We are very happy with the quartz counter top we chose. we are also very happy with the way Paul and his crew went about installing it, very professional. The sink we chose turned out to be larger than we expected, a good thing.The only negative is the quarter inch space between the top of the counter and the bottom of the back splash. We havent decided what to do about that.

A couple of years ago we replaced our laminate countertops with a counter made of wood with a painted / liquid epoxy surface. It looked like quartz... for little while. Surface scratches, as well as discoloration made us regret our purchase. we were referred to Ripano by Granite State Cabinetry who had installed our cabinets 20 years ago. On 1/16/21 we met with Keith who took his time explaining the options we had and showed us the HUGE selection of quartz and granite tops that they had in stock. We decided on Quartz Calcatta polished. On 1/28/21 Tom came to measure and today Paul and his crew installed our counters. This was the easiest most enjoyable experience we have ever had with a contractor.

Sold us a stone that is a horrible choice for a kitchen counter not durable at all and sold us a leathered finish to apparently hide stains and look rough didnt look like the showroom sample at all. Also scratched my brand new kitchen cabinets on install and installed a crooked kitchen island stone and crooked sink. They left marble shavings all over my lawn and didnt cut out our outlets properly they were cut too short the outlet doesnt fit in they didnt bother to check. Also sold us a stain protection for 300 bucks that I can buy online for 60.. thanks a lot I strongly recommend you find another place

Ripano is stellar from start to finish. The entire team has the attention to detail and committment to create an ideal end product. Im going to start off with this - I dont usually do reviews. But! This company is fantastic in every phase of operation. so much so, that I felt compelled to say something. For all of you out there looking through review after review on where to get your granite... Do yourself a favor, stop looking you have found the one you have been looking for!

I tried to get a quote. Asked about remnants. I was told anything not marked was free game. When I picked mine they told me they were sold. Next they said they could find me replacements. Their price for the replacements was $72 a square foot. When I asked why so much for remnants, they responded by saying I wanted a 4 backsplash. Mind you my counter was 12 feet long. I went to Concord for a 3rd of the price and a much better customer service.

I have been a Ripano client for a number of years. Each of my experiences has exceeded all expectations. Located in the heart of Nashua, their business is clean, orderly, and has a very professional staff from their sales, to production, installers, and office associates. My last project was a custom outdoor table. Through close collaboration with their team, they assisted in the stone choice (helpful as there is a literal warehouse with stone to choose from), sizing and design. I was also provided a brief tour of their manufacturing. The modern machines are quite impressive. Prior to receiving the finished product, I was provided the templates and even a preview. The installers were courteous and professional. As a result of my past experiences, I have referred a number of others to Ripano for their stone fabrication needs and all have chosen to do business with them. I have found the service far exceeds the middle-man, impersonal, quantity over quality approach I have received through big businesses like Home Depot.

My experience with Ripanos was nothing short of excellent from beginning to end. Not only was their stone quality amazing, but the process was quick and easy. The install team were the absolute best. What a terrific job! Ripano gave a great quote, the process was smooth and expertly done. The kitchen was templated within 2 weeks of the granite selection, and installation was scheduled the next day. The installers were fantastic, paying attention to all the little details and worked well with my other subcontractors.. I was looking for a complete kitchen remodeling and saw they had a showroom. Meh, very overpriced, low quality. Their granite is probably good though.I selected a high end kitchen designer from Lexington instead and the results are outstanding. It’s too bad I had high hopes based on their reviews.

Ripano installed our quartz countertops with a waterfall edge. They look great and the team came back to help us with a seam we were not happy with and everything is now PERFECT!

Putting in kitchen counters was a big decision for us and we could not have had a more smooth process. Kelly Contino was our first point of contact and her thorough knowledge, patience and guidance made choosing our stone less difficult. Then there was the templating process. Sorry but I dont recall his name but the gentleman that came and did that was wonderful! Next stop Shawn Bourgeault (intstall process). I had a few questions before our install and he answered the phone each and every time, not one voicemail! Install Day, how exciting yet a bit nerve wracking. How will they get the existing counters off? Will we run into any hiccups? In comes Paul! I had a wood island top that I wanted to preserve and repurpose. We tried to remove it ourselves but were unable to. Paul was determined to get it off and be able to keep it intact and that is exactly what he did! Then, behind the scenes is Patty Wieczerzak, Office Manager. We exchanged a few emails and she requested some before and after pictures so she could see the transformation. What a very involved team! If you are looking to upgrade to stone counters etc, Ripano is the place to go! Nice job team, we are so pleased with our results!

We used Ripano about 10 years and decided to use them again for our bathroom vanity granite and kitchen counters. Ripano has very professional employees from the start of selecting the granite to the scheduling and installation of both countertops. I am impressed with their immediate communications and follow-up correspondence by emails. Would recommend them highly and will use them again in the future.

My wife and I are in the middle of a major bathroom refurbishing. We needed two items, a large vanity top cut for two sinks, and a rectangular piece for a makeup table. Matt showed us remnants in both quartz and granite, five of which were the coloration we needed. He also showed us some full sized pieces which were beautiful but we elected not to spend the extra money since we were not insisting on exotic veining or color.Matt explained all the options for edging, construction and installation and then gave us a quote which was right in the middle of our budgets sweet spot. Were going back tomorrow to match up the floor tile accent pieces with one of our selections and then well leave a deposit. We found Ripano to be easy to work with and reasonably priced (no, its not cheap, but its not Formica).(While there we met a fellow who was picking up his countertop. It was one of the prettiest streaked coppery looking pieces of stone Ive ever seen. Theyve got some beautiful stuff!)

I absolutely love my new counter top! The gentlemen from Ripanos were all very professional from speaking with Matt, the owner, all the way down to the installers.There was a small issue around where the faucets went in and after speaking with the installers,they were here the next day to repair the problem. I had checked several other Stonework companys and everyone elses prices were much higher. Being a teacher for over 33 years... I give Ripanos Stoneworks an A+ in ALL areas!

We were lucky enough to have done business with Ripanos on a smaller scale for two bathroom counters to know that we wanted to have them manage the countertops on our large kitchen remodel. I cannot stress the importance of choosing the proper granite company for a large kitchen project. Matt at Ripanos is a consummate professional who is completely understanding of the stresses that homeowners go through during a kitchen remodel. Matt took great care to ensure that the marbling and colors within our beautiful granite would look perfect in our kitchen using high-tech HD photos of our actual granite slabs with the templates of our counters laid over it. The whole process of laying out the kitchen was done with incredible care and detail before any of the granite was even cut.The most impressive part of the entire process was when it came for the delivery and installation of our granite. Ripanos had an entire team of guys to carry and install our island which was essentially the size of an entire slab, weighing over 600lbs. These guys did an incredible job with the install. Please understand that there is SO MUCH MORE to the process than you would ever imagine. These guys are the best, and the highest rated for a reason. Their service is amazing, and it is only topped by their incredible selection!
