Went for an estimate, and they showed me how to solve the problem on my own. Couldn’t have been kinder and more patient. I truly appreciated their honesty. Will definitely go back and recommend to others!

My car door handle got broken while being towed, the dealership said it’d be a 1900 dollar fix and charged me 160 just to look at it. These guys fixed it for 61 dollars total and were extremely kind.

In my experience, they found additional damage that insurance adjuster had missed and worked with insurance to get supplemental adjustment. I was very impressed by this business. I took my Ford Escape to several places for estimates before finally deciding on this shop. The estimate process was easy, fast, and was done by Mr. Garland himself. He walked me through exactly what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. His price was substantially cheaper than other quotes I received.When I picked the car up from him (he finished it on time), it looked like new. The workmanship was excellent, and the final price matched the estimate exactly.If I ever need autobody work done again, Ill certainly return to this shop.

I live in Cincinnati and my daughter was in Nashville when someone pulled out in front of her and wrecked her car. Her friend referred her to Garland & Sons and I was a little nervous that she would be taken advantage of but they were excellent and treated her with respect, were true to their word and made this mom very happy!
