Ian is THE man, very outgoing, knowledgable, and personable! Came in with my mom for one upgrade, left with a new phone each! To he honest, the whole process was confusing for all three of us, but he worked through it all with a positive attitude. 10/10 would recommend this store over some of the other ones in the area. Will definitely be going back for an upgrade next time around!

Incredible customer service. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and work hard to educate their customers rather than just push product on them and out the door. There are TMobile stores closer to my home, but coming here is worth the extra time on the road.

Ian provided professional service and even when the promotion failed us was able to find a solution that was almost as good. He was by himself in the store and handled everyone with poise. Impressive kid. Your fortunate to have him as an employee. Promotable. Keeper.

I am a long time customer and finally decided to upgrade from a iPhone 5 to a newer phone I was curios what the deals were I went in the store I was not greeted and didn’t even think he cared that I was there I asked if there were any deals and that I am a loyal long time customer he said there are no deals unless you are a new customer that is so wrong and I even thought I would be better off going to another provider to get a deal I ended up going to the store in pheasant lane mall and it was such a better experience they wanted to help me and made it a great experience I do not usually do reviews unless it is a really good or really bad Experience

The service is great. The staff is helpful and is not pushy. You want something and they have it in stock you are good to go. No one ever tries to persuade me to make a different purchase and thats a big deal for me. Paying my bill is always easy here. There is not usually a wait which is also good. Most times if I go to the mall location, there are long waits for service but not here. I love the tmobile deals as well. Staff never hassles me if Im just coming in for a Tuesday gift. Im in and out. Love it.

My wife and I showed up at 7:30, an hour before close, to upgrade our phones. Alex helped us with everything from start to finish and was insanely knowledgeable. It became very busy very quickly and I was impressed with how well he handled the customers. My wife and I walked out of there at 9...30 minutes after close...and he was still helping customers. He may still be there holding back the flood gates. The dude deserves a promotion

I’m a Verizon customer and I came to T-Mobile (which is really awesome) but I spoke to your representative sonny, and it was difficult understanding what my plan prices would be with a promotion involving carrier freedom? .... I’m not sure he was kind of going back and forth between two plans. I’ve been in sales before I was just looking for prices on a plan while keeping my phones. I didn’t appreciate how misleading the information was. Made me reconsider joining T-Mobile.When I come back I’ll be working with anyone in the store except for the representative who tried to help me !

The staff there is very helpful. I have been to the store two times, they were also very calm, friendly and patient. I had enogh time to check out the tablet and the phone that I was going to purchase, the guys have answered all my questions. They were not pushing, were not trying to sell stuff that I do not need. Of course they asked, but they were polite enough to not keep insisting. The only additional thing I purchased (because I wanted to) was new 10GB data data plan. Great store, much much better experience than I had in the mall store.

Upgraded my Galaxy S7 to an S9 today. Sonny was great! He was very friendly and offered, but did not try to push me into buying additional add-ons. Very happy with my experience.

This isnt a corporate store, it is a franchise. So beware on that. Good customer service in terms of helpful being courteous and answering questions so that is fine but just bs added activation fees which is basically a commission fee for them. The guy said you can call customer service to remove it but i dont believe that. They also charge a little more on down payments vs. Corporate store in the mall. I know this because my down payment was 10 cheaper with no activation fee when I decided to go check it out at the mall. I get a franchise needs to make money but they would. Why be misleading?

Cant express enough how helpful and friendly they are the store manager is super duper nice there so much better to deal with then the corporate location on Amherst street but the store manager and employees they greet you as soon as you enter the door cant say enough good things keep up the good work guys.

Usually the service is good at this store but today, the service I was absolutely awful. I try to explain to the employee that I cant wear a mask bc of health reason and the guy could careless and told to wait outside like a dog, in the rain. Every other place Ive been to, is fine with me not having a mask bc of my health but I T-Mobile rather have me trouble not be able breathing I guess.

The manager Karen Theriault is so arrogant. She is the opposite of Customer care satisfaction. If you ever there and she is working, please come back another time she is not in there and I will guarantee you will have an awesome experience

Great experience getting new Iphone XR from this Tmobile store. Worked with Ralph. Ralph was great: very friendly and knowledgeable and what he didnt know (since he is newer) he would go and find out. He didt rush through the setup process and provided many good suggestions. While my kids waited he even went and got 2 scarfs for them. One of them my daughter now shares with our 1-yr old Morkie. I have always had good experiences at this store. I will continue to buy from them. Thanks for great service!!!

I was at this store couple weeks ago for issue with the credit that I was suppose to receive from Tmobile. Assistant Manager Saniya S. was of no help at all. She literally wouldnt do anything to help resolve the issue. Somebody should teach her on how to help Customer with resolving issues and provide satisfactory customer service. I was frustrated with her customer service.

Poor customer service.. Not educated about their service.. They dont know what they are doing until some one comes and suggests.. I wont visit this store again.. Paying monthly 100 bucks not to wait for hours for a small issue which they solve it later in seconds.. Purely disrespect to the customers.
