Freaking costumer service through phone is horrible. I’m never directed to talk straight to a person at the pharmacy, always the little robot voice and I end up never getting the answers I need. I should be directed to talk to a person at the pharmacy as soon as I say “talk to pharmacy”.Get better.
The single most worst customer service experience Ive had in years. Left a prescription there for a hour or so pickup. No hurry, no worries...but the place seems a bit hectic and frankly a bit of a shitshow. That was just the feeling I got from the drivethrough.My intuition was not only right, as most of most of my profile information was entered in incorrectly...but it was maybe putting it lightly--- This place is a barely functioning mess.My prescription status push notification came back as delayed and to read for further instruction...which was to do nothing as it was an insurance inquiry issue. Okay...makes no sense, but Im patient. To a point anyways.Weekend came and went and no notifications and phone to the pharmacy just rings and rings. Give up. Swing by, as Im in the area. Takes my insurance info yet again...says one hour. I stop in 3 hours later to a bunch of excuses and finally, after 5 days, I came to my senses, had my doctor call it in to CVS more local to me and called WGs to cancel. I didnt even know you could cancel a prescription,, thats how uncooperative, unhelpful abd frankly dishonest this whole thing was. My prescription is ready to pick up today, the same afternoon noon I tossed in the towel and my doctor resubmitted.Never again.
I went to get the ID NOW Covid test at this location because 1) I was coughing and had a sore throat and 2) me and my family need to get tested here on Wednesday for our trip to Hawaii (assuming I was negative today). I got tested and the person at the window was wonderful and I received my result back in 30 minutes! Now I know I am negative quickly so don’t have to worry about making my young child who is too young to get the vaccine sick and I know I can continue to get ready for our trip. I will be back with my family on Wednesday for us all to take the test and hope the turn around time then is quick and without any mistakes as well.
This Walgreens is charging customers full price for their prescriptions saying that their insurance doesnt cover it. Then they are sending the insurance the bill and collecting from them too. I cant wait until this pharmacist gets caught and thrown in jail for insurance fraud and then Walgreens gets a huge class action lawsuit!
Horrible service! The attitude of the little twits working there….definitely need an attitude adjustment! How about speaking to the customer with a little respect!! 45 minutes to fill a prescription with one other person in front of me! Seriously it takes that long to put 30 pills in a bottle!! Not to mention, don’t tell me to come back in 15 minutes and then when I do return 25 minutes later they tell me to come back in 15 minutes because the prescription still hasn’t been filled!! The service is just as bad as CVS!! Time to find a new pharmacy!
I’ve been experiencing this Walgreens and other Walgreens in the area, going downhill massively lately. I was abused by their pharmacist because their system is glitchy and every time I go to get my sons bedwetting medication they have a new reason as to why I can’t get it. I’d spoken to my insurance and they assured me everything was fine, I had to run through hoops for the past three days to get this medication and every time Walgreens tried to put a stop to it for some reason. Well today I was abused by one of their pharmacists because I got upset as I haven’t been able to get his prescription. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for the past five years plus and I am apalled at the way I was treated. I filed a complaint via corporate and will no longer frequent this company.

Been coming here for year..Pharmacy wait, whether on the phone, drive-through, or in the store, has gotten steadily worse. Time to move on or at least compete my business with their competitors
They are really good with having my pills ready the same day or day after (depending how late it is). Also the pharmacists are really friendly and helpful. We usually get our flu vaccine there as well and I love that they have a little room now for it.
They can often times take a long time to fill a prescription. Also if there is a problem with your script they wont let you know until you are actually there trying to get it. The pharmacist Carrie is extremely helpful, though her staffs competence varies greatly.

I dont usually shop at this Walgreens but I picked up my prescription here today and was very happy. The pharmacist was prompt and courteous. She even gave me a coupon for my meds without my asking- she saved me over $50! I didnt catch her name but she had striking sparkly red nails. Thank you manicured angel!

The worst customer service. They would not let me use discount card for prescription. Pharmacy people are rude and not helpful they dont like you asking any questions.
The people at the pharmacy counter made me wait to pick up a prescription. They allowed a lady to use the pharmacy phone to argue with her doctor . Meanwhile bum waiting to pick up my prescription Terrible job and the lady got nowhere with her doctors office. Nothing accomplished. What if someone was trying to reach the pharmacist?Just very poor judgment. I am sorry that I used this pharmacy to fill my prescriptions.
An excellent quick grab n go for milk wine soda, crackers, chocolates,ice cream, frozen pizza, also health/beauty aides hand/ knee braces humidifiers hair care, cleaning, household pet and prescription and over the counter supplies, cards, gift items, pharmacist knowledgeable as to medication interactions to staggered or not taken? your pharmacist and your doctor work together so You are always on the: Corner of Happy and Healthy!
Always get good service but today my pharmacist Joann went out of her way to find me a coupon (without me even asking) for my prescription when I mentioned I no longer had insurance. She saved me close to $200!
Absolute worst store Ive ever been to in my life never knew such laziness existed. Hate having to go here, and watch out for stale cigarettes. Youre welcome.👎
This has been my drug store and pharmacy for years! I always have a great experience. Customer service is great, and I always find whatever I need. I just love this place!
This Walgreens location has been my go-to place for over-the-counter medicine and supplies for years. They are large enough to have an excellent selection, and you can check their likely stock levels on their website.
The drive by window is always broken.. getting in touch with them on the phone is a joke. They are constantly doing partial prescription fills because they dont have all the product that they need to have.. not sure why I keep doing business with them..
We had very prompt and friendly pharmacy service in a pinch. It was much appreciated. The late hours work very well.
The pharmacist John got rude and condescending when I asked a legitimate question about wether something was law or store policy. He then hung up on me. I was polite the entire time.A tiny bit of empathy for people on certain medications would go a long way. Im never coming back.
Rarely busy, and I like their Balance rewards. There is a drive-through pharmacy here.

Wont ever go here again. i had to argue with them to give me a last minute photo i needed printed for my sisters funeral. the clerk was very rude and told me i needed a waiver because it was an old and now defunct school company photo. i had to go back and talk to the manager which gave me the waiver. what a mess on a sad day.
