I am usually very happy with the experience you get buying Apple products in their stores, but something is definitely wrong with this one. It is not the first time I have a problem there, and I will never come back. At least some of the personnel need more training because they dont know their own procedures and they make mistakes and waste your time, and the managers are rude and just dont care about complains. They are not representing well what an Apple Store should be which is all about customer experience. Everyone makes mistakes, that is ok, but some people there are just rude. The good thing though is there are plenty of good Apple Stores nearby, so the solution is easy.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff which is very imp for electronic goods.I went here to buy McBook ProOne guy he explained me very nicely all the difference bet all modelsI am student and I was looking for some apps which I can use to connect the class but unfortunately we didn’t find it but later on from tech support dept of my univ. told me you can have this there’s a way to download the apps.But yes that guy was awesome he explained and tried to download in fact he showed the way we student can download free office 365Nice location friendly and knowledgeable staffMake sure to book appointment before you drive

Absolutely the worst customer service anywhere in NH. I never seen an apple store that doesn’t care about their customer. My order came out not the same as I replaced and the employee could not help me out to replace a trackpad with a mouse. On the other hand, he asked me to show him my school schedule to prove im a student?!!! Since when apple look into people schedule?!!! Does apple even trust their customers?!!!! Wow

Horrible experience picking up my phone. The guy insisted on unboxing and activating the device in store claiming that “it’s a new store policy” while it’s complete B.S.I had to ask for a supervisor to let me go home without opening the box at the sore. Oh and btw, they didn’t even have bags which is ridiculous for a store like Apple Store.

The staff dont seem so bad in terms of friendliness, but the waits are long, even when you make an appointment to go. They also dont seem very responsible, which they should be since theyre dealing with other peoples property. When my iphone 7 broke earlier this year, they took it to repair it, but lost the SD card, which luckily didnt cause a ton of problems. In my opinion, that showed how careless they are there, so Im probably not gonna have my phone fixed there again.

Verbatim from Hannah “please tell me you’re buying Apple care for $1000” excuse me what.Also, instead of just assuming which option we are choosing to pay, why don’t you ASK US which way we would like to pay. Absolutely horrible service. She even cleared out our phone, then couldn’t complete check out so we left without a new phone and a cleared out current phone. Like wow.

Do not waste your time at this store. The employees lie about everything to get you to spend money. I upgraded 2 phones and I was charged for 3 activation fees. They recommended upgrading my plan to save some money and my bill went up $100. They did not tell me that upgrading my plan in the middle of the cycle would result in a $60 fee. They said I would get double the trade in ($440 instead of $220) and that was a lie. I actually only received $205 for a trade. It’s in black and white on my receipt. When I went to the store to get the trade in value corrected they told me they did it right and my cell phone provider doesn’t know what they are talking about. They are liars and sneaks. If I could give zero stars I would.

This store has a serious problem prioritizing resellers above walk-in traffic. Every associate in the store was carrying stacks of iPhones to people with rolling suitcases. Each $10k purchase was then tediously paid for with a giant stack of gift cards... Its insanely frustrating seeing five more kids with rolling suitcases in line in front of you, knowing each purchase is going to the same business, and will take forever.After an hour of waiting, I asked my associate why they dont create a separate stream to deal with the resellers and allow mall shoppers to cycle through quickly. His response, We cant treat them differently. If it was your business, and you had to prioritize resellers buying $50k worth of iPhones, or mall shoppers buying one watch, who would you pick? Next time set up a personal shopping appointment!To answer his question, Of course I would prioritize retail shoppers, its a Mall store after all. That long line of people with suitcases probably represents a single business. One who should not be consuming all of the floor associates in the store for hours at a time. Do better, Apple!

And for the store At Pheasant Ln., Mall in Nashua, New Hampshire to totally disrespect and stick it to a disabled Marine corp’s veteran on memorial day weekend they are just the worst of the worst. Hopefully there are other Apple stores who treat people better.. Went to the Chinese food place in the food court, pretty good deal, $7~ for a plate of fried rice with orange chicken. Good quality too! I also got the general tsaos chicken, but Im guessing since its not as popular, it was a little more dried out.

