We needed someone to tell us whether they could weld our sway bar back to frame. The mechanic said it was unsafe to drive it. The owner checked didnt think it would even need to be repaired, as it was only for ride comfort. He inspected same day and confirmed it didnt need repaired at all and was safe. Thank you for being an honest person. We will be back should we need you services and recommend you to everyone we meet.

Took my car here after an accident. They did a fantastic job although it was a week longer than what they had told me it would be. But they detailed it and it came back looking better than it did before the wreck. They were very courteous.

Recently purchased a newer model BMW X6 in Atlanta at night and didnt notice the gas cap wasnt painted. Paint & Body Perfectors were able to pop if off and paint it in less than 24 hours! My family has brought our cars here for years, and we were always pleased with their professionalism and good work, but our daughter recently had a terrible experience here which will cause us to now look elsewhere. They ordered two wrong parts - totally their fault - which added over a week to the time of repair, with no apology, no concession, and a surprisingly aloof attitude. They no longer value customers like they once did, and we will therefore not be back. We’d recommend you look elsewhere.

My parents have always brought their cars here when something needs work, so I knew where to bring mine when I was in an accident and needed my car taken care of. The work my car needed was all on the exterior, but when picking up my car I was pleasantly surprised to a spotless interior also!! (I have a dog so the inside of my car was embarrassingly dirty.) They are above and beyond with their customer service and phenomenal in their work. I highly highly recommend this place!!

Brought my 2020 VW Jetta to them after hitting a deer. Had front end damage was covered by insurance. Body work on the front it was repaired and came out good had a few minor thing needed touch up. However during the process they removed my driver to handle and key lock trim cover. Upon picking up my car they key lock trim cover popped off they ordered a new one and a week or so later installed it. Which it popped off everything you open the door. Was told to not pull the handle sideways as it slides some they all do if I open it pulling back some it wont pop off. I can stand at any other door open it any way no other door trim lock cap pops off. Only the driver door my best guess it the handle it not installed correctly. As it slide more then the other door do which is causing it to hit on the trim.pice and pop it off. I was told we are not replacing the key lock cap trim again nothing wrong with it. I told them well it did not do this before I brought it to you. For a company that offer a lifetime warranty on there workhow can you refuse to fix the problem basically they will not honor there warranty and stand behind there work cause they refuse to replace it again and fix the problem that it keeps popping off. Ill be taking it to the dealer to get it fix correctly not sure on labor but trim pice and paint for it is going to cost me 278.00 which I shouldnt have to pay as my insurance company already paid paint and body perfections to fix the car. I will not be taken any of my car back to them for service as I was blown off and not treated with respect. I even told them well yall give a lifetime warranty but still was told not fixing it again . Proble. Is fhe just replaced the cap and never fixed the issue.

I haven’t had any work done here but I called to get a quote and the lady on the phone was super nice. She did say that they don’t paint full vehicles but she went out of her way to explain why they don’t and also helped me find other paint shops that would. Great customer service

Person on the other end of the phone seemed more robotic and scripted. Doesnt seem like she really cares about the customer. Just getting the calls answered and on with the next. Which is not smart business. I recommend making each customer feel like you want our business.

Referred here by a long time friend. Mistake!!! Repaired my front fender and who ever put the fender back on did not screw the pieces back on so has been scrapping my tire. Went back to have them screw it back on and the owner refused to fix it. Will never refer this place to anyone.

Friendly service and we got our car back looking good as new. It did take some time to get the body work finished, but it wasnt all their fault as they were dealing with our insurance. Had no problems finding the place of getting in and out of their lot.

Just finished trying to get an insurance estimate for the 2nd time. Thoroughly unimpressed by the service. I waited the first time for over an hour for an estimate the first time. Today they were closing in an hour and a half so that wasnt enough time. Drove in traffic 45 minutes to get here and wont waste any more time trying to give these people my business. Get organized or get out of the business! Im going to Gerber where they at least schedule appointments for estimates. I can only imagine how much time this place would have wasted of mine if I would have trusted them with my new vehicle. The previous negative reviews should have served as proper warning. Professional advice ... Go somewhere else!

After having great experiences before I had to change my review completely over the past experience I’ve had. If I could give zero stars I would. It is not the same place it used to be. Not only did the repair take WEEKS longer than quoted, but they had an extremely passive aggressive attitude towards me and kept claiming “there’s nothing we can do” and that they were understaffed. I only found out about all the reasons for the delays when I went to pick up my car, and then was told I was not allowed any compensation for my trouble because “there’s not much profit in this for us”, which I find very unprofessional. I’m floored at how terribly a supposed “family company” has treated me and will never go back and will steer everyone away. They even tried playing the blame game with my insurance, which I’ve never had a problem with until using them as a body shop. I’m literally out hundreds of dollars because of their delays because I had to pay for the rental car for so much longer, and they have the gall to tell me they aren’t making a profit. Run don’t walk away from this sham of a company.

