lights are not working properlyAnd I had to bring it immediately to get oil change because there was no mortor oil and it was on the verge of Ceasing up the engine. I went back the next day to speak to the manager and the sales manager was so rude and not helpful at all. They finally offered to reimburse me for the oil change with a check lol im still waiting for a check and its now been. 60 days. Worst buying experience in NH, dont buy a car here.

Went there to look for car, Brock was so helpful but when I came the following day I met someone else who told that the car was being fixed and he was to call me back when its was ready just to realized it was a lie, they sold the car to someone else. The manager is big lier too.So disappointed.

Bad place, they will sell you junk. In just a few months time I’ve had to spend thousands fixing things. Bad brakes and break booster, leaking power steering, had to replace that whole assembly. Needed an oil change, and alignment. Had to replace whole clutch assembly and slave cylinder. Now seems The Whole transmission is going bad, very hard to get into gear and grinds going into reverse. Now I understand why they didn’t want me to drive it off the lot when I bought it, they had it towed/delivered to my house which I paid for. The guy even told me this will definitely last you 2-3 years before you have to put money into it. “YEAH RIGHT”! More like 2-3 months. Avoid this place they’re not honest and good people. Why should I have to spend more to fix a car than what I paid for it. I paid $3,500 and in 4 months time spent almost $3,000 fixing things. Very disappointed I gave them my money. Feeling regretful...

Very pleased with my purchase of a lightly used F150. Showroom is clean. Staff are friendly but laid back/no pressure kind of guys. Plenty of complimentary hygiene and protective gear available for those concerned with Covid infection. Regarding the sale, I worked with Alex; a friendly gentleman who was a pleasure to work with. This dealership is the very best. They have tons of cars and many As Is cars which is great. Their prices are so much lower on their as is cars. The state of NH doesn’t allow any dealer to test drive as is cars it’s not just this dealer that is a state wide thing. These other people leaving reviews don’t have a clue. They have so many cars for so much less then anyone else. I found an as is car I really liked and they were glad to inspect it for me. Sure there was a small fee for that but these guys were great. Trust me if you want a great deal and want to deal with real people go see these guys. Tell them John sent you.
My GF recently bought a car from this joke of a dealer, brought it home the day she got it and it had transmission over heating problems, car wasn’t any way worth what they paid for it, and took them 3 hours just too get the car “ready”, this place is a complete joke, you’d be better off buying from a toddler rather than this place, don’t waste your time like they’ll waste yours!

This place was so easy to work with! I bought my 2019 Tahoe LT from Jamie, and I couldn’t be happier! He made everything very easy for me. Marc was also extremely helpful as well as Hernando who did my paperwork in less than 10 minutes! These guys helped me get out of a car I never thought I’d be able to get out of! When I picked up my car it was spotless and they also ordered me weather mats & other accessories with no cost. I love this place, I highly highly recommend!
Staff are very nice, but the cars are not nice. Both Infiniti cars we were interested in were really rough. We were interested in a G37 they had at one point, but the engine bay showed a bad amount of rust on the shocks and other spaces. The salesman said The car lived by the water, which is not a good excuse. The other car we were interested in was an M45, but the car had a couple issues. It smelled horrible (probably a smoker), and the transmission was acting up.
I bought a beautiful 2016 Audi A5 Premium Plus Quattro from these super nice people. The entire process was a breeze. I got a great interest rate and an even better price and i just love the car. Everyone there is so nice. I was a little apprehensive about buying a new car but these guys made it so easy.
Watch out! This dealership is playing games. The posted price is only if you finance with them at extremely high rates!! If I want to purchase cash it’s an extra $2500! I have excellent credit and income but they are still giving cars at 8-9% interest rate! Stay far far away. Listings for car are not accurate pricing and when you get there everything changes.they are selling cars do people who do not know much about cars with added fees and high high interest rates! Only good if you are desperate for car, otherwise stay away!!!

My husband and I had an unreal, amazing experience with the Albrecht group today in Nashua! We have been casually shopping around for a new car since March, totally hesitant to jump into the process because our experience with dealerships has been historically painful and you often feel like you are getting fleeced. From the get go, Jamie was so personable and down to earth, not pressuring us in any way and answering all of our questions, even though it was late in the day. Marc and Hernando were also wonderful - assisting with our trade-in and answering our numerous questions about financing. Wasted an hour and a half of my life. I went to see a car that they posted online. After test driving the car and waiting to sit down and discuss numbers I was told they posted the vehicle under the wrong information and the actual price was 3,000 dollars more.

Quick & Painless Purchase of 2018 TahoeMy husband and I worked with Jamie and he was great. We called ahead about a car before driving from the seacoast area. When we got there, the vehicle was pulled up to the front and ready to test drive. He stayed past close with us to discuss pricing and a trade-in. He was matter-of-fact about the details. We made a deal the next day and the car was detailed and ready to pick up in perfect condition same-day.The one bummer was that the car only came with 1 key and no back-up. We left just expecting to have to order our own, but Jamie called 3 days later to let us know he located another set which is now in the mail coming to our house.Thankful for a painless experience!

We made an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle, as we live many miles away. Pulled up and saw the car we wanted to buy parked in front...but it wasn’t for us. It was being sold as we were arriving. I guess doing the research and calling ahead doesn’t matter any more.

