Star distributing is possibly the best laundry equipment seller in Tennessee. Speed queen washers and dryers that they sell are the best. Stainless steel. Hardly any plastics. Machines that last forever. You definitely get your moneys worth. Stars sales department is very courteous and they dont rush. They have the best financing available. I cant believe Ive waited so long to start investing in laundry mats— especially from star distributing. Also, if you need parts check out parts king. Very good prices and fast shipping!

Michael, the most ridiculous excuse for a business owner, in my opinion, decided he no longer wanted our business. This is due to the actions of ONE guest, ONE TIME, in a hotel at the guest laundry...not the actions of the business nor the employees of the business. After at least 12 years of conducting fair business and purchasing several machines from this company, we were talked down to and told we were basically not worthy of their service. He stated that a machine had to be disposed of due to what the guest left in the machine. If their machines are not capable of cleaning, then they should not be in business. To refuse service to a reputable business (not just for the guest laundry, but for the private hotel machines that were purchased from Star Distributing also) is just poor and pathetic practice. I look for this high and mighty company to be bankrupt within a couple years. With a score from the local Health Department in the 90s (the Health Dept. makes unannounced inspections on both the guest and private hotel laundry room on a regular basis) this man is looking down his nose? He services public Laundromats for goodness sakes! Everyone knows what goes on in those when no one is looking. He is trying to Church Up the business of washing filthy laundry and feebly attempting to make himself into something he will never be. Get over yourself Michael of Star Distributing...are you sure you didnt used to work for Dunder Mifflin?

Good place to buy parts and friendly customer service

I have contacted these folks before seeking a part for our equipment. They were extremely rude and acted like they didnt have time to even answer my questions. So, I opted out that time and went with a competitor company to spend my $1500.00. So, several months later, I am looking for a part for our commercial dryer and they were my last hope. I called, regretfully, to inquire about a part and the lady that took my call was, once again, rude and acted like she didnt even want to be on the phone! So, I told her nevermind and we are currently in the market for a brand new dryer. I WILL NEVER recommend business to these people and they lost a company with 25 locations! POOR PHONE ETIQUETTE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