From start to finish, my experience with Paint & Body Perfectors was stellar. It was my first time having a car worked on, and John was more a therapist than just the guy who fixed my car. He walked me through every step from filing my insurance claim to the specifics of the repairs themselves. He even came in with an estimate below that of my insurance company. I was in town for a few days to do a gig at the Bluebird Cafe and a couple of other gigs. While picking up dinner last night my front bumper spoiler got caught on the curb and completely broke in two and was still hanging on but bouncy. Saw this place on google. What a pleasant find! These folks greeted me with a smile and got one of their technicians possible owner David to take a look. I didnt feel comfortable driving 8 hours home on Monday with it doing that. He took it back into one of the Bays and looked underneath it and within 15 minutes brought it back to me had taped it up for me in a very discreet tasteful way as to not look too Red Necky! It looks so much better and made me feel so much better. I asked him how much do I owe you and he says you dont owe me a thing Im happy to help you. Really nice folks and glad to hear there are still some good people out there that help people who need a little assistance every now and then on a crunch and not price gouge you in a time of distress. If I still lived here I would certainly use them in a heartbeat....

These guys and ladies are the best! Great work and super customer service. They were recommend by a friend and Ive now used them twice. The first time was to repair front-end damage out of my own pocket and the second time was an insurance claim after hitting a deer. I would highly recommend using Paint and Body Perfectors!!!

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE - I brought my car in with minor hail damage. Was estimated 5-7 business days to complete the job. I am now into my 4th week without my car. They forget to call me back when I call to check in. They dont give straight answers, I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Update to previous review (below): the team fixed their mistakes in a timely manner and helped me out. Still had a frustrating encounter with one servicewoman who accused me of lying about the original paint finish of my damaged mirror, but when I showed her the broken mirror itself she apologized and had the correct paint job done. A hassle of an experience, but I left satisfied.(11/19) Left with more problems than I came with. I could not be more disappointed with the work they did... I needed a fender fixed and my mirror replaced, yet when I got my car back 3 weeks later, the drivers door lock would not work (with the fob or the key), my stereo system would not turn on, and the paint on my replacement mirror was the incorrect finish (matte instead of gloss to match my exterior). Will never be returning to this place again.

I have been using this body shop for 15 years. John knows us by name. He has fixed to perfection every fender bender, hail damage, and serious crash that my husband, teenage children and I have suffered. John has also taken the time to to do little things, like remove political & university stickers (using a hairdryer) from cars we purchased or planned to sell. He even secretly fixed a scratch on my brand new truck so my husband wouldnt find out until I was ready to tell him!Their work is superior. My husband is a car fanatic and is always pleased with their work. I just cant say enough good things.

Took my car to PBP after being treated very well last year and getting a good quote for some minor work, and reading plenty of glowing reviews. This time I needed some pretty significant body work done after a wreck and I was quoted eleven business days for the work to be done. About eleven business days later I found out that even though the pieces had all been ordered, the body had JUST been taken apart and now a whole new set of estimates and parts was going to be ordered. This didn’t bother me much at first but then it happened again and now I’ve been without my vehicle for a month. After being told repeatedly that the team at PBP doesn’t have control over how long things like this take, I’ll be taking my car elsewhere for work in the future.Looking forward to my car looking like new when I get it back next week, expecting it to be worth the wait.

Go here if you have lots of time to kill....Ive been by here twice to get a quote. The first time, there was no one there to even give me a quote. The second (and last time) they told me Id have to wait 15 minutes before someone could help me. Plenty of other painting shops around that are ran more like a business and less like a Great Clips. I wont be back.

For the past 15 + years we have been using Paint & Body Perfectors for fender bender’s, hail storm damage and an accident with significant damage to a fairly new minivan. The body-work and paint jobs they’ve done through the years have been consistently excellent and the personal service we’ve received from the folks in the front office, has been courteous and professional.When it comes to getting this kind of work done on our cars, price is not my primary concern anymore, quality and integrity are far more important. Discount body shops are not worth it. I used one in Nashville once “to save a buck or two” and the paint pealed after only a month or two on my mirror.Because John and Karen Blanks (owners) and their staff have been consistent in doing what they promise, I will continue to have them work on my cars as well as refer everyone I know to Paint & Body Perfectors.

Not going to lie they did a good job on my paint and are professional counter people; however they messed up a couple things in my book. When I got my car back from them they took off my exhaust holder so I had to buy another and hang it again. Then I had to go back and have they recalibrate my windows for automatic use again. On to of all that it took twice as long for me to get my car back. They told me 5 maybe 7 days I got my car back on the 12th day. A bunch of small things that could have been easily avoided but hurt their image in my eyes.

