Good food. But stick to the order please. Mine said rice and beans. I got 2 servings of rice and no beans. I really wanted beans
New to the neighborhood. Takeout order on Sunday. Place was half full with no one wearing any masks, including employees. Ordered one chicken and one steak taco. The tacos came with just meat, tortillas and lemon. (no veggies, no sour cream, no guac....nothing). The steak meat was over cooked. We also ordered the Grilled chicken with rice and beans. The chicken had a glaze, no spices and not marinated. Chicken tested like cooked in microwave.
We stopped in to this local place for a bite not knowing anything. We had the chicken and steak tacos on their handmade tortillas. Absolutely amazing and authentic. The rice that came with was sooo good as well. We recommend it to anyone looking for that authentic Mexican flavor! Friendly staff as well!
Excellent food good service! Very fair price on the food!
Best there is. This is the most authentic Mexican food your going to find. This is a must go.
Google maps says this is a music store. But the lady on the phone said it is a convenience store, and not a music store at all. My rating is meaningless, as I have never been there, but I needed to provide a rating to enter this information.Note: I just now edited the google map listing directly, and now it says it is indeed a convenience store, which is going to be very convenient for some poor tuba player who wanders in there, looking for a replacement tuba reed, or however the heck that works. .
This place is amazing and the people are super kind the food is Soo good I got a sandwich I think it didnt look like one but it was good food. It is a place to go
Ordered enchiladas rancheras with a side of guac and a large horchata. The enchiladas were great! That guac tho👌 so full of flavor! And that horchata was so fresh! Almost like they took it straight from my mommas house back home in San Diego 🤔 Ill be coming back for those tacos in their tortillas hechas a mano 🤤 overall, great food and service.
This place is the closet to real Mexican food in the area (however, it still doesnt compare to Chicago, NY, Vegas etc...) . Skip the other Mexican places around New England that serve chemically tasting, powdered Horchata and try the real deal here. So many places cheapen out on the Horchata. This is the sort of detail that is important when choosing Mexican. You might think you know what this drink is supposed to taste likebut if youve only had it at the Mexican places most people frequent, then you have no idea how much different and better the real deal is. They also have watermelon water. If youve never had watermelon water on a hot summer day you havent lived! Ask for the hand made tortillas with your tacos or plate orders. The Machaca is a perfect breakfast for a rough morning after a rough night. They also serve Menudo on the weekends. Also, the 1 star review below is not for their food. I have never had an issue the phone not being answered or it being closed at odd times. This place is no where near deserving of that persons rating. Edit : had my first bad meal there last Sunday. The older woman who is usually cooking wasnt there. It was two younger women. The rice was horrible, the torta lacked flavor, the Machaca was not nearly as good. However, the horchata was excellent as always. Look for the older lady cooking.
Live in the neighborhood...either no answer or sorry grill closed (8:30)....wont call again...taco elcolima right down the street.
I love it is very delicate excellent service and exquisite taste
The best place and they serve you with a lot of respect
Excuse me. What time do they close today?
