Beaman repaired one of the doors on my Tesla model 3. The work was immaculate and they were easier to work with than my insurance company. Katrina specifically was prompt in answering questions and had my car ready sooner than expected. 10/10 would recommend and they will be my go-to if I need work done in the future.

Had small piece on the bottom of driver door replaced on my 2020 gray Toyota Highlander. Had this done about 4 months ago. Marcus was the one who handle my repair through Farm Bureau claim. The day I picked up my vehicle the shade was on the side of the repair. Looked fine, but a friend told me to look at it in the sunlight. Put the side in the sun and noticed door piece was too light. They repainted it by the end of the day. It matched, but it worries me because it was a rush job. Now, I have discovered 2 missing fasteners on inside plastic piece. Marcus did not return my call. He had secretary to call and tell me I had to bring it up there. I asked if I could send pic so fasteners would be on hand to replace. She said no, had to bring it by. I just wanted to share my experience. I feel like this was poor service, poor quality, and poor communication.

I had a minor accident in my Tesla Model 3 in late March. I was told by Tesla in Nashville to go to Beaman for repairs. I live 2 hours south in Huntsville, AL. My car was dropped off on April 12th and is still being repaired at the time of this review. I was told I would get SMS updates throughout the repair process but have yet to receive any. When I call to try and get an update, Marcus is never available and will not return any calls. After my patience wore thin last week, I vented my situation to the receptionist, while still being respectful, and was able to talk to Marcus. I never really received an adequate reason for the delay or why my calls never are returned. I was told my car was in paint for 2 weeks now and was told it would be done today. I tried to reach out today and also did not get a response. I’m almost at my breaking point and have not had my daily driver for 5 weeks.

The company is very unprofessional the entire time they’ve had my car I have not received any updates my car repairs was delayed an entire week and no one was going to call or text and tell I had to call them on the original date that my car was supposed to be complete only to find out that it was delayed by a week without notice. Would not recommend ! The guy names Joe that work in the body shop is extremely unprofessional and rude every time we speak he need to find another profession because his customer service is ridiculously uncalled for and very rude .

My 2006 Chevy truck is currently in the body shop after a tractor trailer sideswiped me on I 40 . Being a 2006 they had to spend extra time finding discontinued parts . They have been so helpful so far . My truck is taking longer to complete since the parts were difficult to find but I couldn’t ask for nicer, more professional people . Between Beaman and Geico, I couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience, so far . * Update - I have had my truck back for some time . Thank you Joseph ! You are awesome ! I hope I don’t need you again but if I do, I will be back .

We took a car in for insurance repair- while the actual work was fine, a storm came through and got pine tar all over the car. Beaman refused to clean the car telling us we could do it ourselves. When I asked if hail damage would have been their issue, they said no. The car was at their facility- this is poor customer service and I don’t recommend using them. Take your car somewhere else.

They just kept making mistakes and incomplete work-not done, no call. Promised car Thurs...Fri@3 no mention they have to k=ep it the weekend/insurance doesnt pay for re talk over the weekend. Ill give them the managers really tried, but the work part that,we pay,for was never without issue. 3rd time for me. 1st was okay and I liked Enterprise is on site, BUT next two accidents required 3 extra trips and one just never was done right. They said it was a GM design flaw/problem that wasnt repairable/only complete new door wood work right...this after they put the wrong window/car in (obviously tech didnt test it and left for the week) Choose somewhere else next time u less you like lots of extra trips/lame workmanship.

They had my car for 3 weeks. At first they told me they couldnt do something that, turns out they knew they could, just because it was difficult. I get that I turned it in before the holidays, but they continually told me it would be ready before Christmas, before NYE, tomorrow, today. A broken record with no follow through. They said theyd call when things changed..never did I get a call from them. The front ladies were very nice, but I certainly will not have my car serviced here again. Car seems to work well so far.

I rear ended another car and beaman fixed my car on time they were very professional and kept me updated on every part of the process and anything i did not like or had a issue with they fixed without hesitation and worked on my time. The geico workers at beaman were extremely professional and very friendly i would recommend anyone to come here to get their car fixed!

Friendly, professional staff that kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. After my accident, they basically replaced the entire driver side of my truck! The repairs are quality and after over a month now Ive had zero issues. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because the interior of my vehicle under and behind the rear seats was covered in repair dust. I wish they had done a better job of cleaning it.