John the Owner has been at this location for approx. 30 years. The office staff treats you with professionalism. I was talking on my phone and backing up my (Bluetooth) F150 and the rear park assist is almost silenced. Needless to say I backed into a low brick wall and caused a ding in the bumper and the bumper scratched the paint. One other large shop with a catchy jingle wanted to take the bed off of the truck! The Ford dealer took forever just for the estimate. John looked at the damage and gave me a very fair price knew what to do (better than the dealer) and did an outstanding job replacing the bumper and matching the paint- Not used to good customer service anymore but John could bottle it....................

John was amazing, stopped in to have him look over a pilot we were considering buying. He looked over it pointed out all the issues we couldnt see and help us out by saving us from purchasing something we would have problems with in the long run tried to pay him for his time and he wouldnt let us. If u need a body man in Nashville this is the place to go!

They never called me to tell me were we were at with my car. It took them two weeks to tell me how much it took to fix my car. I was given three different dates that my car would be fixed. I had to call to find out that my car would not be fixed when they said it would be by the date they said it would be fixed by because they got damage parts in days before hand. When I went to pick up my car expecting to pay only the deductible that was when they told me I had to pay more for an extra part. All in all they suck and do not care about customer satisfaction or experience in my opinion.

The website says to call for a free estimate. The website also has a fill in tool to tell them about your damage, and then customer will hear back with a quote. Yet when the customer tries to utilize either of these methods, the company either tells you to come in for your estimate (when you call), or doesnt respond at all (when you use the fill in tool). When asked why the website says a to call for free estimate, I was told, just to give the customer the information to come in. Ok sorry, this place gets really good reviews, but if youre going to mislead me from the very beginning, then I dont trust you and youre not going to get my business. Either remove that part of your website, or start doing what you say youre going to do.

Being in an accident is frustrating and such an inconvenience especially when dealing with so many other things. When i walked into this establishment I immediately felt a sense of relief. The owner himself, walked around my car and took pictures himself and explained in detail what was going to happen with my car. I loved that. The ladies on the inside were polite, and accommodating. Went to get an estimate from them. They went out to inspect my car and explained everything that would need to be done and why. Mr. John knew what he was talking about and gave me a reasonable quote. Other shops I had gotten a quote from before were overcharging and kept insisting to get the insurance company involved. I will be going here to get the work done.

I had a co-worker recommend this place. I came in with specific work on my Jeep needed done after an accident. One chain auto-body company in town estimated a very generous (for them) price to repair the work and did a sloppy job estimating. I brought it in to John and he assessed the repairs needed and my requests for additional work.I was very pleased with both the estimate and the work performed. Hopefully my vehicle wont ever be hit again, but if it does Ill most certainly be back.2018 Follow up: My wife ended up being the un-willing participant of a game of bumper cars on the interstate. We took her car to P+BP. The service and the quality of their work is still as good as ever. Im adding a star to make it 5 for making her life (and mine) easier. Thanks.

Took them an insane amount of time to reattach a new bumper and paint a front bumper. Said it would be ready in 4 days but when we called on the 4th they said it wasnt even close to ready. They turned a Max 4 day job into a 7 day job. Also took a month for a part to arrive, and them claiming the part was broken upon arrival which seems to be a common occurrence here. Didnt even call and tell us that the part was broken and proceeded to have radio silence as we waited for them to call us which only happened after we had called at least 10 times to find out when the car maybe ready.

Right now Im giving a 2 stars because they had my vehicle over a month n constantly saying something else needs to be done. It went from just a seat belt adjuster to a new windshield when nothing is wrong. I really thought I going to have my car back Friday or today but I wont. These people are costing me new job smh. I wont be back and I hope my car drives and runs the same way before it went in. No recommendations from me. Update Im overall satisfied with the work staff was friendly I hate how long it took

Hey this place rocks ! I got estimate to repair my truck door and it was fair so I took it to them. After the estimate noticed a few spots on my door that were not in area they were going to paint. It was key marks around door handle and at the edge of door nearest handle . The thought of having the door worked on and not covering this annoyed me so when I dropped off the truck I asked them to look over those spots and I expected a call to add a few hundred dollars . You know I never got that call and to my amazement it was all fixed ! It looks new for sure ! You know the driver door of your car gets much attention from you as well as chance for dings. I am so pleased these folks took the extra time and paint to to fix these other marks that my insurance surely wasnt going to pay for . You know they had even showed me how theyd feather the paint and how far theyd go so I knew my request was going to involve more work and pearl paint !!
