It was a pleasant experience the staff are exceptional and knowledgeable. The first pair I tried were in the ear they were comfortable but I just couldn’t get used to them, no problem complete return policy. I ended purchasing behind the ear Phonaks I love them hearing is great. My audiologist was kind enough to call me after a few days to see how I was doing with them. I highly recommend them for a pleasurable no pressure experience

Office very responsive to request for consultation. Staff very courteous. The hearing instrument specialist was very informative and patient as I asked questions. Office trial of hearing aid helpful. Will be continuing 30 day trial of instrument to see if it makes a difference in the tinnitus.

Well, i had one hearing aid fail. The replacement had a problem and was not usable. The third replacement seems to be working fine so far. Customer service is excellent and these problems were resolved. I do question quality and testing of the devices prior to shipment.

I had one hearing aid go silent. I called HearingLife in Nashua, NH and they fit me in right away. They took both my aides in to diagnose the problem and returned a few minutes later with a diagnosis. I approved the repair and they not only repaired the silent aid, they cleaned up both aids and provided me with additional batteries, wax traps and domes..Great service..

I was able to get an appointment very soon after my initial call. I had a hearing test administered by Theresa Simkevich and was advised that I was in need of hearing aids. I was given a follow up appointment when the hearing aids arrived to Hearing Life and Theresa adjusted the hearing aids to meet my needs. The hearing aids are Oticon Ruby2 which are very good. Ive been a patient since 2013 when the Nashua NH office was part of Hearing Solutions; Ive always been very pleased with everyone there. Under HearingLife, the prior staff seem to have been rotated out, but the present staff, AnnMarie (audiologist) and Aleeta in particular, have carried on the excellent service. Ive been to the office this year for an exam and an issue with my Oticon hearing aids (dispensed by the previous practice). AnnMarie had Oticon replace the devices, for which Im very grateful. She also took the time to go over several details to help me get the most out of my hearing aids.