Extremely disappointed. The only good thing about this place was the front desk receptionist, and the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1.My passenger side window was broken and I came to Beaman per Progressive’s suggestion. When I talked to my insurance company, and Beaman, I explained that all I asked for was a window replaced and that’s it. Well, here we go!Both Beaman and my insurance company tried to put a $500 door panel on my jeep that was not needed and was simply cosmetic. Nor the shop or the insurance company tried to call/email me to give me updates or even ask if I wanted a part replaced simply due to minor scratches. I had to call multiple times to get any information about my jeep and Beaman did not answer any of my calls, Progressive did. After talking to my insurance rep, it was evident he made a huge mistake and was becoming frustrated with me standing my ground to no longer work with Beaman or Progressive any further. When I asked what is actually going on with my car because this entire time nobody has told me anything, my insurance agent said they DID NOT put the glass window or the window moldings in yet and I told him to just leave it because I will be taking it elsewhere (this is important for later in the story).....He was annoyed but understood and said he’d tell the shop not to do any more to my vehicle.Then the “customer service representative” Megan finally called me back and appeared to be nice/empathetic to my frustrations, at first. She AGREED that what my insurance rep did was wrong and I asked her why nobody from the shop called me to explain the progress of my vehicle, she did not have a reason or answer for that. When she was trying to persuade me to continue to let them work on my car, I stated over and over again that I did not feel comfortable and why I did not want Beaman to work on my vehicle anymore. Could you believe it, she was LAUGHING in the background. (I guess she was getting annoyed with me voicing my concerns), but when I called her out on it, she ignored my questioning of what was so funny and continued to explain how window moldings work. I said, ma’am, I do not find this comical or amusing at all and I will not be dealing with Beaman any longer. (Remember when I told you this is important to remember for later in the story?... well....) Megan then told me that they had already PUT THE WINDOW AND MOLDING IN, after I told my insurance agent to stop all work on my car nearly a half hour to forty five minutes earlier! Did they ignore it and try to pull a fast one on me? Did my insurance agent not tell them to halt all work? THAT, I will never know. I told her, take everything out and I will be back tomorrow to pick it up, she said she understood and confirmed.Well, here I am now in the waiting room waiting on my Jeep because guess what.... the new parts that magically were put in even though I said not to, were STILL IN. I said, I told you yesterday to take it all out and I’ll be there tomorrow to pick it up. I asked how long it would be and her words were “well it will be just a few minutes.”A few minutes has now been 47 minutes...and i’m still waiting.... they sent out the insurance rep to talk to me I guess to try and AGAIN persuade me to keep the new glass window... UNBELIEVABLE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.Here are some pictures of my so-called damaged door. What do you think? Worth a $500 replacement?

I only gave Beaman 3 stars just because I had to bring our car in 3 times before it was finally repaired correctly from a deer running into drivers door. Progressive Insurance told us to bring it to Beaman and they will make repairs made by a previous Progressive preferred shop plus take care of the new damages. After we dropped it off down there and coupke says later Beaman calls and tells us we would have to return it to the other shop for the other repairs. This was the only reason I brought it to this shop.That was strike 1. So they repaired the door, and when picking it up and inspecting it, it still had a dent were they tried to fill it with body filler. We had to bring it back, they tried again and failed. Strike 2. So they ordered a new skin for the door and we just picked it up and it finally was repaired to our satisfaction. Plus they repaired the peeling paint from the other shop repairs. So it was a big inconvenience because the shop was over an hour away, but they did come thru for us at the end.

Well for starters I am an employee at Beaman but do not get the idea that my employment there influenced my posting of this review. My exposure to Beaman body shop has been during my time of employment at Toyota service and I have seen some amazing body work come out of our shop. Seeing the detail and added perfection in their work has been very satisfying to the degree that once my own vehicle needed body work I wanted them to repair my JEEP. They turned what seemed to be an impossibility into a reality and at more than a reasonable price. My JEEP once completed was a masterpiece. It was crushed from an impact by a semi on 65 south which threw my JEEP into another SUV damaging the front as well. The finished product after completion was better than what it looked like when I first bought it with 16k on the odometer. Thank you men at the Beaman body shop for making sure my JEEP got done right the first time.