This the dealership you want to go to when you need a car and need some help. All kinds of cars, trucks and SUV’s for all different prices and they can get you a loan when others can’t. Pictures on the website do not match the actual vehicle. For example, the Suburban that I was looking at in the picture had 4 factory wheels with newer tires, the actual vehicle had three bald tires and plastic hubcaps. Some (not all) of the interior pictures were of a different vehicle. There are actually two different dashboards shown in the picture if you pay particular attention. Not impressed. I drove an hour and half to waste my time and the person that I spoke with on the phone (Nick) blamed me for not doing my homework on how the dealership works. Very unprofessional. Buying a used car is not an enjoyable experience as it is, these guys dont make it any easier to feel like there are decent dealerships out there. The manager called me after I left the dealership upset and seemed like a nice guy. It doesnt help the shadiness with misrepresenting the actual vehicle through pictures though.
I bought a used 2010 lexus convertible with high milage (125k) from this dealership. Do not purchase a vehicle from them without having your trusted mechanic look it over. Since buying this car I have put significant money into it. They put an inspection sticker on it and it should not have passed inspection. The biggest issue was the exhaust had a significant hole in it and a terrible job was done trying to weld it without taking the exhaust off. The front drivers tire had a defect and every fluid in the car was black from lack of maintenance. When I test drove it the traction control light was on and I was told that was going to be fixed. After all the maintenance I have done, it now currently sits with a check engine light and traction contol on again... be very cautious purchasing a car from these people. This car was sold in terrible shape.
Probably the worst dealership I have ever visited. The customer service was so bad I walked away before they made me their best offer. I had to wait 3 hours to test drive a car and get their first offer which was much lower than any other place around. One sales person was working on a busy Saturday morning trying to sell 4 cars at the same time while bunch of other employees just standing around doing nothing. Even their manager at one point started calling them out for doing nothing. Horrible parking situation, cars not clean both inside and out, cars with mechanical failures being sold for 20k etc. Do yourself a favor avoid this place.

Went to look at a wholesale car. Loved it, asked to test drive it and they refused... Said it was policy because its as-is. Im sorry, but just because something is as is doesnt mean that I cant test it or get it checked out by my mechanic... For all I know I could have bought it, driven it off the lot, and the transmission be jacked up. What are you hiding Albrecht? How many people have you screwed over?

I recommend completely avoiding these tricksters!These people are very deceptive. They are also very incompetent. They offer lower prices than their competition, and then say that price is only if you finance through them, and their rates are ridiculously high. The already high rate they say over the phone is way lower than what the crazy high rate actually is when you get there. Our credit scores are in the mid 750s.It’s been four weeks since we foolishly bought our car from them and they haven’t processed the paper work yet for the license and registration. They’ve given my husband so many lame excuses as to why they haven’t done it yet. It’s supposed to be done immediately because the temporary plates last for only 20 days!My husband has been pulled over theee times because he has temporary plates, and these people don’t care. I’m losing sleep over this because they got the money for the car, but they won’t put the paperwork (title and so on) in my husband’s name.These people (the salesman, the finincing guy, the manager) are the classic example of dishonest “used car salesmen.”

This review is based soley on talking with one saleman from the dealership. This guy had Zero knowledge of the cars in the lot. I asked a basic question about the car and just wanted to know what repairs were done on it and they said, oh its wholesale, we just make sure the car starts and thats it. So I said on your website it says this is not a wholesale vehicle and he goes yeah yeah so your good to go this car is good with full inspection. So everything on the vehicle is good because it had a inspection??... He wasnt willing to actually anwser my questions as I am a 2 hour drive and just wanted to talk to someone and confirm things about the vehicle before I drive up there. He then said oh this is a great price normally is 14,000 and kept trying to argue that this is what the price was on the vehicle. 1. A 12 year old car with over 100k miles is not going to be 14k$. KBB had it valued on the high side at 7200$ and it was listed at 6k$ but the orginal price was 14,500$ .....I had the cash ready to go but between the reviews on here and talking to their saleman, I would stay clear. Maybe I got their worst saleman (who didnt introduce himself when anwsering the phone but assured me he has been there for 15 years)but I got some Pretty bad vibes from this place.

These people are completely dishonest! I am an overseas client, has been offered a certain price for a 2014 MB, in written, by mail 3 days ago. I have accepted, in written, the price the same day. Lost 3 full days talking with shipping companies, 20 overseas calls arranging the pickup and the export, while waiting for the Bill of sale to be prepared and signed. When nothing happened with the contract, today, after my call, I was surprised with a new, 30% higher offer and after my angry reply, that this is a blackmail, I ve been told, that the car was sold to another person.. Haha...By the way, the car still hangs at their site...I have told them, that I will do my best to warn other customers what to expect in Albrecht Autoland, but the dealer said he doesnt care for my opinion.Their slogan is Respect from Albreht... respect?! These people even disrespect their own words and themselves, what left for respect to a customer..Respect?! Just stay clear!

Albrecht auto was truly one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have ever had. I’m not just talking about purchasing a car, I’m talking about any meaningful purchase I’ve made in my life. From sales people who truly embody the quintessential “used car salesperson” by promising discounts and walking away during financing, to sales management who would promise swift action to your issues and then never call you back. Albrecht truly let me down at every turn.After leaving the dealership with the car it took more than a week for them to file the paperwork with my insurance company. (It was illegal to drive the car at that point) To build upon that, they didn’t bring the paperwork to the RMV until more than two weeks post purchase.During this delay, whenever I could get someone on the phone I was constantly reassured that it was just “clerical errors” holding up the paperwork. But at one point (more than a week after the contract was signed) their sales rep even went as far as to tell me I needed to drive back to the dealership and re-sign the entire contract.I had to escalate the issue to their vice president in order to get action; without her intervention I’m sure I would still be without a registration.If you are in the market I highly suggest you stay away from this dealership.

Bought a 2019 used truck that went from the lot into service for repairs. It was never fixed and we canceled the transaction based on the lemon law. Five weeks later we are still waiting for out refund. Total scammers.