This place is always great. They have their Covid procedures down and it was a breeze to get in the store. I was taken right to the associate who processed my online order pickup quickly. Even though I was trading in an older computer the process still took hardly any time. I was in and out in under 20 minutes which is a good thing because I always find something I wasn’t there for that I like 😂

I came for a walk in appointment to purchase a MacBook Air and couldn’t have been more shocked and disappointed in the staff at a company that emphasizes and aims to exemplify inclusion. Long wait times for walk in appointments are understandable especially with social distancing and COVID-19 protocols - but when you see numerous individuals not of color, without appointments/ reservations, being prioritized and allowed to “cut” the line is discouraging in a company that claims to value inclusion. After having waited almost 2 hours in a reasonably quiet store, to only overhear staff members suggest to each other to help the customers in the walk in line was again disheartening. After scrolling the reviews at this particular store, it is clear and apparent that there is a pattern at this store to neglect customers of color and this is truly the most painful thing to see given the day and age we live in. Needless to say if I really didn’t a new laptop for work, I ABSOLUTELY would have taken my business elsewhere.

I went to buy an iPad and they gave an an appointment after an hour.We waited for a hour and when our turn came in then they told us that they don’t have any iPad available and refused to order us for me for pickup.Then I went to best-buy and got it from them. This store need to hire better and polite security guards. The guards managing the queue are awfully rude. They have no sense of how to approach or talk to customers. I arrived 20 min before my pickup window and asked if I could join the queue which I was allowed to do at a different apple store just on the previous day, and he started explaining me how “yesterday is different day than today” and “yesterday was a different person in charge and that he’s not the same person”. Apple, and particularly this store, can do better at hiring their security guards.

I have never experienced such low level of customer service than what I did at this store. The manager was absolutely incompetent, very condescending and full of excuses.I went to service my 4 week old Iphone12 due to a defective speaker. The service technician who diagnosed the phone was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the repair process. However, they needed to order a part for the repair and I had to return back at the store once the part was received. No big deal, there wasn’t a need for appointment and the repair would take around 30 minutes.I returned to the store as instructed once the part arrived. To my surprise the technician told me they could not repair it on that day as they closed in about 1 hour and that I have to come back the next day. This is when I expressed my disappointment and the inconvenience they were causing. At this point the technician called for the manager.The so called manager gave me plenty of excuses how the inconvenience is due to covid 19 and that he would speak to his employee who told us a screen replacement takes about 30 minutes. He also seemed totally out of touch with the operation of his store and unable to make any accommodations in order to keep their promise.My issue with this situation is that he refused to make adjustments to their schedule, their lack of communication amongst each other, the lies the manager provided and his ability to throw his employee under the bus, his excuses about covid 19 because after 1 year they still have not learned how to adapt.I always thought that Apple was very selective of their managers, but it seems that incompetence is their main strength.Terrible experience and it is all due to the incompetence of a bad apple.

The MacBook they sold to me was bad with continual fixing until the warranty expired unknown to me. In the process those fools changed my operating system withour telling me and deleted all my documents. Shelves in many of the stores are bare. Difficult to find basic sizes. But staff is helpful, polite and the areas are clean. Waiting period some of the stores, depending on the size of the store. You may have to wait to go inside. Expect a longer shopping experience.

The “security” guards need to be talked to about improving the way they speak to customers. I was trying to explain to the man that I needed to speak to an actual human about an issue because I tried multiple times on the phone and got through to no one. He would not even let me get one word out. I was trying to explain to him that I do not mind waiting in line, falling all of the covid-19 procedures to speak to a customer service rep. Not pleased at all with my experience. When I tried to speak to him he would walk a way from me with his back facing me. Clearly he did not care what I had to say. By the way his name is Frank.

They at least did the job well of putting a new motherboard in my dead laptop but I had to really continuously check to get an appointment within 4 days. Even with an appointment the security guards took offense that I passed the first one up and had to say that you passed me up when I actually was just taking my rightful place in line.I wish theres other places to repair a laptop, but I will go elsewhere for my other Apple needs.

Terrible experience with my Ipod 7th generation. I bought an ipod 4 months ago and the screen cracked underneath my screen protector. When I called the first available appointment was 2 days later. In the two days the screen cracked more. Then when I finally went to the store they cared more about getting money from me then helping. A 4 month ipod was not covered under the manufacturer warranty based on the angle of the crack. What bs is that! I never dropped my ipod once and they are pointing out impact areas because they think once the screen cracks and its structural integrity isnt compromised. Then they threw well i should have had apple care. Apparently their warranty service covers every angle degree. To spend $300 on a new ipod and in 4 months they ask me to give them another $130 to fix their poorly made device. I will never own another Apple product after this. What a waste of my time and just two rude employees. Better off going to another 3rd party store to fix it, it may void the warranty but from what I experienced whats the difference they wont take care of it anyway.