Sales manager asked me to fix my wife’s car at their shop and I trusted them, they told me 6 days and they are gonna keep me updated with text message.They never updated me and I had to call every time to check if the car is ready. The car fixing took them 24 days and they never updated me.I will never ever deal with this body shop with this bad management. And I don’t recommend anyone to deal with them.

I have had great experiences getting routine maintenance through the Beaman Toyota dealership, so I thought I would go through the Beaman Body Shop when my car was hit by a friend. I got an estimate that seemed reasonable, dropped off my car, and was told it would take 2-3 days to fix. 5 days later, I called to ask what was going on. They called me back to say the damage was much more extensive than they thought, that they had not begun work on anything, and that I needed to let them know as soon as possible if they could start on the bigger, much more expensive job. I told them I just wanted my car back - the damage was cosmetic. Two days later, a week after my car was dropped off, I finally got it back - no repairs done, and no updates from them that I had not called to ask for.Im not sure whether this was an honest assessment of the damage or not. I do know that being without a car for a week, with no word about what was happening, was frustrating. Im also a soft-spoken young woman, and I suspect that they thought I would quietly sit back and wait while they kept my car as long as they wanted and not question their increased estimate of the price. Instead, I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I would advise other young women to do the same.

I wouldnt recommend this body shop simply because they are not great communicators, unless you ask for the manager. My customer service rep was Michelle Taylor, she told me it would take 4 days to complete the repairs to my rear bumper. My car sat for almost 3 days and when I called to find out the status she didnt answer so I left a voicemail then waited several hours and called again she answered and told me she would find out whats going on with my car and she didnt call back that evening. Next morning I called and asked for the manager Brian and he didnt answer. He called back a few hours later and said he will see whats going on. Then called back to tell my car wouldnt be ready until next week because they ordered a new bumper and was waiting on insurance to approve it.I also had a bad experience with the insurance company but that is separate.When I went to talk with the manager, Michelle didnt speak or even acknowledge me. I really couldnt stand her as my rep and she did nothing the entire time. I shouldve known she wasnt customer friendly when I initially came in to get the estimate she ignored what I was saying to her. Seems she needs a new profession because its not customer service. I mightve had a better experience if she wasnt my advisor.*Also Beaman doesnt start on your car the day you deliver it so someone has to pay for the waiting time. So never again.

Great selection and centrally located. Beaman has a pretty solid service department thats run well. If youre looking for ease and service, theyre a solid choice. If youre shopping just on price, you might do better calling dealerships in surrounding areas and shopping the price...all and all, Id get another car from them...

Took my Honda Civic here after being clipped in a parking lot. I paid out of pocket to get my bumper and fender repaired and they made it look brand new. Even popped out a few dents that were on my door for no extra. These people are great.

From New York, drove to Nashville on vacation when my truck was broken into by a homeless man who smashed three windows to pieces. I brought the truck in on Monday morning explaining that I had to leave Tuesday morning to drive back to NY.Mark was a really great guy. Personable, helpful, and efficient. He was somehow able to order the windows and get them installed within one business day.I dont think Ive ever received better service from a company or individual person in my life. Here in New York they would have told me tough luck.

Beaman Body Shop had to refix my car after another body shop performed substandard repairs. Michelle and Mark made this visit so easy. They were courteous and responsive to my questions. Mark wasnt happy with the paint color match, so he had the parts repainted. Everyone I interacted with at the shop was pleasant and went out of their way to take care of me. I will only go to this body shop from now on!

Tried to get an estimate written so I would have a idea of how much the body damage was caused during an accident I had. a lady in sweatpants walked out and even though I already told her I understood that my insurance company was not going to take that estimate into consideration. I just wanted a rough estimate of the repair. After many times of her just repeating herself she went to say it one more time and I just told her nevermind. I got in my car and left I will make sure to not come back here. The reason I give a two-star review instead of a one is because I had come here for damage to another vehicle before and they were very helpful and wrote a great estimate which way is within $100 of what my insurance company told me they were going to pay me for the accident.

