I had a very good experience at the Verizon Retailer Wireless Zone inside the Pheasant Lane Mall. Walked in and was immediately greeted by a very nice gentleman. Staff in general seemed nice.We had the pleasure of working with Allison (or Ali for short), she was so kind and knowledgeable. Even though we thought we knew what we wanted, we kept on changing our minds. She was so patient with us and offered up so much of her time to answer all of our questions and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. She even stayed more than 2 hours past her end of shift just to finish helping us. It’s not often you meet someone who is so kind and sincere, and truly want to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase.We went back a week later and added 3 more lines and again she spent hours with us, to make sure we were satisfied. She was amazing through the entire process. But it didn’t just end there, we had more questions, and she gave us her email and number so we can contact her anytime with any issues. And we did, she even replied on her off day! Truly amazing! Definitely will recommend!

After going to three other businesses yesterday with two glitchy phones and facing a rude manager, an indifferent employee and a helpful one who couldnt offer support that day, I was lucky enough to walk into the Verizon store at Pheasant Lane Mall where Bradley Yates offered friendly, prompt, can-do service and a free phone! He and other employees there jumped through hoops to complete a three-part transaction, helped me familiarize myself with my new phone and offered other support with a great attitude. As we completed the operation, we even connected on a personal level. I walked away very happy about their service and the outcome. And I once again, I have a reliable phone to do business with. I was told things I would get as credits that I found out was untrue. Never believe them when they say trade in your phone and get a brand new one. I traded mind in. It was working great! I want to say that Matt Morrow was EXCEPTIONAL in regards to helping me with everything. He took the time to correct an issue, even to reach out via text on off times and most importantly help during a difficult (dealing with breast cancer) time and making sure things went smoothly. It sounds crazy but he deserves recognition even when it’s a simple thing as upgrading a cell or watch, to investigate a solution and to basically be a decent human when he didn’t have to be.With much gratitude! I went into the store to get some information about possibly switching from android to Apple, when I was greeted by Deana’s smiling face. I asked her questions and she fired off answers to those said questions with no hesitation. I really didn’t want to switch but because my new car has Apple car play I was weighing if was worth it...Deana went through the positives and negatives of both, and took her time making sure I was comfortable with all of her answers, and that it “made sense” in her words. I decided to make the switch Deana helped me transfer my data and also got me a great deal on a new Apple Watch! I’m glad I happen to be in the area and decided to stop in. I’m very happy with my decision and the way Deana helped me through it with a big smile on her face! I’m from Durham, NH but I would drive all the way to Nashua again to do business with Deana...and I have also recommended a couple of people to go see her. What a great experience!

I switched from Metro PCS today, first i went to the store at Webster Square, what the @#$% is up with that store! The manager was so rude! You would think after waiting an hour to get in, you would be able to get some information. But no, every question I asked, it seemed like I annoyed the rep more and more, like how dare me ask a question! So I gave up! I left the store and went to the mall! Brad was amazing, he was so patient with me and answered every question I had, in more detail then I could have asked for. While I was with him a random customer popped in, just to give him a coffee. She told me he was amazing and I should definitely never go to any other sore again. I was in the store for an hour while my phone was transferring info. While I waited, I watched Brad take care of another young couple, it seemed like they were friends, however after eavesdropping I know that its just another customer that he cares for like gold. I havent ever had an experience like this in any kind of store!