The store manager, Ryan, gave us the worst customer experience ever from Apple. We went in to pick up our phone but somehow our name did not show up on the authorized list. We called Apple customer support and verified our names are indeed on the list but not on Ryan’s system. We understand that sometimes things don’t sync but instead of trying to help us, he gave us the worst attitude and unwilling to help at all. This is the last thing I’d expect from another human being and isn’t right. Can they at least try to call their own support and verify us? Can they offer alternative options? No, Ryan only knows to say “I can’t help you”.

I made an appointment to have my screen replaced on my iPhone XR. Being courteous I arrived 5 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. Checked in at the front of the store, then waited for an additional 10 minutes, till an associate helped me. I sat down with the associate for 1 minute, to only be told they would not be able to replace my screen today, and that if I wanted it fixed, I would need to leave it overnight and pick it up at 11:00AM the next day.I know it is not to time consuming to replace a screen, I have replaced them myself on my previous iPhone’s in about 30 Minutes. I assume that maybe their technician may have been running behind. But it would have been nice if someone had either called, text, or emailed that this was going to be the case, so I wouldn’t have wasted my time.(Online it said same day screen repair)

Typical apple store. I made an appointment to shop with a specialist. I ended up having to wait about 10 extra minutes but once I got in the apple team was friendly in helping me navigate what I want and picking the correct configuration. I was a little disappointed they were low on stock and I couldnt get the watch that day but otherwise a pleasant visit.

We have been living with the pandemic since March. Plenty of time for retail establishments to get their $#!+ together. The process this store put us thru is a joke. I’ve been a loyal Apple user since the Apple IIe. We made an appointment on line in advance. Arrived 15 minutes prior to our appointment. Saw the line out front. Walk to front door and asked what we need to do.1st guy said to go and tell the security woman we have an appointment. Security woman told us to walk over and tell 1st guy we have an appointment. We then were told to speak to another person. Then told to get in line. Then called store to find out what we need to do since no one up front could tell us out front. Johnny came out told us to stand in a specific line and apologized for the inconvenience.So we waited. Then watch people with appointments after us immediately be taken. The communications out front was ridiculous. No one know what should be done.Totally disappointed in my experience at this store.

My iPad wasn’t charging so, I set an appointment at the Genius Bar to, hopefully, figure out what the issue was; the person I spoke too was very uneducated on the products and basically, said “cant help you, buy a new one.” I Walked out the door and found a repair kiosk in the mall, guess what I’m typing this review on? MY UNFIXABLE IPAD ACCORDING THE THEIR “SPECIALIST” AT THE GENIUS BAR. I am very unsatisfied with the service. I have all apple products and to be told JUST BUY A NEW ONE, after only havIng this IPad a YEAR was very insulting and displeasing. I will never go to this apple store again. I was offered no solution, no insight and especially, no support. “just buy another one.”

Unfortunately, every time Ive visited this store the Apple support team has never been very helpful or knowledgeable in addressing my issues. Replacing a cracked screen, or exchanging an item for a different color has been very difficult and the employees have been exceptionally rude, and often misinform or mislead customers (at least the ones Ive had to deal with).

I went into the store to pick up a replacement phone for my wife’ phone (device was charging slow and Face ID non-responsive - store I had my original appointment at did not have the phone in-stock). The Genius Admin gave me the replacement phone and told me to call Sprint or go to a Sprint store to activate the phone. Went to two different Sprint locations, both had no SIM cards so I went back to Apple. The specialist gave me a new SIM card (did not offer to activate the device) and suggested that I go to Sprint again. I called Sprint and updated the device and SIM card number on their end but the device did not activate. Sprint transferred me to Apple Support who then suggested that I go into the store to have them resolve the issue. I went back in and spoke with either a specialist or manager and they grabbed another associate to help. After 3-5 minutes we got the device activated. The point to this review is that I was sent on a chase to get a device activated that it should have been activated at the store. The issue could have been resolved 15-20 minutes instead of the 2 1/2 hrs it took to get the phone activated. This is below the expectation of the customer service that should have been presented by Apple. Based on how the pickup went at this location it makes other companies stores like Best Buy or Sprint look like they have customer service that is superior to what Apple can deliver and what I know can be delivered. Exceed expectations, don’t under deliver on them!