Ive taken my 2014 vehicle to Beaman Body Shop 3 times over the last 20 months (several unfortunate events with my vehicle). So I have plenty of experience with them to leave a well-informed review. First pro is that Beaman has an enterprise rental car desk at the body shop location. This makes getting my vehicle repaired very convenient. I dont have to rely on anyone to help me get back and forth from the body shop to drop off my car and pick it up.#1 repair - October 2014, storm damage that took a gash out of my hood. I dropped off my car for the repair. My insurance rep was nice and kept me informed during the process. The repair took a week before I was called and told the car was ready. When I went to pick it up, I noticed several issues with the repair. Issues related to no applying and removing the tape correctly and chipping paint with them reassembled the parts. This is not how you want your new vehicle looking. I left the vehicle with them to fix it. 1-2 days later they called and said the vehicle was ready. Again there were still several issues. So they worked on it again and finally, the third time the vehicle was repaired correctly.#2 repair - December 2015, damage to right front bumper and wheel well. Reluctantly, I decided to try Beaman again since it is so convenient because the enterprise rental car place is right there. Again the insurance rep was nice and kept me informed during the process and the car was “ready” after about a week. I went to pick it up at the end of the day. Since it was December, it was dark and I didn’t notice any issues with the repair and took it home. The next morning, we noticed the paint was scratch from the reassembly of the parts, basically the same issues as the first time. We took it back to Beaman and they corrected the issue the car was correctly repaired after the second time.#3 repair - April 2016, rear-ended, back bumper around to back fenders. Again, I decided to take my car to Beaman because it is convenient. Both my husband and I work full time and it is hard to arrange rides back and forth. Again, we had the same issues. I dropped my car off Monday morning, they called and said it was ready on Friday. When I went to pick it up, both sides of the reassembly of the fender had chipped paint. I left the car and they called Tuesday saying the car was fixed. I went to pick it up and this time it was actually worse than the first time (Bigger chip on the right fender and divot in the plastic on the bumper). The third time was the charm and the repair was correct. Since I was not at fault in the accident, I should not have been required to pay a deductible. When I was ready to leave, they said that a $500 deductible was needed. According to Beaman, they said the claim must not be fully processed and that my insurance should refund my money when the claim is complete. After paying my deductible, I call my insurance provided. The Claims adjuster said that they had instructed Beaman to NOT collect a deductible. Additionally, I will have to talk with Beaman to get a refund.Ultimately, if you want to get your car repaired at Beaman, be prepared to check their work and give it back if there is an issue.

Mark Drexler is a professional and courteous manager and really made the experience fantastic. Im confident that I have found the right place to bring all of our company vehicles.I spent the previous 24 hours stumbling over the miscommunication and mistakes of another local, big name repair center in town. Poor communication by the collision center staff regarding updates or the stats of the repairs. Never did I receive one phone call from the rep on how things were going or when I should expect my car to be ready. I had to call once a week for any updates and would never get a call back even after they would say “yes ma’am, we’ll call you” but alas they never would. Even when there was a delay and the pick up date was changed there was no call; so I show up and what do you know, car is NOT ready and no one bothered to call and tell me so I don’t have rush over from work. Never again..

In the past 12 years, Ive had the unfortunate experience of needing a body shop 3 times. Each time, Ive made the decision to go to Beaman. I drive a Toyota, so why not go to the body shop associated with the largest Toyota dealership in the region? Made sense to me.Each time, Ive had a fantastic experience. The body shop kept me updated with the time line and the work was great. Sure, it didnt take 2 or 3 days like it would have taken had I gone to Abra or Service King, but Id prefer to have certified Toyota parts used and would rather have quality over speed.

I was given a quote that it would take 4-5 business days to get my vehicle back. Beaman was repairing chipped paint on my bumper. The repair being remediated (minor) is a paint defect from the manufacturer and does not include any damage following an accident. I called 6 days later to asked about when my vehicle would be ready. After several unanswered calls, I finally got hold of the contact person (on a Friday) and was told my vehicle would be ready the following Monday. I was told they wanted to ensure the job was done correctly. I called several times on the following Monday to get an update of what time I should arrive to pick up my vehicle. After I demanded to speak with a person, I was informed (again) my vehicle would not be ready. I voiced my frustration about Beaman missing 2 of their delivery dates. I was told I was at the mercy of the technicians and that I would be called when my vehicle was ready. I was not given a 3rd expected delivery date.I purchased a previous vehicle from Beaman and had a great experience. I have been rear ended twice and Beaman Collision did the work. When I needed this work performed I called Beaman and did not get any other quotes due to the quality work and timeliness of previous experiences. I WILL not use Beamon again. I was promised my vehicle back in 4-5 day and now I am into day 8 and don’t have an estimated timeline of when to expect my vehicle. I am still at the mercy of the technicians. Unacceptable!Beaman really needs to focus energy on fixing their customer service and experience process. As a result of this issue, I will no longer use Beaman or suggest the service to family, friends, and/or co-workers.

