My experience with dent and repair was amazing, from day 1! I definitely recommend these guys.Tj is the owner, does superb work, and has a shining personality. They were quick to respond to my calls and worked with me on the price. They accept major insurance companies for payment and wilk work with you if you have to pay out of pocket. Also got work done in a timely fashion. I had an extensive dent and scratches on the side of my truck and when i picked it up it was as if it had never happened! Thank you so much guys!! 😇

TJ is unprofessional and does not need to be in business. It should not take 3 weeks for a car to be finished and his excuse is that he works on 100 cars a day. Newsflash: either stop being so money hungry or hire more people. It’s hard supporting your own people. They look out for who they want. Not to mention, him yelling at me like a maniac, he’s really bad with communication as well. Mad that he said it’ll be ready Wednesday and lied. It’s at Firestone and won’t be picked up until tomorrow at noon and Tj fails to communicate. Pathetic! Won’t be back ever!

I RECOMMENDSorry i don’t have before and after pictures! I never write a reviews. I really do enjoy the work TJ and the employees did. I was in grad school and driving sleepy all the time so i had a dent in the rear and orange paint scratched on the front of my White car (from those orange water filled traffic drums). I got and estimate from someone else and they wanted to repaint my whole car and replace my bumper. Almost a $3,000 price.Tj popped out the dent and touched up only the orange spots and charged me $65.85. So great and I was there 20 minutes at most ( because he considered it a small job)

Avoid at all costs. I got a lower quote at a different repair shop but went with this one because it was closer to my house. Huge mistake. I had about four dents with the biggest one being the size of a dime. TJ told me that he could get all of the dents out at $300, and if I wanted the chips taken out as well and repainted I would pay $500. I clearly told him just to take the dents out and not to worry about the chips or the paint, that only the dents bothered me. I told TJ exactly what I wanted done. TJ was a very nice person when I first dropped my car off, but completely different when I picked my car up and noticed he didn’t take the biggest dent out of my car. He then told me that they don’t even do paintless dent repair and their shop and had to call a third party in to fix it. Total rip off, now I’m going to have to pay again to get the same dent taken out that I already paid TJ to take it out and he didn’t. I paid $300 to take out three TINY dents and then he told me it would’ve been $500 to take out the last dent which is not what we agreed out when I dropped it off. This place is a scam.

Took my VW Jetta to this shop after an accident. They fixed my car very timely and MUCH MUCH more affordably than 3-4 other shops I called. Highly recommend these folks!