We decided to take an hour and half drive to this store to purchase a MacBook. When we got to the store we checked in, informed them we were looking to purchase a laptop, we were screened and waited to be helped. When we finally got inside we were told there were no more MacBooks left for sale. I asked if there was a way to honor my corporate discount and I was told there was nothing they could do and that I could order online but the discount wouldn’t be available. So I expressed to the sales rep how Frustrating it is to have driven that long to a store and he stated their inventory is low to discourage people from coming into the store. I completely understand this but this isn’t communicated anywhere on their website. Again, I asked if there was anything that could be done as far as discounts go as it was a long drive and it’s disappointing to go home with nothing. The sales rep looked me dead in the eye and said I didn’t tell you to drive all the way here. Completely uncalled for and rude. I’ve shopped many different Apple stores in Massachusetts and have always had outstanding customer service, this was the worst customer service experience.

A huge shout-out to customer service rep. Dan. We came in last night with our 17 year old daughter who was buying a new iPhone. She didnt want all the bells and whistles and knew she wanted the iPhone SE. He listened carefully to her and her needs and brought out exactly what she wanted. Because she did not back up her old phone prior, Dan showed her the information that she needed from the Apple website so that she could successfully transfer all her information from her old phone to her new phone from home. He also assisted her with her transfer regarding the AT&T network. (When she got home, she followed his directions and had her phone successfully up and running in no time). Dan took extra time to ask her about her interests and hobbies. When she mentioned photography, he told her all about the iPhone photography classes that the Apple store provides. When she mentioned that she works for Market Basket, he even looked up online to see if there were any discount coupons for MB employees. He spent about 45 minutes with her making sure she understood exactly what she needed to do when she got home and that she was pleased with her purchase. He was extremely professional, engaging, courteous, respectful and just an all around nice guy. Thank you Dan for making our daughters first time Apple buying experience an extremely pleasant one!!!

So I NEVER do reviews, but I feel like the team deserved to be recognized. I went in when my new watch I bought at AT&T stopped vibrating. The staff got me seen almost immediately which was awesome. I worked directly with Oscar who was polite, patient, personable, and knowledgeable. What more could you ask for. I ended up having to send it out for repairs, and in the end had to get a replacement. I had issues getting the cellular to work, and since AT&T was no help I turned to the team at Apple. Needless to say, after some trial and error at a different Apple store, and then returning to the pheasant lane mall, my new watch is all set up. Managers were even accommodating! I wish there was a way to give extra stars because this team deserves it! I hope I never need to get any of my Apple products fixed again, but if I do, I will ONLY go to the pheasant lane mall store. While the staff is rather helpful, trying to get something fixed is a nightmare. Even during slower days. Ive made multiple appointments to get my Macbook fixed over the years and each time theyre never ready for the appointment. 30 minute wait? Theyre not ready for another hour and a half. 1 hour wait? Nearly two and a half hours. Schedule one online? Nope they arent going to be available until who knows when.I get the place is busy, but the lack of communication between them and customers is rather poor. If you arent going to be able to make the window, at least send a message so Im not wasting my time.

I needed assistance not somebody telling me what’s on the policy! Being an iPhone fans since IPhone 4 and it ended now! Thanks to your “helpful” service! Went in there today? I told them I needed a new phone and picked one out within two minutes. I was then told someone would be with me in 10 minutes. Thirty minutes later I asked someone, who said they were a manager, where I was in the Que. I was not in the Que. another 10 to fifteen minutes go by and finally someone comes over to start the process. At this point I was out of time and had to leave. I was in there over 45 minutes. If they had told me up front I would have come back another time. While I was there people were in in out that came in well after me.

Arrived just after noon on Friday of the busy July 4th holiday weekend. Apple staff and security were polite and performed the Covid-19 screening efficiently. I was directed to a salesman in less than 10 despite not having an appointment. Antonio was terrific, providing a wealth of information and consulting his colleagues for answers to those questions he couldnt answer himself. He also coached me on intial setup of my IPad 7, and the procedure for transferring the contents of my old IPad to the new one. I have visited this Apple Store numerous times and always had a pleasant shopping experience. Weekends can get pretty crowded. I always try to visit this store on weekdays to avoid the crowd.