Was delayed several days in getting my vehicle repair finished. Told me it would be done on a tuesday multiple times, so I made arrangements to go get it. Then on Tuesday at 4pm I called the shop because I hadnt heard anything and was told it would be a couple more days because they were missing a part and I should have been notified on Monday (I wasnt). If I hadnt called I would not have known! Plus their work had to be repaired 4 months later, when I found out the hood wouldnt open while on vacation in another state. So a 10 day repair turned into a 12 day repair, and then another 5 days to repair their original work... I would not recommend taking any vehicle to Beaman unless you are willing to wait around for them and get there work repaired.

I have had the worst experience with the body shop. My car required only 45 hours of work and they have had my car for over a month. I have tried to get information about the status of the repair but no one will return my phone calls. Communication is terrible at all levels. I once was told by the shop manager that they would call me later in the day with the update, that never happened. I would NEVER recommend someone go to this shop for repair. I repeat, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!

Would give zero starts if I could. They treated me with no respect, talked to me like a child, and never apologized for their behavior. I ended up taking my car to a separate shop to be fixed, and when I tried to move my car they could not find my parts (for over 4 days). The service portion of the dealership is TERRIBLE in every definition of the word. Ive gotten several new tires on my Toyota. Theyve never completed their work I time, never called me back, never been polite and never apologize for their lack of communication on when my car will be ready. Im sitting in the waiting room now after leaving work to get my cat which was supposed to be ready at 4. Its 4:15, and they act like they never gave me a time and said 15 more minutes. Theyve never tried to wash my car after any service performed. Their employees are rude when I ask them how long until my car is complete so I can arrange my work schedule around it. I wish Id never gotten tired from here so I wouldnt have to deal with them ever again.

Had my front bumper fixed from hitting a deer back in the winter, bumper never was put back on right, so I took back and supposedly they fixed it! But it’s popped back out!!!! Very frustrating...

I had to write a review because of how horrible my experience was here. I had to keep calling in to ask for updates on my car because there was absolutely no communication. Finally, one day when I called they said, Oh, its been ready.... I went to pick it up and no one reviewed the repairs with me. Just handed me the keys at the desk and pointed to where it was parked. Then, I get out there and the car had such a terrible job done. I had to bring it back the next day to be fixed again. DO NOT bring your car here.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We purchased a new 2015 GMC Yukon from Beaman and have had nothing but issues with it since. We had a Denali grill put on it by the body shop right after our car came in. Apparently Beamans body shop broke something on the bumper when taking the original grill off. So they had to replace it. Not 6 months later we noticed paint peeling off the corners of the bumper, so we assumed it was a warranty issue and they repainted it. Well guess what? The car is now 18 months old and its peeling again. We now live 6 hours from Nashville and dealerships here wont fix it without us paying of pocket for it because it is clearly due to faulty workmanship of Beamans and they wont get paid by GM to fix it. We have called GM and they basically told us Beaman wants us to drive 12 hours round trip for them to look at it. They already have pictures of it from a dealership in our new town that gave us the estimate to fix it. Clearly they have no intention of making it right. Also, they break something else every time we have had to take it in for warranty work (and send it home with us broken waiting for us to find it). When the bumper was repaired the first time, they sent me home with one of the sensors not working, making it buzz at me constantly. How many times and by how many people was it driven from the body shop to service where it was given back to me like that? Multiple!! Then when we had to have the black exterior window adhesives replaced due to them coming loose, they dented a chrome frame on one of the Windows. Had to take it back again for that!! They have wasted so much of our time and I would never recommend anyone buy a vehicle from them or use the body shop. They are unhonest and do not deserve business.

I took my friend here to get his car. He was getting a new bumper due to an accident he didnt cause. It took 3 weeks for them to get the money from the insurance and to put the bumper on. It took them 3 days to put it on crooked for $1100, a job that any half wit could do in 30 min with a screw driver. They do not care about doing a good job here.

Really very bad. No communication with me. They told me I was ready for Thursday. I attended to pick it up my vehicle. You were not ready. They told me tomorrow by Friday and I told them to call me and they didnt call me. Now for a few clicks. He stayed for Monday. If they deliver it to me. Im not comfortable.
