Absolute HORRIBLE experience. After being rear ended I took my vehicle here to get a quote on replacing the back bumper. I was told the “earliest” they could get to repairing it was August 3 which was two months AFTER the date of my incident June 4th. So I brought my car there August 3rd as directed even though I was moving that day and asked if I could use it to move my things into my new apartment and was told “you can come get as much out of your vehicle that you need to but if you didn’t bring it August 3 it will be delayed….. WELL…. Today is September 9th and I STILL don’t have my car back. After my insurance company has harassed the body shop for answers, I’ve harassed the body shop for answers we FINALLY were told “the parts just arrived.” Last Thursday and that “we should be able to start working on it by the 9th.” My insurance adjuster extended my rental car past the allotted days, and when asked about a “loaner car” after the 9th (today) when my loaner expired the dealership said “oh no that won’t happen without her paying for it.” I have NEVER felt so dismissed or so unimportant. Every single time I call to get answers I’m ping ponged around to multiple departments until I get a voicemail in which I have only received a call back on ONE of the many I’ve left. I could continue with the issues I’ve had but I think this pretty much sums it up. This is absolutely unacceptable business practices from ANYONE. To completely dismiss a customer or simply pass the buck is unprofessional to say the least. I’ve made two cad payments in the time it has taken them to even begin work on my vehicle.I will never utilize this dealership for any type it service or purchase in the future and would HIGHLY recommend other customers to find another dealership to get work done on their vehicle.
When picking up my vehicle from being repaired the manager literally was touching up spots on it in the parking lot with touch up paint. Have been trying since 5/26 a week after picking up my vehicle to get stuff they didnt put back on right or at all and my discolored bumper fixed. Also another part was supposed to come in to be put on and still dont have that done either. Here it is July 12th and nothing has been corrected. After they had my truck for almost a month the first time. Manager constantly gave me the run around as to when to being my vehicle in to have items corrected. Always had to call for some type of bs to be told to me as why they couldnt make the corrections... Still waiting. Did not expect this from a dealership collision center which is why I had my truck taken here in the first place but the level of service I have received and lack of service is the worst ever.
Rami was a great salesman got me in and out with a brand new mustang without breaking the bank. Recommend him 100%!

Took our Mustang in for some work at the collision center and they did a fantastic job! I feel like I can get a decent repair at a lot of places, but I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff, specifically Terry Chapman. Car repair is always an unpleasant endeavour, but his demeanor helped me smile through it!