Ordered two Xs’s and some Apple accessories the next day of their release date. Order was placed on the phone, I was sent an email with a pick up time. When I went to the store, Apple Corporate had a glitch in the system and my order was not ready for pick up. I drove about 2 hours to pick up my order. Kudos to Jason and James for understanding the situation, going above and beyond to correct it and processed my order as a special sale. 5 stars for their customer service and understanding.

My friends Mac Books screen had stopped working and several other places that looked at it, including Geek Squad, Apple Tech Support and the UNH Computer Store, told us that it would cost us just to look at it and assured us it would be hundreds of dollars to fix.Enter the Genius Bar, the Apple Stores in-store technical support. They looked at the Mac Book and didnt charge us for it! Amazing. Granted there was a little bit of a wait, but the savings made it well worth it.On top of that the Genius who helped us was able to determine it was a $10 cable that needed replacing and he was gracious enough to not even charge us for it.I am extraordinarily happy with the service offered by this store and they have shown a strong commitment to developing a long term relationship with us as customers.

This store has been on a long, drawn out plummet into terrible customer service. This is particularly true for business customers. A typical phone call to a business specialist now requires that I set 1-2 hours of my day aside to repeatedly attempt to call the line.After the Pheasant lane store refuses to answer the phone, you will be transferred to some national call center which will promptly apologize and send you to another black hole. Eventually you will either end up with someones voicemail (who will not call you back, despite whatever the message says) or the system will just kill the phone call.Whats most interesting about this store is that if you walk into it in person, there are about 4 million employees there who are apparently incapable of answering a phone despite the fact that there are no less than 50,000 phones surrounding them.They are very good however at directing you to other apple employees who will direct you to other apple employees forming I suppose their own little version of One Infinite Loop.If you are so lucky to get through after hours on the phone you will be greeted by someone with a smug demeanor who is clearly honoring you with their vocal chords. After failing to answer any question except you can come in and speak with a genius (which I doubt), you will be left holding the simple question you had to ask in your hand and wondering why you didnt just go to Best buy and deal with a teenager who is slightly bummed out that he cant flirt with the girls and has to answer your question.In short... dont bother with this store. Youll never wish for an automated attendant more in your life and blind luck is better suited to assist you in any business transaction than speaking with this status-monkeys.Signed,A CEO who is tired of being treated poorly despite spending 10s of thousands of dollars each quarter with Apple.

This place needs some management change and the support guys need to slow down! I have been going to this store for past couple of years for buying/support/repairs but recent trip just made me loose all my patience. Support guys are not up front with whats going on with the phone, incomplete explanation, they threaten to cancel your repairs if you ask them any further questions or change your mind! Be aware if you are going for any repairs and look out for what they offer and they expect you to be aware of all the Terms and Conditions.

Had a great experience with Nashua Apple. Computer crashed, which is unusual for a Mac that only gets used for email and other minor things. Made an appointment online, super easy. Got greeted and checked-in right away. Was seen with in 5 minutes of check-in. After about 10 minutes Michael (?) had diagnosed the issue, clearly explained the issues, said they had the part in stock and had my computer back in no time. Really happy with the level of service, would definitely recommend.

(review date 6-28-2019)6-2016 bought iPhone 6S.Year plus later I dropped in laundry - manager was sympathetic - spent Hours there but they helped me.Now 3 years after purchase damned phone drops calls Most of time.Spent Hour & Half and they CAN’T diagnose!! 😡Then they Blame my carrier - and try to Upsell WITHOUT any guarantee of solving ANYTHING!!My phone is how I work and I’ve had Many clients pull my business cause they Can’t stand all the DROPPED CALLS!! So so so unhappy. I just got brand new iPhone 11 and I was so unbelievably surprised that literally nothing works on phone. For starters won’t load photos to iCloud, can’t use air drop, phone freezes, erases text messages, can see any attachments in texts, none of apps will work correctly, super super slow, doesn’t respond at all sometimes when trying to open things. Couldn’t even get my gps app to work. Had to use my friends phone cuz mine wouldn’t work. Only bought this phone a week ago. I am so upset I trusted Apple to make a great phone but this is seems super low quality and something that would never last. I would like a full refund. Please be advised never buy iPhone 11 ever.
